If I could leave zero stars I would. Rude providers! Dr. Ellerine asked me if I knew what 5 mLs was and I have been a nurse for ten years and a nurse practitioner now for two years. Her and Dr Kuo kept telling me my daughters stomach hurt because of constipation. I finally took her to an after hours pediatric clinic where she was diagnosed with strep. This is after seeing peach tree park pediatrics twice for the same issue: stomach pain. Dr Whisencart was the only one there that was respectable. After two years there I was so glad to leave. We also had my daughters preschool teacher at a Montessori school say she had a horrible experience with Dr. Kuo there and she stopped going. Does she care about any of her pediatric patients???

We moved here a little over a year ago and I was having a hard time finding a pediatrician for my now 2 year old. This place has been so awesome. Every time I've needed her to be seen because of one thing or another they have always been able to squeeze her in. They are very kind and respectful. The only thing I don't like is you have to pay for parking.

Called today to make an appointment and was shocked at the shortness and rudeness of the person that answered the phone. I still made my appointment because that has never happened before so I will update this review after my appointment in case this was a one time event.

We have been with the practice for 21 years and have a few more to go. Every doctor they have brought on board has been exceptional. They are thorough and kind from womb through college from the ladies at the front to the pediatricians!

We absolutely loved Dr. Robert Wiskind at Peachtree Park Pediatrics!! He was a calming and reassuring influence on our family, even when our son had some issues in the first year. Dr. Wiskind always answered all of our questions, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

We have been coming to this office for 15 years and today will be our last visit. We self pay, which the office has always had difficulty knowing how to handle, but they also like to add charges even when you don’t ask for them. We asked specifically for a required immunization shot for my son, and ended up paying for three additional things that were not necessary, including being charged to fill out a survey on a computer. Then they wanted to charge us another $10 for the piece of paper with the immunization record showing he just got his shot. However if we wanted that record same day, it was going to be $35! They also couldn’t find my daughter in their system who had been coming there for 11 years, since birth!! The doctors may be pretty good and we miss Dr. Barfield, but their general business practices are terrible.

My family have used Peachtree Park Pediatrics for years. I use to go when I was a child and now my children, and grandchildren. They are all really great at what they do. I miss Dr. Shivers and Dr. Garner. It is heart breaking to watch as a Dr. retire and a joy to see a new Doctor come in. To watch them grow like a flower touches my heart. It is a gift to watch the Nurses and Dr.s interaction with my children from birth to adult. They are so informative and that is one of the many things I love about them.

Peachtree Park Pediatrics is excellent. We especially love Dr. Winn and the care he has shown our 1 year old. He is always willing to answer the numerous questions we had as first time parents. Also, the rest of the staff is kind and willing to help.

Dr Brown takes excellent care of her patients. Including our two boys. She’s attentive, friendly, approachable and my kids have never once felt scared or intimidated at the doctors office. The front of house staff and nurse techs have all been lovely. If you have a kiddo, you need someone like Dr Brown in your contact list.

Our Primary is Dr Wiskind and I love how he is honest with me as a mother and so good with my children. The nurses are always polite and friendly. Always a great experience as a parent!!!

We had been taking our children there for five years but we will no longer go there. The first issue was being told if we are were not going to get every vaccine we have to find somewhere else to go. But the straw that broke the camel's back was how they charge. I have insurance so all I would have to pay is 10 dollar copay . We would ask do we owe and they would reply no then way down the road send us a 10 dollar bill and call us and talk to us in a manner like we can't afford 10 dollars. Then had to the nerve to tell us before they see my 1 year old at his next appointment we would have to pay a 200 dollar deposit. They need to really work on better ways to pay like take the co-payment at the time of visit to prevent nonsense like that.

I called and made an appointment, provided insurance info and was confirmed. We were not told that they did not accept patients who declined immunization until we were in the office. This was a complete waste of time that could have been avoided if their staff notified me of this policy during my initial call.

As a child I was a patient at Peachtree Park Pediatrics, and I couldn't be happier or more proud that my children are now patients. Dr. Kuo is an awesome pediatrician. As a new parent, I read every thing and I love how Dr. Kuo listens, understands and puts me at ease. We've also seen Dr. Brown and Dr. Winn who are just as amazing.

Dr. Anna Kuo and the rest of the doctors, nurses, nurse assistant's and office associates are fabulous. Dr. Kuo has been our 14 year old's pediatrician since he was born. We appreciate the time that she spends with us and she (or any other doctor if she is out or booked when our son has been sick) is always happy to answer questions with a smile. We almost always get moved immediately to a room after checking in which limits the time that a child who is in for an annual visit or flu shot is around sick children. We've never had a problem getting worked in when our child has been sick and the nurse help line is extremely helpful which has saved a visit at various times. We highly recommend Dr. Kuo and her colleagues

We love this practice. Dr. Ellerine is great. She listens to all concern and answers all questions and takes the time to explain things and helps you have an understanding, which as a first time mom is so appreciated. Joy, the lactation consultant, is the greatest. Breastfeeding can be very frustrating and she makes everything makes sense again and bring sanity and clarity to it all. She is just fantastic. Cannot say enough positive things about this practice. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, to the do doctors have just been great and a great support.

Our 1 year old had been seeing Dr. Kuo since she was born and we love her! She is very straight forward and that helps calm my crazy when my toddler is sick. We never have trouble getting appointments, and they are great about getting you a sick child visit same day. The best people!

Dr. Brown is awesome. She’s patient, caring and attentive to our children. She takes time to answer questions we have at each visit and really invests to build rapport with our entire family. The Peachtree Park team is responsive to the nurse advise line and we’ve rarely had any concerns in our 3+ years visiting the practice. Highly recommended!

Awesome pediatric practice- we drive over 40 minutes because we value seeing a physician at every visit and we don’t have to worry about our child getting sick from unvaccinated kids because they have a policy that every child is 100% vaccinated on-time. Their front office is great and they offer same day and next day appointments for sick appointments. All of the doctors are great- we couldn’t be happier

Been going here since I moved to Atlanta, and never had an issue. The doctors are so incredible, and we consider them friends of our family. I am always taken care of; any situation and any time. These people truly care about each and every client. In addition, they care about your personal lives and help you strive to be healthier and give tips on self care. Some doctors have even taken the time to teach me about things (I am interested in medicine). The environment is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the nurses are always SO kind. The front desk is also very organized and fun to talk to. Thanks for everything PPP❤️

I'm seriously torn about this place. I hate paying for parking first off. Love Dr. Brown. She is very patient and understanding. Great with babies. Wish she worked at a different practice The front office is very rude and abrupt with you. Especially over the phone. Nurse was very facetious when I expressed my concerns over vaccines. Regardless of my concerns there's a way you speak to people as a professional and that was highly unnecessary. On another occasion a front office staff refused to set my appointment and transferred me to voicemail. Why? I also watched a senior front office staff speak abruptly to a new patient's parent about the fee for records on a separate occasion. Jeez I know everyone has bad days but these people could really take a lesson in customer service. Moving on Dr Ellerine (sp?) is just ok. Seemed prescription happy and cut me off while I was speaking. I made sure to finish my sentence to let her know how rude she was being. Dr. Flemming was very knowledgeable but also passive aggressive pushy. I have mixed feelings about this place and am currently looking for another pediatrician. Wish I could take Dr. Brown with me.

Everyone is pleasant and the office clean. I love how when you check in, you don't wait in the waiting area exposed to germs from others that are not feeling well, especially if you're just there for a wellness checkup for your child, they immediately put you in your exam room for your pediatrician. It does suck to pay for parking though.

We switched to Peachtree Park Pediatrics from another pediatrician's office in Atlanta because of several bad experiences for our six month old. Peachtree Parks Pediatrics has been WONDERFUL for our last three visits- the admin staff members are friendly and efficient, the nurses are kind and amazing at giving vaccinations, and the doctors are level-headed, patient, and knowledgeable. We are very happy with this practice.
