Every staff member I came into contact with, whether on the phone or in the office, was extremely kind and understanding and helpful. Jessica and Dr Seeker valued my feelings and celebrated in my joy authentically and freely. All my concerns and fears and issues were given time and thought and respectfully responded to and dealt with. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone having a baby to attend the facility and have their care with Dr Seeker and team! Thank you.

I came to Dr. Seeker at 28 weeks pregnant, I was high risk, as I went into preterm, but stable, labor at 23 weeks. I was nervous getting a new Doctor this far in, but Dr. Seeker is amazing, he is patient, caring, thorough, he knows what he’s doing, has the best bedside manners, and genuinely cares about his patients. His nursing staff is just as great, I’ve never had or seen an issue with any of them, always polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Seeker to anyone.

I was a little frustrated with my hour long wait. I can understand emergencies and running a little behind schedule. Having said that, I think it would be a good idea to implement a communication system that notifies patients when their provider is running significantly behind schedule. Following a long wait, my appointment with Dr. Landherr was very pleasant and she answered all of my questions. Her nurse, I think her name is Brittany, was very kind as well.

Front staff don't give great impression. Not approachable or friendly, which you would hope from your first point of contact. Two staff members who looked available, didn't offer to help, they both just looked at me, so I just stood there waiting to see who would say they can help the next person. No "hi", no "how can I help you?", No "how are you?", just looked annoyed at the computer screen and no sooner I come up to her there was a quick "date of birth?", off putting from a customer service standpoint. It took a few questions before she warmed up and thanked me for filling out my information online before my visit, which is a great option for patients and makes check in smoother. I had a similar experience last year's visit, felt rushed, person spoke too fast, when I had questions, she was annoyed. I get it, it was near end of the day and busy with the last patients to be checked in, but still, I was hoping to have a better experience. If I was a new patient, I'd be put off by the beginning alone. On the flip side, Dr. Anderson's nurse was easy going, friendly and didn't make me feel like I just another patient. Dr. Anderson is awesome from her down to earth demeanor, great bedside manner, and never felt rushed with her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/GYN!! She and her nurse are why I give 5stars!

For one, this office is run very well. I arrived early for my appointment, they took me back and saw me early, and I was checking out 10 min after my schedule appointment time. I have never had to wait long when I visit for my appointments. Secondly, I enjoy seeing Dr. Capet. She is friendly and warm. She comes across as a very real person, an open person. If you’re looking for a new women’s clinic, or specific doctor, I can’t recommend Dr. Capet and this office enough!

Dr. Wang all the way! She is one of the most positive, uplifting people I have ever met, she is thorough and highly skilled at her practice, and she makes every visit a pleasant experience. The office staff is transparent about wait times. I usually wait one hour, but I would wait much longer to have a doctor I completely trust who values my family and me the way Dr. Wang does.

Each positive review costs only $7. Did you post a negative review about them? No problem, 10 reviews for $70 can deal with it!

The office staff is very friendly and efficient. I like this office because I get good medical care and Amy King is a provider that is also a good listener. I know I'm going to go home with all the tools to stay healthy. The patient portal allows you to email any questions to your doctors, and you can review all the office visit care plans just in case you forgot something your doctor told you during the visit.

The front desk runs like a well oiled machine! The staff up front and at check out know what they are doing and combined with the online reminders really get you in and out efficiently. That is so appreciated! And, it reflects on how smoothly things run in the exam room. After all, that is why we are there! The entire office pays attention to details from pre check in to follow up with access to the notes taken during the exam. All if this makes me confident in the care I am receiving. I see Kelly Reagan, but my guess is that my experience is the norm.

THE WORST, I HATE THEM. I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance and within the time it took them 5 additional call just to verify my insurance. The day before my appointment the doctor had a family emergency so i was told I have to see a nurse practitioner. I leave work early, drive an hour to Austin for me to get there and them tell my my doctor doesn’t accept my insurance. They then switch me doctor and tried to squeeze me into his already busy day. I asked them why I couldn’t see the nurse practitioner that I was suppose to see. She tells me the nurse practitioners don’t accept my insurance either. I left without being seen. I would never return there ever again

The staff is warm, caring and compassionate and Dr Akin takes the time to really listen to you whether it involves obstetrics or gynological issues. They have also been wonderful with my recent breast cancer diagnosis earlier this year and grateful for the early detection that this office provides. I called today and was told that I would be on hold for about 6 min and ?sec. Well I have been on hold now for 23 min. That is ridiculous. You need to have a more accurate est time and also call back people. You never know, it could be an emergency.

Heath care staffs are very professional and helpful. They are very caring and polite. There are so many patients now than ever. The front desk helpers are fast but don't smile and some of them wear really heavy make up. Parking space is limited but it's still manageable to get a spot.

Fabulous. I’ve been a patient at this practice since I was 16 years old. And from those young teen days and advancing through fertility issues and then three pregnancies, this practice is phenomenal. Dr Uribe remains a pioneer in his field, while maintaining a warm, and embracing attitude. He gives each patient the time they need, answering questions and exploring all things to help maintain optimum health. And his nurse practitioner, Amy.......how can I even put into words this women’s compassion, care and utmost professionalism. She is kind, knowledgable, a great listener. Having just made a call in, I received a speedy call back, and was in to see Amy with hours. As always, I was created with a big hug and an immediate desire to problem solve and investigate all solutions. My concerns were addressed and I left with a game plan. I always feel such a sense of confidence as I leave this practice. They genuinely care and while maintaining top medical advances, they have my back. Thank you for all you do, and most especially, the way that you do them. FYI- my daughter and both daughter-in-laws have found this to be their “place” too.

I went to the reception desk. The lady was super kind. And she was everything except helpful and left me to spend over an hour on with my insurance to make sure I did in fact have insurance because All of the information is given her she didn’t comprehend. Dr. Seeker helped us grow our family and I couldn't feel more love for a doctor seriously. My baby is 5 months old now! I had my visit with Dr. Seeker today and he and his staff really took time during my routine visit to know where I'm at with my total wellbeing. That is so important to me. We addressed weight concerns, breastfeeding, emotions, hormones, birth control, and future child planning. I am plus size and let me tell you, it was a struggle finding a doctor to support me and listen to me and even to help. But I am healthy even though I'm overweight and Dr. Seeker and his staff let me lead my care. I know my body better than anyone and appreciate getting to decide what is best for me and my life. I'm so over doctors trying to cure me...there's NOTHING wrong! Being overweight doesn't automatically make me unhealthy. I wish I could find a primary care doctor as amazing as Dr. Seeker!!!

Dr. Seeker was recommended to me and I can see why, he will brighten your day when he walks in and welcomes you with a hug. I had a noninvasive surgery with him, which went wonderful. I left with a hand written note from him and the staff, and was checked on sporadically after the procedure. I then had the pleasure of working with him during the first 5 months of my pregnancy until I moved to NY.
