I went to Dr Nikki Hill for the FUE Transplant. There were thinning spots on my scalp that I felt should be taken care of sooner than later. Dr Hill was able to perform this procedure and get me to a place of satisfaction. Dr Hill answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Her approach is very calm. She listens to your concerns and responds accordingly . She is also very patient and very kind. Her staff are some of the best in the city. During my procedure, i could not sit still for some reason, but they all remained patient and worked with me. I give this office and staff 10 out of 5 stars.. Thank You Dr Hill

I spent years researching skincare products and purchasing products from local estheticians, Sephora, Ulta and Walmart. I even tried natural remedies such as, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, shea butter and every othe mask concoction you make. I took every vitamin with benefits of giving you great glowing skin. I increased my water intake drastically. I even invested in a natural vegan makeup line. I still wasn't seeing the results I wanted in my skin. I was anti dermatologist because I believed that most dermatologists cared more about medicating the symptoms rather than treating/curing the problem. My self-medicated/ regimens finally took a toll for the worst on my skin last year. I decided to find a dermatologist. I had tried everything but a dermatologist. I researched every dermatologist in the Gwinnett and Dekalb area. I read the their bios and studied their reviews. I was most impressed with Dr. Hill and so I booked an appointment with her. Let me just say this- I am extremely picky and frugal with how I spend my money. Dr. Hill was very knowledgeable. She explained to me in detail the cause of each problematic area on my skin. I asked a lot of questions and not once did she dismiss any of my concerns. She gives you a step by step regimen and she explains and demonstrates each step more than once. She provides samples. What I like most about being Dr. Hill's patient is being able to email/call her between appointments and actually getting a response from her! I email Dr. HILL a lot! My skin has improved tremendously under Dr. Hill's care! If you are Looking for a dermatologist who is very knowledgeable and can guarantee results- Dr. Hill is your dermatologist. Skin of Hair and Culture values your time (no long waits) and the office staff is professional and friendly.

Dr. Hill is AMAZING! I had a horrible rash/acne all over my face, chest and back. Believe me when I said I tried everything! I went to urgent care and a different dermatologist, I even went to Sephora to see if there was anything that could help my skin. Nothing nor nobody helped! I went an entire month looking horrible. I was desperate for help. I was also concerned about the medication because I’m currently breastfeeding. My mom recommended me to go see Dr. Hill and decided to go see her. I booked the first appointment available. Dr. Hill took her time and answered all my questions. She also took the time to speak to my daughter’s pediatrician to make sure the cream I was prescribed was safe for my daughter. The cream worked instantly and saw results immediately! It helped with the swelling! The redness on my skin is going away and cleared up my face! The staff is really nice and her office is gorgeous! If you need a dermatologist go see Dr. Hill you won’t regret it!

She briefed me on what the procedure entailed, and after treatment steps were in detailed. There was no pain and all moles were successfully removed! I have been having problems for years with my scalp and my hair coming out. My scalp has become severely itchy and sore over the last year or so. She actually took time to look at my scalp and explain to me what was going on. All the rest of the dermatologist that I’ve been to did not seem to know what was going on at all. The things that they gave me for my hair made it worse and made my hair extremely dry and brittle. I do not know if the treatment has worked or not, because I just started it. So I’ll be back to review that.

I am not the easiest client to have for sure! I am very picky and I have trust issues with pharmaceuticals. When I first went to Dr. Hill it was back In June 2017 just after my honey moon. I was starting to get large painful break outs on my chin and I didn't have the slightest idea why. I had previously been struggling with acne but just recently it had gotten worse. We tried some topical creams and nothing worked- it was devastating and I would call and call driving them all crazy! I even asked the receptionist what I should do and she said to just be patient because Dr. Hill is a miracle worker it just takes time. Boy was she right! In August we decided to put me on some medication geared toward preventing hormonal acne and it did the trick! within a few months I stopped having bad break outs and now the only thing I have is a small pimple every once in a while, more so caused by me forgetting to wash my face. I love Dr. Hill and everyone that works there and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a solid dermatologist. She is so kind and patient and so is her staff. I go back in January for a chemical peel and I cannot wait!
