This office is on it! I have trying to get my ophthalmologist to write me a prescription for ocular rosacea for over a week. Not returning calls, etc... Finally was told my dermatologist would have to do it. Took less than 1 hour for a return call and less than 3 to have the prescription in my hand! I have been seeing Dr Forney for many years and this is not the first time something like this has happened, but after dealing with the ophthalmologist I realized how important communicating with patients can be. Her bedside manner is also amazing. Before you realize your clothes have been off, it's time to put them back on because of her great small talk during the exam. I highly recommend her!

I came to Dr. Abbott after a botched cyst removal from a different practice. I had a hole in my back that never healed. She re-excised the site, helped distract me during the procedure, and brought to a close a long and painful period. She is great and the practice is well run and organized.
