I was pretty upset after leaving my son's 4 year check up. The first question I was asked when Dr. Jones entered the room was what insurance I was using. I find this strange as I have never had a doctor ask me this before. When I said Wellcare, I feel as though his demeanor changed. He called my child overweight- he is 3'8.5" and weighs 52 lbs, obviously thin and healthy. He told me I need to put sunscreen on my child that I have had for 4 years. I know how to take care of him. He was displeased w/ the amount of earwax my son had; which, I have no idea how that makes me a bad mom. He made me feel like an incompetent mother. He told me I need to cut calories from my 4 year old's diet and on the pre-k form, he indicated that my son needs to be monitored because of his weight. Now the pre-k is requiring appointment slips to make sure we're having it monitored. And to top it off, as any other doctor's office, the wait time was lengthy. I will NOT be back to SouthCoast Health Pediatrics in Savannah.

Very nice office, but had bad experience with customer service when I called, person was very rude and basically rushed me off the phone, she hung up before I could even say bye very rude.

My son has been going to Southcoast since he was 18 months old (his dad left the Army, so we had to find a civilian physician) and I have had nothing but great experiences since then. Dr. Robert Jones was my pediatrician as a child, so we started with him. We moved to Dr. Scanlon because she was more readily available. When she went to the Rincon office, we moved to Dr. Riegner, and also see Joe, the PA and Clarissa, the NP. Everyone (including the front office staff) has been nothing but respectful to myself, my child, and my family. It's always easy to make an appointment, and the walk-in clinic has been a life-saver for us. Thank you guys for treating us really well. I love that we can see his doctor without worrying about being judged. My son, Koen, is almost 5 now and he actually enjoys coming here. Never thought a child would enjoy a doctor this much. That's how you know it must be a great place.

Dr.patel and his staff nurses gene, and nurse Torres are some of the best in the business where ever they go our family and friends will follow we feel fortunate to have a Doctor, like Dr, Patel and his staff...

U make an appointment and then wait almost 2 hours every time to finally see the doctor! The after hours clinic is faster and the only reason we still come here!

My youngest son who is now 4 months and has been seen by Dr. Mozer since birth. So far, I am impressed with the professionalism and my positive interaction with all of the employees and Dr. Mozer. I just recently visited the office and Mrs. Thompson (I believe that was her name) saw my 4 month old and she was awesome. I like offices with space and a waiting area that is separate from the sick patience. The biggest plus is they have Saturday hours for sick patients.

I met Dr Micah Riegner when I became pregnant at age 44. My youngest child at the time was 22years old . Dr Riegner not only met with me prior to my daughter Hannah's birth to reassure me, but continued with my daughter's care throughout her first three years of life. When Hannah turned three in 2009, we moved to Delaware when my first grandchild was born. We threatened to pack " tiny little Dr Riegner" into our luggage! She was a true gift from God to our family!!

Dr. David J Delnostro and Peter C Miller are the most unprofessional doctors I have seen in my entire life. My impression of their idea of being a doctor is to send you to their friends, who don't mind sending you for useless tests and procedures. They are a perfect example of a Medical Mafia, Please DO NOT fall in this whole it doesn't have a bottom. I tried to fix a miss-filed annual visit, took me a month and they didn't do anything, at the end I had to pay it regardless.
