Great place to take your child. Staff is always kind and has no problems working child in for sick visit. Advice line is also very helpful. I highly recommend the office for all your child care needs.

All of the staff here is wonderful!! I can tell they truly care about my son and I look forward to brining our next baby here as well. Dr. Eaton is amazing and thorough and so good with my son. Every visit, he leaves with a smile and when it’s time to go to the doctor, he celebrates getting to see Dr. Eaton. My son is 3 and he even knows what good doctor/ patient care looks like. Even the billing department is great and accommodating! We love Roswell Pediatrics and recommend them to any local family searching for a place where they can be part of a family!

I love Roswell Pediatrics both the Cumming and Milton locations are always clean, staff is always friendly and my kids love watching the movies while waiting! The doctors make sure to explain everything that's going on and answer any questions I have. As a working mom, the only thing I would suggest would be to have more weekend appointments

Dr. Landis has been seeing our children since they were infants, and he always takes the time to cover any issues or questions we may have. The staff is friendly and helpful and scheduling an appointment is very easy.

I love a couple of the doctor's/PA's. Especially Dr Klopman. She's amazing. However, most of the staff is awful. They are terrible at their jobs, rude, and aren't held accountable at all. Drs get 5 stars, staff 1.

Office treated our family like second-class citizens refusing care because we recently had to participate in Medicaid. I have rarely been treated this poorly much less had someone speak to me so awfully that she made me feel ashamed of us. Shame on her. Better to know now what the pediatricians priorities are---Money.....not children.

We saw Dr. Brian Burnham and I was very impressed with his bed-side manner, attentiveness to my concerns and time he took with us in the room. In addition, HE--the doctor, called me with my son's lab results! You don't find that much any more. I have 5 children and we have been patients of Dr. Robert Burnham and Dr. Eaton for 20+ years. When I called for a "work-in appointment" to find that Dr. R Burnham and Dr. Eaton were out of town, my anxiety went to the next level. BUT Dr. Brian Burnham is wonderful!

I was with this practice for 18 years until today when I had an awful experience. The nurse that came in to take blood from my daughter did not even speak to her or try to engage her to try to make her feel more comfortable. This then triggered my daughter; who is already afraid of shots to freak out. I had called the practice the day before to give them the heads up and to make sure that someone would spend some extra time and take extra care. Instead they sent in the opposite. After I got my daughter to calm down she wanted to go ahead with the blood being drawn. I had to talk the office manager into even giving her another chance. Then once in the room with my daughter ready to have the blood drawn; but crying, one of the Doctors (who I never even saw) sent the office manager in to the room and told them to stop. We left the office with my daughter emotionally distrait. The most interesting part of this story is that when we left we were told to go to a Quest lab for them to draw the blood. The nurse there was engaging, sweet, and very patient. This is what I would have expected from the pediatrician's nurse and not from a lab. We were in and out of there in 15 minutes. We left with my daughter having a smile on her face and saying how that was not so bad. I would rethink taking you child to Roswell Pediatrics. It is a shame because there are a few good Doctors spread out across their 3 offices, but they need to rethink who they hire as their nurses. Especially the nurses at the Old Milton Office.

We LOVE Roswell Pediatrics! My daughter is two and we have been seen here since she was a newborn. Our primary physician is Dr. Eaton, who we just love, but we've seen other NPs/providers for sick visits and all have been just as wonderful. The nurses and front staff are also the best! They are always quick to get us in if needed and we are typically in and out quickly as well. We are so thankful for you all!

My son is no longer at this practice. They are very slow to respond to letter requests and actually lost my original letter. When I received a copy of the medical records, the physician, Dr. Eaton, wrote that I refused vaccination and it was not given, when actually my son did receive his DTap. His arm was red and swollen for a week with a rash and he was told never to get that vaccine again by another physician. This was not documented anywhere in his chart. I called several times and requested to speak to the office manager to fix my son's inaccurate records and never received a call back.This practice is a big practice and impersonal. As my husband and I are both physicians near the office we were very surprised by the lack of response

We love this office! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out. The staff and nurses are SO friendly. They separate waiting rooms are a must have for us now (sick and well side). We have seen a couple different doctors/PA’s on different occasions and we have our rank of them but they are all fabulous. I highly recommend this practice!

We experienced poor billing practices. They have a couple of nice doctors, but Dr. Salzberg was unbelievably rude and demeaning to my wife. Has been rude to me before as well. We're fed up and going elsewhere.

The person who tried to take my son’s blood forgot that we were in the waiting room. After 30 minutes I reminded the front staff that we were there. I heard her tell them that she was on the phone and completely forgot. She came out, never apologized and started the hellish ordeal of trying to get blood from my 9 year old. She was impatient and kept telling my son that it “shouldn’t hurt” because the needle was already in.Not in a vein mind you, just in in his skin! She was impatient and told me this ridiculous song and dance about how she is the best in the office. When she couldn’t get it done she brought the manager who was much nicer, and had a better temperament for kids. She asked me if my son had any water that morning. I told her no, b/c when I called to ask that specific question the person on the phone said no water! My son was dehydrated and screaming at the top of his lungs and we ended up getting so little blood that we will have to redo this. Bloodwork is no fun, and due to getting wrong information, waiting for so long while my son got even more nervous, and dealing with an impatient know it all I’m considering switching pediatricians. These stars are solely for the manager who was able to calm him down a bit. *UPDATE* The manager did call me and was very apologetic about what happened, and did her best to resolve the issue. I also received a call from the other manager who was very professional and able to calm my son down. I appreciate that, and would still recommend this practice due to the fantastic doctors and nurse practitioners.
