Could not have asked for better doctor and office to care for my children! Since the very first visit, our experience with Sandy Spring Pediatrics has been excellent. We LOVE Dr. Aldridge!!! She is professional, takes time to talk to us and does not leave anything to chance. She is very personable and my kids love that she always remembers what they talked about at their last visit. When Dr. Aldridge is not in office, there are few other doctors that we can see, and we have received same kind of professional and kind treatment as we do with Dr. Aldridge. The nursing and office staff are wonderful too. If one of the children is sick, it is almost always possible to make a same day appointment to see the doctor. Excellent in every way!

We see Dr. Wells-Jarrett and she has been seeing our boy(s) for 11+ years. We can always be seen same day if they’re sick and most often it is with her and not another doctor in the practice. They are leaders in their field and I feel blessed to be able to take my boys to the best!

The clinic is very professional. We are working with Dr V Jakson and she is an excellent doctor. She always takes her time to run us through processes and all the what, why when's. The only con is it takes a lot of time to get the doctor to see you. If you have a 9 o clock then be ready to wait for upto 2.30 to 3 hours.

I had met Dr. Wise through my old job as a nanny, taking the kids to see her a few times during the school year. Once I became pregnant a chose a pediatrician I felt she was a great choice. I loved her from the first visit in the hospital. Unfortunately every time we visited the office, which was quite a few times that first month, we had horrific experiences every time. With a newborn, 1 week, 2weeks, and 1 month old, our wait times were upwards of 45 mins-1.5 hours. It's not like we walked in. These visits were planned. The staff up front is rude and incompetent. No one knew what was going on. I feel bad Dr. wise is being put in a group with those folks, because she is truly amazing.

Every visit is simply wonderful—great doctors great nurses great support staff...enlightened administrative approaches —so efficient and seamless—and a human vein picks up the phone every single time you call! We've been very happy with Dr. Aldridge since moving to Atlanta in 2015, and intend to stay with her even though we've moved 30 minutes away.

All three of my daughters have been raised with Sandy Springs Pediatrics providing their medical care. My youngest is 18. We saw Dr Harrison until he retired. We loved him!! Then we saw Dr Shore who is a fabulous doctor and now we see Dr Wise who the girls adore. The referrals that have been provided have always been top notch and the office staff and nursing staff are professional and caring. I could not have found a better medical practice to help me with the girls. I recommend them to anyone!!!

All 4 of my children have been with this practice for 15 years and I drive over 30 minutes one way to see them. We saw Dr. Harrison, who my kids LOVED, until his retirement. Now we are with Dr. Long, but have seen others and have no complaints. Agree the wait times are terrible, but as a mom who lost a child to cancer, and had another child diagnosed with an extremely rare condition, you will be thankful if the need ever arises, that you have this team caring for your children. The direct access to CHOA at Scottish Rite is also a benefit for us.

To any physician who may have asked about our experience. Dr. Jackson is also amazing. She sprung into action in the absence of Dr. Aldridge and helped get my son the care and services that were required at the moment. We must pick the best times for an appointment because there is never an extended wait time. For that I am thankful. I truly am thankful for this practice and it's physicians and nursing staff.

Love Doctor Wells. Dr. Wells has been my daughter's doctor since birth and she is currently 8. It's awesome when your Doctor greets you in the parking lot and know you by name (her patient). The office is clean, the staff are professional and friendly, the location is great and you do not have to pay for parking.

Doctors are great. Billing is terrible. Literally overpaid by the insurances we have and refused to see my child until my husband paid them AGAIN. So, if you want to be seen you have to paid EXTRA beyond what your insurance dictates.

The doctors here are nice, don’t get me wrong. But the wait time is ridiculous! I just waited 50 minutes in a patient room and no doctor. Every time I come here it’s for sure a 30 min wait, but today they were just reckless. Not one assistant came into the room to tell me, “the doctor is running late”. I asked a assistant about the status of the doctor and she said, “every patient is important”. Well my 10 month old is a patient too! Honestly, I felt immensely insulted. They need to get their appointment scheduling together. If your willing to wait, this is the spot to go to.

I was a patient at this practice with Dr Long from birth until I was 20. Now, as an adult my son sees Dr Long and Dr Wells-Jarrett. Getting an appointment is quick and easy. My 2 yr old loves Dr Wells Jarrett and they worked with me when I had an issue with my insurance company. I would recommend this practice to any and everyone who want a good doctor.

This practice was recommended to me by a member of my daughters' special care team at CHOA. The nursing staff are courteous, however the billing staff and front desk/receptionists are impolite at best, and quite rude generally speaking. The wait time has been at least 45 mins, even when arriving on time for the first appointment time slot of the day, and that's not including the time spent waiting once moved to an exam room. The doctor we requested was not taking on new patients, so we were assigned to Dr. Wise who is fresh out of residency though my children have a rare disability. She is very polite and for lack of a better desciption, sun-shiny, however her limited experience was exhibited on multiple occassions. I took my 3 year old to her for concerns over an injury which she treated adequately, however she did not examine her thoroughly and completely missed an ear infection & pink eye! Not twelve hours later a Physician's Assistant at the follow-up appointment for my daughter's injury pointed out the pink eye, which I had noticed during the exam with Dr. Wise but wrote off as allergies. I've moved on to another practice and would only recommend this practice if you aren't a working parent, and have a child with no special needs.

Most importantly she has a wealth of knowledge she uses to explain any issues or concerns I have ever had. I am grateful for her. The practice is clean, nurses are great at their job and the waiting time is reasonable. I highly recommend SSP.

I have been taking my children to SSP since we moved to Atlanta from LA which has been about 11yrs now. All three of my boys go there and are in the wonderful care of Dr. John G Long. While I have experienced long wait times, that would literally have to be my only complaint. Dr. Long is very thorough and I always feel like I get their best when we go there. I haven't experienced a rude staff, ever because I would definitely be verbal about it to the office manager. Great place to take your children

The office is very clean and we have never had to wait long. There is a nurses hotline in case you ever have any questions and they are open on weekends! But most of all is the staff, they are all so caring!

My son sees Dr Vanna Jackson and her team, they are wonderful! Her advocate Renee is everything!!! She is all over it, anytime I need something accomplished for my son, she gets it done ASAP! We switch from another provider in that same building and I have NO REGRETS! Dr. Jackson takes her time and she ensures your child’s needs are being met from every angle. The nurses are wonderful too, although you know they maybe tired from a long day, they wear a smile like a badge of honor! I moved 30 miles from SSPA and I will driving in any weather to come see them. We are not just patients, we are family!

Let's Get Something Straight… I'm Paying You Guys NOT The Other Way Around, So You Are Not Hurting Me Or My Kids It Was Just Irritating Listening To A Empty Wagon. Went CHOA Across The Street Such Wonderful People and Insurance Went Through Without A Glitch and We Were In and Out In No Time! If You Care For Your Children Take Them To A Practice That Also Cares Just As Much As You Do. My Kids Now Attend Ivy League Pediatrics and They Have A GREAT Reputation and Doctors!

BEWARE if you inquire about Medicaid the receptionist Gage will say they are no longer accepting Medicaid/ new patients at the moment . However, when I inquired about Cigna they are accepting new patients! I then politely asked do you accept Medicaid or not in this particular office? She said well you have Cigna for one child as well correct? We do accept it but we prefer not to as only one doctor still accepts. This is not morally unacceptable behavior and makes you question the physicians in this offices true motives. Please update insurance coverage options listed online as it is clear you DO NOT Accept Medicaid .

I don't normally write reviews but this is the best pediatric office my daughter has ever went too. I never have a problem getting a sick appointment and they are always quick and polite. Also the doctors really care about your child, I'm so glad I found this place.
