New offices are gorgeous! Ninth floor window offers excellent views of the skyline. :) Dr. Law is fantastic - great bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Kelley Davis

I’ve been a patient for 3 years and honestly, I’m not sure why. 1. The doctor spends literally 5 minutes in the room with me before prescribing medications and asking me to make a follow up appointment in 6 weeks. No root cause analysis. Very little questioning. Just hey, try this. 2. I had to call several times and even come into the office to get someone to refill a prescription. The triage call center concept is the more inefficient system I’ve seen at a doctors office to date. 3. An appointment I scheduled needed to be rescheduled (doctor has to reschedule) and instead of utilizing a text or call service, I was sent a letter in the mail to call the office. Again...so inefficient and odd. I give this place 2 stars, mostly because of the pristine facility and great skyline view.

My appointment was at 9:30. It's 11:15 and I'm still in the waiting room. They don't even seem to care at all. Totally unacceptable. What's the point of even making an appointment? I will certainly never come back, and I recommend others find somewhere- anywhere- else to go.

If not for going back to see Dr. Law for my follow up after a questionable mole removal, I would have rated this office lower. Dr. Law is very thorough, professional, and allows time to speak with the patient. My initial appointment was with a PA whom did not have great patient care and allow for questions. I felt just like she just wanted to rush through the appointment. I'm glad to hear they are getting a new office next year! Their current office is very outdated and has an unpleasant odor.

I had a horrible experience at Peachtree Dermatology and will never return. Under the supervision of Traci Jones, I was prescribed a month of antibiotics for mild acne after which I immediately suffered the worst breakout on my cheeks, where I'd never broken out before. I have since learned that antibiotics are often prescribed for longer periods under supervision, which I did not receive appropriately. This experience led me to develop severe social anxiety and self consciousness issues, and I am still dealing with the physical and emotional scarring. I have since switched dermatologists and will never recommend Peachtree Dermatology to anyone.

John Mocha

Extremely unprofessional staff. They can't do their job and blame the patient.

Caroline King

Wow!!! I just have to say I wish I would have know about this place years ago! I came in today and met with Dr Tracy. She was so friendly, so professional and she has he most beautiful, glowing skin, which is always a good sign in a dermatologist! I came in for adult acne and brown spots on my forehead and she was so amazing and sweet. I didn’t feel embarrassed at all and she talked to me like a friend. She made some great recommendations and Prescribed me to some great products that will help with everything. I go back in 8 weeks and I’m actually looking forward to the appointment!

The only goal of this place is to sell your their over priced services like Botox or microdermabrasion. If you’re looking for a doctor that cares about what’s actually going on with your skin look somewhere else. Not to mention their front desk staff are the most unfriendly people you will ever meet.

Liz Ciaccio

Ewa Rooney and her Medical Assistant Juliette are TOP NOTCH!!! I am always happy and seen on time. Ms. Rooney is professional, knowledgeable and takes GREAT care of me at each visit. I am very pleased with her services and would HIGHLY recommend seeing her, its also much easier than seeing the Doctor, then you have to wait! Her assistant Juliette is so wonderful! She remembers me each time, we have lovely chats she is priceless, and a huge asset to the practice!!!!!

Lindsey Donahue

Wonderful first visit here. I was impressed with the level of care the entire staff provided. Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. My Dr. took the time to actually listen to my concerns (unlike many other dermatologists I've gone to in the past) and started me on a treatment plan that's already working. I'll be returning here from now on for all of my skin care needs.

Sheunopa M

The first time I went into Peachtree Dermatology, I met with Dr. Law who prescribed me a skin care regimen which at first I was skeptical towards because I didn't see changes right away. However, after about 2 weeks of consistent use, I started to see changes as Dr. Law mentioned. My acne is all gone and my scarring as a result of the acne has definitely started fading. This all happened in a matter of 6 weeks. I just went in for a follow up and was given a product to help with the scarring and I am very optimistic as to the results I'll see. Other than the great products I was given the new office is beautifullll. So clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this great team!! Only piece of advice I have is be patient. Dealing with things like acne, scarring, breakouts, etc can be a process and things don't get better over night.

British Martin

My doctor is very attentive, knowlegable, and answers all my questions thouroughly. The office is ran efficiently and they always fit me into the schedule rather quickly. I don't have to wait weeks to be seen. The prices are reasonable and the products are great.

martha shepherd

Worst experience ever. The whole staff is completely incompetent. They told me they had "dropped the ball" concerning my situation. When it comes to my health, "dropping the ball" isn't an option. Steer clear!!

I love love looooooooooove Dr. Law. She listened to all of my concerns, her staff is great and speedy, I didnt have to wait long for my visit and most of the products i needed were available in the office already. Her medical assistant Anthony is to die for and very knowledgeable. Great practice!!!

Derek Wideman

Very disappointed in this place. Dermatologist shows very little concern and offers up no solutions. Simply, "try this"...if this doesn't work, come back...same results when you return. Waste of money and time. #ripoff

I had the most wonderful experience at Peachtree Dermatology Associates. The staff excels at grand hospitality and customer service. Dr. Wright listened to all of my medical concerns. Addressed all issues and delivered sound advise with an affordable treatment plan. Dr. Wright's expertise with anti-aging is unparalleled. My overall impression of Peachtree Dermatology Associates exceeded my expectations. I am honored to have such a wonderful medical team who really cares!

Jason G

I have been a patient of this practice for over a decade. Although Dr Wright is my preferred provider, I have seen Dr Sturm on occasion as well as several of the PAs when I need to get in quickly and can't wait for an appointment (the popularity of the doctors keeps them in high demand). I have never once felt rushed through my appointment. On occasion, I have had to wait a few extra minutes to be seen, but, I've also had to wait at other doctors' offices, the dentist, for airplanes, food at the restaurant, and church service to let out. Its all part of life. Sometimes, I have been asked to try new medications to see how they address my skin concerns and most of the time they work great. When they don't, I call in and get switched back to the older prescription with no problem. Their new office is bright, beautiful, and state-of-the-art.

Hisa Fallico

Peachtree Dermatology is staffed with Warm and Wonderful Beautiful Goddesses!! Ewa Rooney, PAC is the Best!!! She is always happy, very patient and genuinely (actively) listens to your dermatological concerns. I really appreciate how Ewa supports the facilitation of the natural body’s restorative processes by providing the least intrusive actions first- before proceeding too more manipulated medicinal art forms to your skin to achieve the desired results. Appointments are timely and expedient. And the staff are friendly, funny, and professional. I would recommend Peachtree Dermatology to anyone looking for the best skin care solutions.

Matthew Gubernat

Very relaxing and helpful!

I was referred to Dr. Sturm at Peachtree Dermatology Associates by a friend and relative after I had been dealing with ongoing skin issues (rash/allergic reactions/etc) for over a year. I had found temporary relief with medicines (topical and oral) from other dermatologists; however, nothing seemed to work long term. As soon as I entered the patient room with Dr. Sturm, his PA--Tracy--and their team of nurses, I knew that would change. They all showed so much compassion for my situation, and genuinely wanted to understand what was going on with my skin. They chanted with me and inquired about my skin history for 30 minutes, and even asked a pharmacy to make up a special shampoo for my scalp (which has also been affected). They were so professional, caring, and inquisitive. I am excited to see the great results that I trust will happen after visiting this team. Please go to them if you have any of the issues I have/had (very sensitive skin, skin allergies and sensitivities to all sorts of products, rashes after certain sunscreens and lotions/eczema/etc).

Ebony Davis

Dr. Wright is amazing.

stephanie ward

Dr Law and entire staff I sent absolutely AMAZING. I'm telling everyone about this office. Thank you sooooo much I will be back for sure

Gabrielle Smith

The front desk staff was wonderful.

Jay Tee

I used to like this place until recently. Dr. Sturm was the dermatologist I always saw, however you have to book with him weeks in advance because of his schedule (he's really good). I needed a prescription refill for acne but hadn't been in a year or so. They told me to meet with him would be several weeks out, so they scheduled me with a nurse practitioner. When I got there, I met with the nurse and her assistant. She prescribed some new medicine and tried to get me to purchase it. When I got the bill, they charged me for a complete doctor visit instead of a visit with the nurse practitioner and said that was the lowest they could charge. However, I went a few weeks later for another issue and saw an actual Dr. The charge for that visit was almost HALF of what they charged me to see a nurse practitioner. I love the new building and appearance of their new office, however I will absolutely not be back. They basically lied on the phone and had no ability to adequately explain their charges and I felt like the nurse practitioner was trying to push a product just because it was the new big thing, vs. the product I had been using before (that I went in to get a refill for). The only reason they're getting two stars is because Dr. Law was amazing. Peachtree Derm...never again.

Alex Flores

I've been here a couple of times for various things and have had good experiences every time. Kelsey and I Hanna have checked me in, but regardless the front desk staff is top notch. Very courteous, smiles, and a friendly greeting when I walked in the door. My only gripe is that there's only a few non parking deck spaces, but they let me know that it was validated when I inquired. Traci has been the only doc I've seen, but she is so nice and friendly that honestly I'd be fine if she was just the normal physician (there's a handful of docs to choose from I believe). She took her time and I didn't feel rushed or anything. Overall a solid office, which is hard to find with most doctor visits generally never being pleasant.

I visited Peachtree Dermatology today for the first time and it wasn’t a good experience at all. I saw Dr. Christine Law and I DO NOT recommend her at all. Firstly, she was rushing along the whole entire time. She probably spent 5 minutes talking to me, if that. Secondly, she was prescribing me all of these random medications and face washes with no background information whatsoever. Her “Assistant” or whoever was rude. I had more questions about my skin and she said “your visit is about eczema”. So you mean to tell me I can’t ask about a concern that I just thought about? I paid a $50 copay for NOTHING. I’m so upset. Peachtree Dermatology was a HUGE disappointment, I won’t be returning. And a bonus. Parking was a whopping $8 for all of 5 minutes I talked to the Doctor.

Jason Shankman

Every time I’ve been here, the staff and practitioners go out of their way to provide the best, catered care. They take as much time as needed and make sure every concern is addressed. Because of this, it’s worth returning for an appointment.

Dr. Wright has the bedside manner of a saint. She's kind, patient, genuinely concerned about your total wellbeing and very knowledgeable. Her staff is amazing too!!!

Johnathan Madison

Always late to start. 8:50 am appointment, I’m taken to the exam room where I waited 40 minutes to see Dr. Wright who was in the room for 5 minutes. No apology for the wait or being late at all. It could be worse. At least she’s knowledgeable in her practice.

A Garcia

I was referred to Dr. Law by a friend and I am so thankful. Her bedside manner is excellent and she was very sweet! Best dermatologist I've met in years and I will definitely be back for all my skin care needs!

Suzie Q

I LOVE Celia! She has always done my micro-needling/peels for my scarring and I'm impressed every time.

SKY LAND

I Won’t recommend no body there.. I schedule this appointment 2 weeks ago and just yesterday got a call to re-schedule so I had to re arranged everything.. this morning 1 hour before the appointment I received another call requesting to re-schedule the appointment due to not having a translator ( just yesterday I was told there will be one) I stay 2 hours away from the office and the new pt paper work was fill out in advance, got to the office 15 minutes late and was told it was okay to be seeing that’s it.. almost 2hr past the appointment no one approached us to let us know if there was behind or something even people that got there after us were pulled back first.. very disappointed can’t believe we drove 2 hours for nothing. We ended up walking out!

PA Rooney is the first medical person who actually ran a skin test in all the many years I have been seeing a dermatologist. I was reluctant at first to see a PA, I really wanted to see Dr. Wright .My dermatology old dermatology office Dunwoody Dermatology cancelled my appointment last minute due to a buy-out and my doctor was no longer with them. I was happy I got to meet PA Rooney and not have to wait months for an appointment. She is very nice, she doesn't rush and she is really trying to get to the bottom of my issue. I am grateful to be her patient.

Kim Stabenow

This place and the people who work here are the best. I had a great experience with Dr. Law, Traci, and all of the nurses. Highly recommend.

Shelby Riley

Friendly, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable

Danielle DeSarzant

Amazing dermatology office located conveniently off of 75N in buckhead. My ear split, and they were able to repair it in no time. I will be back wearing earrings thanks to Dr. Richard Sturm. He and his team of nurses are friendly, welcoming and always there to answer any questions I have throughout the process. Don't miss out on the opportunity to receive their fabulous care!

Christine Morrow

Personally not my cup of tea as a practice, but for what I think they specialize in, it suits their clientele’s needs. Way too bougie for me, and expensive in ways that I find somewhat unfair. Even with insurance, I had to pay $100 up front, plus up to $14 just to park, $18 for a prescription cream, and if you have to cancel an appointment in two days or less, they charge you $75. They also charge you a fee if you’re more than 15 minutes late (which you are apt to be in downtown Buckhead traffic), which I understand that part though. It’s just a lot of money everywhere. I will give them credit, however, for getting me in on the same day when I thought I had a staph infection eating up my face. I saw Dr. Rooney (physicians assistant), who was thorough but ultimately prescribed that I go dunk my face in milk twice a day and gave me a cream for itch I only go to the doctor when I feel like it’s an extreme measure, so I was a little miffed because I have Cortizone cream and WebMD at home that could’ve told me the same thing. Needless to say, neither one of those prescribed things worked; the infection spread to my eyes and forehead and over the next 3 days before dissipating slowly on its own. Thankfully, it probably was not a staph infection, or else I might not have a face today, lol. They do seem to want to get you back in the office as soon as possible though, so they scheduled a follow up that I had to cancel because I didn’t want to go back and be told to put herbs on it or something. For another hundred dollars. The ladies in the office were pretty nice, but over the phone it was kind of a cold experience.

This review is for Dr Law and her team. I visited her for my psoriasis treatment a few weeks ago and below are my reviews Positives 1. The girls at reception are friendly 2. Took me in as per the appointment scheduled. 3. Dr Law and his assistants were polite 4. Dr Law explained the procedure pretty well 5. Her team who dose the blood work were nice and friendly. Areas of improvement 1. Don't make the patient wait for long, once you take them in. I understand Dr and staff are busy, but people too have work. Avg time inside the room is 15 to 25 mins ( actual time with doctor 5 mins). Also to mention we have to pay 4 to 6 $ parking fee for your extended time. 2. After the blood work and test the dr's team is suppose to call you and tell you about the results. Nobody will ever call you. When you call either there is a long wait, or the require person is occupied. You leave a message to call back...no one will call. 3.Regarding the patients portal...as per my experience with other doctors it should show the test results. Yes few results were uploaded but not all. Not sure why so. If you get Dr Law or his team member on call or person they were pretty helpful ...but getting hold of them on call or thru email is very difficult.

Got my husband in the door with a great quote. Then when he asked about a simple wart removal they charged an inflated amount. He was never informed of the $225 they would charge him for the wart. They charged more to burn a wart than they did to treat an entire face of oil glands. Then when he returned to have them treat a huge spot they missed, he asked a simple question about spot on his neck, in case it was another spot they missed. They went on to bill the insurance for an office visit because of a simple question. The wart treatment did not work after paying $225, needless to say it was a negative experience. I would NOT recommend seeing this practice unless you want to receive unexpected bills for treatments that didn't work.

Katherine was very attentive to our son's needs. She was friendly, listened, kindly repeated as needed and overall gave good advice and treatment. We are happy with the two visits we made. Office is smoothly run with staff at each interaction from check in, exam room then check out processing us quickly and courteously.

Appointment at 10.50. I arrived at 10.30 and filled all the required papers. I was accommodated at 11 and told to get undressed that the doctor would have been with me shortly. I waited (half naked) until 11.30 when I decided to leave. No one showed up between 11 and 11.30 to let me know they were running late. I lost 2 hours. Poor poor service. UPDATE: The doctor called me to apologies.

Kimberly Ross

I am a new patient of Dr. Sylvia Wright and I had the best visit in life. Dr. Wright was extremely thorough and I truly appreciate her taking her time with me and not rushing for the next patient. Peachtree Dermatology staff was just as pleasant! KUDOS to the entire TEAM!!

Shawn Cumberledge

I received a certified letter from the office recently regarding a biopsy I had done on a mole in late 2015. The letter frightened me because it was certified and it also stated that the office tried to contact me numerous times which is not true. Since the biopsy, I have not received a letter, phone call, nor an email regarding this matter. During the process of booking the appointment I had left numerous messages with the staff which were either not returned at all or returned many days after. I went in today for my surgery to have the rest of the mole removed. The doctor explained nothing to me about what was happening. I got more information about what was going on with my situation from her nurse than I did from her. instead of informing me about what was happening during the procedure she chose to talk about her ski vacation with the nurse. The only good thing about this appointment was her assistant. I am a very easy patient so i'm not sure how they continue to get patience with this type of bedside manner. After my follow up appointment I will never use this office again. I wish I had read the reviews before I had made the initial appointment. To top it all off I paid eight dollars to park for an hour long appointment. I would not refer this office to anybody.

Cherie Simmons Neal

Prompt. Professional. Personable. Dr. Wright was wonderful! Thank you for a great first visit.

Jennifer Taylor

I with ALL of the reviews about the office staff being rude and incompetent and NEVER have been on time... EVER! I really like my doctor but I do not like this clinic AT ALL.

Zuri Bryant

Failure to not disclose personal information. HIPPA violation and no responsibility taken after my information was spread. Thanks a lot.

I have been seeing the PA Tracy and she has been fantastic. She was great about hearing my concerns and offering a workable solution. They also have a range of products at a range of prices.

Ryan Patterson

Dr. Strum did a great job of listening to my concerns, addressing them, and making me feel comfortable on my visit. If your looking for a professional atmosphere, and Doctors that are concerned with their patients time and concerns....then this would be a good fit for you.

Art Glen

Based on the other reviews, I can see mine isn't going to help. Was charged over $200 out of pocket to have a common wart frozen off my finger (i have insurance too). On top of that, it didn't go away. Had I of known it would of been the grossly overpriced charge of $200+, I would tried over the counter first. Would rather die of skin cancer than visit place again. All about quick money with a friendly smile.

Daniel Forrester

All about the quick fix and selling their services, they don't really care about what's best for the person in the long run

Rodney West

I was referred to this business by a friend. Dr.Law is amazing. Had some moles around my eyes. Remove them with ease and healed like they were never there.

Carol Hallman

I'm writing this review to let everyone know how please I am with the professionalism, knowledge, and services provided by Dr. Sturm and his staff at Peachtree Dermatology Associates. I had several moles removed and I'm very happy with the results. Dr. Sturm was very nice and easy going which helped me to calm down and relax. He proceeded to evaluate my moles and explain my options. In speaking with me I took notice that he wasn't rushing, but took him time and explained the steps. Thanks to Dr. Sturm and his staff for a wonderful relaxing experience.

Kevin Mcgoldrick

I've been a patient at Peachtree Dermatology for over ten years. Dr. Christine Law is not only a highly qualified dermatologist, she also listens to my concerns and is warm and caring. The entire staff is extremely professional and pleasant. I recently stopped by the office to pick up a refill of a medicated lotion. Theresa in Check Out had what I needed and was not only efficient but quite warm and friendly, even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. She did not seem in the slightest bit rushed, but instead looked at my file and reminded me that my annual skin check was due. My experience with Theresa sums up the professional but also personal treatment that one receives at Peachtree Dermatology.

UPDATE: I received a call from what I assume is their office manager. She offered me another appointment 2 weeks out, either the first of the morning or afternoon so that I would be seen at my appointment time. The call was 1 week to the day after my visit so unfortunately I already made an appointment with a different top Dermatologist in Atlanta. Also being that they book months out it would likely cause others to wait for their appointment well beyond what they scheduled. They also asked me to change my review and got upset that I likely was not going to. I appreciate the call but it is too little too late. Please keep in mind this review is not about the skill of any doctors there simply a matter of respecting appointments and others times. My clients would not do business with me if I was always late for my appointments with them especially without any notice. At min they should inform you they are running behind during the check-in process if not a call or text before hand. It is simple courtesy. No different than the standard that most of the rest of society upholds. Most of us give warning when we are running late, we don't just show up 40+ min later. This is the second time I've been here and they just simply do not respect people's time. Appointments have to be booked weeks to months in advance just to sit in there waiting room for an hour. This time I left at 40 minutes they do not respect anyone or their time. They did not apologize did not offer to pay for parking or any of it. I was there to see Doctor Wright. About 20 other people to see different doctors will call back almost immediately.

Tiffany Owens

My appointment was scheduled for 3:20, it is 4:28 and Doctor has not been in yet. Assistant advised they normally run late. I am not sure why they think this is okay. No consideration for patient's time. Thanks to them I am late for another appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!

The 5 star review below mines is from one of their employees, they making sure the last review is shown is 5 stars and with that Being said the employees Will rate the office to keep a good profile. If you looking for someone to care about your wellbeing dont go there , I was there for over 1hr without being acknowledged . Horrible customer service .

I went to see Dr. Law in November for acne and an eczema like condition. The medication for my eczema was from some pharmacy in another state that never sent me the medication and they were almost impossible to contact. I called yesterday to see if Peachtree could perscribe me a different medication I used but ran out of recently. The person I spoke with on the phone who returned my call today was so rude. Although I wasn't aware of the process, I don't think that justifies such poor customer service skills. Instead of trying to make people feel like idiots, just explain how the process works and understand patients aren't dermatologists so they may not use or know the correct medical terminology. She denied my diagnosis over and over because I didn't use the correct terminology, but I specified the location of my condition and described Dr. Law's examination from my last visit. So how could she have not known what I was talking about? Regardless, it's not a reason to talk down to a patient. You should be able to communicate with your patients on common ground. Other than this individual, everyone else is usually friendly and helpful.

Mike Pappas

(Note: Dr. Law spent less than 5 minutes with me each visit; typical wait time is 45 minutes from my experience. I also made an effort to arrive 5 minutes early.) I recently had an appointment to have her review a suspicious mole on my left foot. She indicated she would perform a biopsy and her office would contact me regarding the results. Within a week I was contacted by someone from her office informing me that they had my results. The explanation of the results was not communicated effectively, nor clearly to me, but I was instructed to have outpatient surgery as soon as I could. I did not like the explanation provided to me and asked for the results to be mailed to me and for Dr. Law to contact me and help better explain to me. Dr. Law did not contact me, nor were my biopsy results provided to me. Two week later, I called again requesting a clear explanation of my results and to understand why I was being told to have as quickly as possible. Again I was told Dr. Law would not make herself available for a quick discussion, nor was there any clearer explanation provided to me of the results. The gentleman I spoke with insinuated I already had the lab results and a second attempt would be made to mail me the results. I finally received the results for the first time later that week When I asked for a clear understanding as to whether I should have the surgery, the gentleman I spoke to indicate he could not give me medical advice, but again, he said it was in my best interest to have outpatient surgery. This is not an acceptable way for any doctor's office to behave. I will be no longer utilizing her office's services.
