We moved here about a year or so ago, & needed a very knowledgeable pediatrician to follow my son primarily for some ongoing issues that had to be continually followed. He had only ever had one pediatrician that he had been seeing since birth. So as you can imagine, I was very concerned. I’m not going to lie, I was nervous to give Suwannee pediatrics a go because of all the negative google reviews. However, I decided to go for it, & I couldn’t be more relieved & thankful! I have never met a doctor that was as knowledgeable & informative as Dr. Bolaji Odusina! FYI: YES, I’ve had to wait at times...... BUT something people NEED to understand (having worked in the medical field myself), you never know what is going on in another room with a different patient! Someone could be having an asthma attack, dangerously high fever, etc. Point is, good things are worth the wait! Wouldn’t you rather wait a bit longer & at least know you’re getting a doctor who will take the time to hear you & explain things, rather than have one that’s in the room on time but doesn’t take time to truly care & asses issues properly?!? People are way too judgmental, & have no idea what all is required (per patient) obtaining information, diagnosis, documentation, prescriptions, etc. The staff at this office I have watched (as I have 3 kids, so we come fairly often), they are dedicated, hardworking, & go above & beyond to make it as pleasurable experience as possible. Nobody in this office is standing around doing nothing.... they are busy getting it done It’s always the same staff, which also says a lot. The PA’s are also wonderful, in particularly, I absolutely love Stephanie Snipes, she is so compassionate about her patients & has no problem going to discuss your questions with Dr. Bolaji if she feels another opinion would benefit your child. I was very impressed with this! I hope this post helps another parent looking for wonderful care & I hope parents will think about the full plate of any medical personnel, before they become so critical & shine them in such a negative light #youneverknowwhatelseisgoingon

being a doctor is a pretty long way. I can imagine how hard was for Dr. Odusina graduating from medicine in this country and speaking english. I could say that she has mysterious powers because every time I asked something about my baby's health condition she said It was good without even checking at him. The customer service that she provides is so poor. She always is in a hurry, and she does not make us feel any comfortable at all. As new parent we may have many serious concerns about our baby, but she makes us feel that those concerns are just silly questions. Sadly I can not complain with the manager of this place because Odusina is the owner. Even if I complain she would not care at all as well as she does not care about my baby's comfort. I will never come back to this place, and I would not highly recommenced this place to anyone who really cares about his child and has many "silly" questions to ask.

We moved from California last week and needed to get my three children’s GA forms completed for school. The Doctor was extremely knowledgeable, informative and patient with my three kiddos. We are very pleased to have found our new pediatrician!!! I would highly recommend this Doctor to anyone.

We have been taking our kids here for 15 years. We love Dr B! When my kids are sick they say "mom....I need to go see Dr. B" Children have better instincts than adults because they have the cynicism that adults do. A child only knows what will make them feel better. When my kids feel awful, they ask for Dr B, because they know for sure she will make them feel better. Dr B takes an interest in my kids, me, my husband, MY siblings, parents and in-laws. And she has a memory like a steel trap! She is also the most thorough Dr. EVER. If there is the slightest chance the kids have some bizarre illness...she send us to a lab or a specialist. She always takes my calls and entertained my "frequent flyer" status at her office when my children were infants. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. If my insurance didn't cover Dr B, I would pay for her services out-of pocket, FOR SURE!

When I went there,the service was amazing! They were so kind and asked a lot of questions to see if my child was okay.They did all kinds of tests even though my child didn't need it.and luckily they did all those tests because I just figured out that my child had asthma.Great service and staff and main doctor great. I highly recommend this place,and me reading the reviews why it's so long is because shortness of staff.All of the staff are trying very hard so newcomers please try her out.I hope you have a wonderful experience!

The worst Pediatrician office and services. They don't allow you to change your babies diaper inside the building, charge for an extra copy of shot records for daycare/school. The predication Bolaji Odusina was rude to me and had an nasty attitude when answering my questions I even over heard her talking about me with staff. The staff doesn't listen well I had to repeat information provided to them multiple times. I will not be going back to this Predication office ever due to that lack of respect and foolish policies. I rather drive 1 hour to my daughter's previous predication to get better services and respect.

My first impression of the facility was good they had a sick side and a well side which is always great! When you get to the counter it is really high so your trying to communicate with the front desk clerks with difficulty. Then they give you all this paperwork to fill out on paperwork. This was not the issue, when they called us to the back it looked like organized caos. With people running back and forth. They finally put us in our room after weighing and checking my child’s height. We were put in a room for about an hour. Finally another cleric comes in with a clip board to ask us more questions ( nothing done electronically) Finally the Dr comes in and apologized for the wait and told us that someone was refusing immunization and that’s why she took so long. She asked me a few questions about the children health history. Then we were placed in another waiting area where the Dr stood in the noisy hall way trying to explain prescriptions. I have never experienced anything like this before. I felt rushed and overwhelmed. This was supposed to be out first visit for us to fill out paperwork and meet the Dr. I was so disappointed and would not recommend this place.

We are new to the area and the staff was not welcoming or friendly. No smiles, no nothing, not to mention no germ-x either. First time ever going to a doctors office and there was not one bottle of germ-x or sanitizer anywhere. The nurse practitioner kept repeating the same questions I already answered which let me know she was not paying attention nor was she interested to know we are new here. Call me crazy but I expected much more of a friendly atmosphere especially one handling children and babies. Will be changing doctors ASAP.

Dr. Odusina is an amazing physician. My family has been going to her for 10 years. You are not just another patient here. She truly cares for your children outside of their health. She encourages teens in their education and success in life. She is knowledgeable and an all around great person. Yes, there are issues with time once in a while but that is understandable. The staff could use a bit of training on how to deal with patients in a stressful environment. It shows.

2 stars, Wait time wasn't bad and they're open on weekends. However I've been taking my daughter here since April and in that time the doctor has spent no more than 10 minutes in the room with my daughter. Just asks what's wrong, checks her over, and prescribed antibiotics. She's always rushed and informed me that one of my daughters ear tubes fell out, when in fact she just couldn't see it. Mentioned nothing to me about her view being obstructed, just assumed the tube was gone. She also ordered a hearing test even though my daughter has had no issues with hearing. After reading other recent reviews, I will not be coming back

This Dr is awful, I've been going to this place for 12 years and she never discovered my daughters scoliosis they did at her school, because Dr B is always in a hurry no time with patients at all, and this year we went for a routine physical and they did the cholesterol test for her, the results were 650 for triglycerides, she was surprised but I knew I was a mistake, I ask for a repeating test or a lab test, she treated me like I was completely wrong, one week later I took her to quest lab and my daughter triglycerides were 82, I showed her the results and she didn't care. I'm done with this awful Dr!

Beware - do not go to this place. We had an office visit for my son on May 4, 2017 and I assure you that we will not be back as this was our 1st and last time here. Dr. Odusina is very rude and should not be allowed to have her own practice as she does not have people skills. She should go to etiquette class to obtain training as she is very rude. Awful service! I thought I'll try them out due to the close proximity to my house. I just can't understand this habit of making you wait for 50 min to an hour in a room before being seen. This is my second visit and I am at 50 minutes already. Keep in mind we are THE FIRST APPOINTMENT of the day. The first time it happened I asked at 55 minutes if everything is okay and I was bluntly and unapologetically told by the doctor to leave if I am in a rush. NOBODY apologized for my time or asked me if my toddler needs anything. The Doctor then came in and took 4 minutes to "diagnose" my 2.5 year old with all kind of stuff. When I asked her to answer some question she was answering it with YES or NO as she had her hand on the handle to leave the room. Impersonal, rushed, rude, motivated by money only and very underwhelming service. Needles to say we already filled a form to have our records released so we can leave this dreadful place

I am not sure who is writing these 5 star reviews, because it can’t be anyone who has actually been to this office. We waited for close to two hours to see the doctor. Our appt was at 7:30. We arrived at 7:10 and was told to go to a room. No nurse ushers you in, you have to find the room yourself. We sat in the room for close to an hour. When I came out at to ask how much longer it would be before we saw the doctor, I saw her walking in. This is 8:30. There were already at least 6 people ahead of us. My son was there for his annual. We waited two and a half hours before she finally came in after i told them i was lwaving. She spent 3 minutes looking at him, and did not even examine him. I asked if she was going to do a physical exam, she told me that she “examines them where they are comfortable, and in his case she did it visually”. Now I have to find another pediatrician to give him a well check. She may be great for others, but we are new here, and this is not how his last pediatrician did his well check. I could say more, but this one star should say it all. Go elsewhere.

Front desk is very disorganized, they would take your information and forget to sign you in what will cause you not being seen or waiting for a very long time until you realize what's going on; they would forget to update your information and mix your records with other patients...

Long wait times (1 hr+), outdated exam rooms, poor parking, absurd paperwork - asking an address, birthday, etc over 4 times. No complaints about the doctor, she is great. Btw, at the time I posted my review, there were 10 reviews total - 4 gave 1 star, so do not believe the 4 star rating that google is showing.

I been going to this place for 3 years now. My services is always great. My concerns are always addressed. I never really had to wait that long. The longest I ever waited was a hour, they were short staffed so that happens. For simple, easy to solve problems, they have a fast track on the side of the building so you're in and out fast. Bolaji will tell me whats wrong and what she would suggest and then ask me what I would suggest and what's Best for my child, I love that! Flip side, the front desk staff can be friendly and social. Sometimes I think their there to collect a check. Bolaji, front desk staff is the face for your office so pick them wisely. Since moving to Ga, my children been having severe allergies so Im always here. So my opinion is not based off two or three visits. I been here SEVERAL times with all three of my children. Good day all! Ok, after reading a couple reviews, I have to say is wow. One thing for sure, I dont get paid for making a review, I felt like she deserved it, not the staff, but Bolaji deserved it. She takes pride in what she do so she and only one other person will PERSONALLY want to see and dianose you. The wait may get lengthy at times. Im sorry that a child had to be misdianosed, but keep in mind that illnesses can have the same line of symptoms as other illnesses. Things like that happen and happens everywhere Name a doctor that's perfect?? Newcomers please give her a try, hope your experience is like mine!

My daughter has been coming here since she was a little girl and is now a teenager. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. I have never had a serious problem that was not solved. Dr. Bolaji Odusina is especially the best and is the number one doctor that I have ever taken my daughter to. I always leave here happy and satisfied with the appointment. The facility is also beautiful, up to date and with a warm comforting atmosphere and staff.

No matter how many years you been going to this practice if you don’t vaccinate they would opt you out from coming back. If you don’t vaccinate they try to scare you and bully you in your choices. The nurses are friendly I can say that. It’s always clean as well.

I had a 9:15am today October 1st 2018. And me and my children sat in the patient room for an hour. When i walked back to the front to reschedule then the nurse wants to come and gets us. I asked are we gonna be seen now and she said yes. So we went back and she took the weight and height and did the full screening. Then sent the kids for urine samples and said she would be in the room after. Its been 30 mins and we are still sitting here. Its been 2 hours. No never came and sad that they was running behind or what the reason was for the wait time being so ridiculous.

Went to this facility last week only to have my 3 y/o misdiagnosed and totally lethargic, not eating or drinking...and after I called the office to ask if there was a possible misdiagnosis, the doctor said "Yes, we could have!" Are you kidding me? I'm reporting them and this is my last visit by the way it was my first as well.

Seems more interested in generating income rather than patient care. Needed a copy of immunization record and receptionist was trying to hold the form hostage to force us to get unneeded services, then sent unsigned form that was expired. Then when I called back for the signed form was trying to get a document fee. Very unprofessional!

I would give no stars if I could and mind you I am not one to give reviews at all but if I can prevent anyone from taking their child to this horrible pediatrician I will try. I had a 26 day old baby who was having seizures due to brain bleed and had taken him to see Odusina before his diagnosis, without even checking him out she has determined that everything was fine he would simply be left handed. On top of the fact that she was rude and disregarding toward my concerns explaining that it was normal that my son was crying for almost an entire day. She did not take the time to even remotely try to address my concerns or run any labs or scans to see if there was some further problem causing my sons twitching. Without a Ct or MRI she by simply checking his foot reflex had determined that nothing was wrong. People do not take your child here!! Staff is lovely but the pediatrician Odusina is rude, will completely disregard your concerns as a parent, and will not take the time to properly exam your child.

Horrible service, and staff is not very welcoming at all! Went there for my infant’s check up and ear infection, and we waited for 2 hours seeing no doctor. I was extremely upset for the lack of concern but unfortunately I had to go back to work. Maybe this was a good thing that I did. I warn you to just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

FRAUD. The one star is only because you have too. I set up an appointment a month in advance to get kids flu shots. when I got there I told them what I was there for. Went in the back. The doctor comes in and starts asking questions. i was confused because flu shots alone only require a nurse visit. I was not prepared with all the information because we were not there for checkups. She starts talking about requesting records and making a well check appointment. I told here that we were not there for checkups and they already had a well check. We just came to get flu shots and I was looking into switching them over to that office at a later time. She then leaves saying she needs to call my kids other doctors to get more information, completely ignoring what I just told her. At this point I don't know what's going on. A nurse then comes in for more information and then the receptionist comes in to tell me there is $180 fee per child for records check. Now I am completely confused. I AGAIN say that we are there for flu shots. we can get flu Shots at the pharmacy store faster than this. What is going on? Why am I being asked all these questions? She finally tells me that they always do records checks and new patient checkups on first visits. So no one felt that should have been disclosed from the set of the appointment until now. All the time I am telling them we were only there for a flu shot. Usually when a doctor enters a room they always repeat or ask what we are there for. This doctor just assumes she can try performing services without consent. Now I have a bill over $200 for an office visit (not the flu shots I went there for which I got somewhere else and not the records check that they initially stated) that I continuously expressed I did not want and was not there for. Now I realize I was asked to sign a diagnosis sheet just to verify the patient information was correct but they could use that to fill after the fact with my signature. NOTE TO DOCTOR: You can not and should not attempt to perform services without the consent or knowledge of the parent. You and your staff need to explain any MANDATORY services so the patient has a choice to leave or continue. I will be calling my insurance company and any other agency I need to to look into this practice and let them know that you are fraudulently charges patients without consent to services. NOTE TO PUBLIC: Do not sign any forms that they can fill in later without services being performed with consent. Also, If a doctor walks in and just starts without explaining what they are doing...STOP THEM and make them explain first..DO NOT do anything until they have done so.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I will definitely recommend Dr. Odusina to anyone, anytime anyday. She also makes sure she checks up on us everyday to make sure everything is going fine

There’s not likely to be a more experienced, knowledgeable or compassionate pediatrician in Gwinnett County. Her trusted staff are experts at handling everything from patient questions to referrals and school compliance to special needs paperwork. They can do a lot of specialty tests & procedures in office including allergy programs and X-rays. This is the only doctor I’ve trusted with my kids for 20 years.

Dr. B is the best doctor EVER! She is very caring and knowledgeable. She also speaks multiple languages! Suwanee Pediatrics has a wonderful team and the facility is very clean, spacious and nice. All of the equipment is up to date. I personally have been going to Suwanee Pediatrics for over 15 years and now my daughter goes there too. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician!

Mi hijo ha tenido la misma pediatra por 15 años (casi 16). La doctora Bolaji es una persona muy preparada en su campo. Ella nunca manda a hacer estudios por que si, siempre que ha mandado a hacer algún estudio a mi hijo es porque tiene una idea de lo que él pueda estar enfermo , con los estudios de laboratorio lo confirma. Recomiendo ampliamente el que traigan a sus hijos con ella, es una de las mejores del estado de Georgia.

I met Dr. Bilaji when my children and I moved to Atlanta from Washington State. She was my children’s pediatrician, she is now their children’s pediatrician. I have learned so much from Odusina Bilaji. She is an amazing physician and an inspiring person. I think pediatricians coming out of medical school can learn a lot about the practice of medicine from Dr. B.

This place is very unprofessional At least the front desk is 2x I needed the doctor to sign something for my child and they wanted to charge $25 when we were in office the previous week Called on Sat for sick child and was hung up 2x and then left on hold for 8 minutes Called back same thing They are all about money. Last time I was there, a young lady was had a sick child but didn't have money for co-pay They denied her and sick child away because she didn't have co-pay but had insurance . Oh BTW still on hold and it's been 20 mins

Dr. B. as I usually call her, is a very knowledgeable Pediatrician. She has been my children's doctor for over seventeen (17 yrs) Her staffs and other doctors are very caring and helpful. She always explain my children's situation to me., she loves children and have great respect for parents. Always give me a clear written summary of every visit. She always give appropriate prescription and does not give antibiotics recklessly but correctly. I will always recommend Suwanee Pediatrics to anybody with little children because of my over seventeen years experience.

Although wait times can sometimes be a bit on the long side, it's only because Dr. B is worth the wait! Dr. B is incredibly thorough and always investigates to find the root cause of any illness. She takes time to train her medical staff correctly and really teaches them about what they should be aware of and actively seeking. My 15, 13, 7 and 4 year old girls are all treated by her and even when I find myself frustrated with longer wait times, I’m always eased knowing that she gives us (like her other patients) so much time and attention. I can’t imagine anyone NOT being pleased with Dr. B other than the fact that she will not just quickly medicate without first completely understanding the issues and having complete confidence that it’s the best approach. This is definitely one advocate your child needs on their side. Taking advantage of appointments first thing in the morning definitely makes for a faster visit!

Really terrible service. I waited over an hour to be seen by Dr. Odusina. I told her why I was visiting her , and she literally asked me what I wanted her to do. Aren't you the Doctor? Aren't you the professionals? Why should I have to pay to diagnosis myself and come up with my own treatment plan? That's ridiculous. When I asked for an MRI, or a referral to an MRI, I was advised to go to the E.R. Not sure what kind of crooks are running this place, but it would be nice if you could advise people that you are not qualified to treat adults or MVCs prior to charging them for a visit.
