This is the first review I've ever written online. I've been a patient of Dr. David Boaz since 2002. He advises with a peaceful & kind manner. He is an incredibly detail oriented listener, making note of every important detail about your symptoms, as well as about you, as a patient. He diagnoses with accuracy & always makes certain to reccomend your best holistic or OTC option to avoid over prescribing so not be excessively hard on the body. That care defines what a physician is held at oath to do. The office is always quiet, orderly and run with efficiency. Dr. Boaz, Miranda, Tinsley, the Jennifer's, other PA's & Doctors are all INCREDIBLE & always have been. The newer office staff member, who I HAD to report to my Doctor and PA after my first experience with her, JENNY.... well, she is extremely rude, cold, inconsiderate, unprofessional & conveniently "forgetful" when asked to have refills called in & delivering messages in general. I have ex-workers who have said the same of her poor customer service yet don't see reviews from them, so I emplore others to speak up about Jenny, bad or good of course, but please say something so she is held accountable. I care a lot about this place and value and appreciate them and I would hate for their reputation to be tarnished or to miss out on patients, who'd be blessed to call SFPM their pediatric or GP, because of one quite rotten, bad egg.
