Dr. Nwaneri is working in his passion. The way he speaks to both kids and parents helps everyone feel equal. It was a pleasure spending time with his staff and this physician who is able to make sure that all children are medically safe and have the affordable care needed.

Where to begin.. I booked an appt with this office because they were the only one available in the area to fit our schedules due to school starting in a couple of weeks and our pediatrician was at capacity and could not fit us in. They open at 11am, I remember calling around 9am and some guy answered the phone with no greet. I asked who he was and proceeded to say the name of the office. (Great, I knew it was the right number). I called a few days later to ask the best way to send the new patient forms and was instructed to either bring them in or email it. We took my 4 yr old for her wellness and routine shots. When we got there, they made us fill out an additional 7 pages form (I thought I did all the forms as instructed by the guy in the phone). Then half hour later, they wanted to do a full blood work on my daughter, per the nurse. We couldn’t understand why a routine check-up requires a blood work. The nurse said it was necessary to apply the shots. An hour later, the Dr. finally came in, he was very pleasant and explained it was just done to save time to the families so they don’t have to come back later on. We told him we are declining on that at this time because we didn’t think it was necessary. They were even asking for a urine sample. After that, they proceeded to do the hearing and vision tests. There was a lot of back and forth on the whole blood work test so most of the time was wasted on that. My husband is a very patient man so i was a shocked to see how frustrated he was over this non-sense after 2 hours of being in this office. At the end, they put the shots on my daughter and no one even try to distract my daughter (which other pediatrician offices do) just us holding her while she was crying her lungs out. After all of this, I decided to give the office manager a call. She advised that I talk to the doctor directly because she was not present at the office visit and aware of the situation (understandably) but honestly, I was expecting an apology or even an excuse!, which in the 2 minutes I spoke with this lady, she never did, just a have a good day and hung up. I was very polite so I questioned her customer service skills and how they have 4.7 starts in Google when they put us through so much today. Added bonus, they were not even busy. I understand my daughter was a new patient but this visit should have been very straight forward and not taken 2 hours. I second the review below about the staff being a problem here, not the doctor, we could also tell there is a lot of miscommunication as well.

Dr. Nwaneri and his team are absolutely amazing! They’ve been so welcoming and caring with our son. Maria has also been a fantastic lactation consultant. She helped me so much with increasing my supply, and thanks to her my son is nearly exclusively breastfed!

This by far one of the best doctors I have ever taken my child to. They are a very caring and understanding staff. He clarifies every med he prescribes and may sure you understand what us going on. We need more doctors and staff like this. My children loves this doctor. Blessings be with you all.

Called to set up an appointment for my daughter as a new patient and was very disappointed with the way the gentleman on the phone was speaking to me. Maybe the Dr is better than front office staff but i will never find out.

if I could give zero stars I would. I came to this location when my son was 2 and he was set to get some shots. the main doctor held my son down while he attempted to give him his shots. I say attempted because he couldn't get it done, he stuck the needle in and took it back out only to stick it back it. he left marks on my son from how hard he was holding him. I expressed he needed to stop holding him so hard. later on that month my insurance company called to tell me my son was missing that same shot the doctor struggled with I called them and asked and they agreed I needed to go in to get a shot done for hm, after I was presented with the paper explaining the shots that were going to be given I noticed it was the same one he got the last time. i would never reccomend this pediatrician to anyone ever. this was the worst experience

Loved the service I received here. Dr. Michael is such a sweet man and knows how to engage with his patients which is not common in most doctors’ offices. Very short wait times and the office is very flexible with their hours to fit the schedules of working parents. Dr. Michael is always sure he gives very thorough check-ups and always exceeds expectations. Definitely recommend!

This is a great doctor to take your kids to. They are caring and loving. They take the time to get to know you and your child. No matter when i call they answer the phone. Even if they are full they make time to see your child if they are not feeling well. Would give more then five stars but they only let my give five

My daughter and family were very bless to find this wonderful doctor and staff,I had to picked a doctor before leaving the hospital call my insurance company for a referral was given 3 names I picked the doctor because of the name because I knew his race and nationality from the name I move from new York from my ob,gyn to my kids doctors has never been other than African doctors they are the best in the field. I love the doctor and staffs from the receptionist to the nurses they go above and beyond very knowledgeable,customer services on point very clean I move more than an hour away don't mind to travel when you have a good doctor don't change for convenience my daughter is 2 she loves him and everyone there even if you mean them the first times you will feel like family the services is beyond 5 stars unfortunately that is the highest we can go thank you for all you guys do it is my prayers you stay in business in Georgia for a long time too bad we can not invent onother you all over Atlanta and all over the world God bless you guys and family thank for the love you have given my family and I it is not about the money I can see you love what you do and also the office hours are great for working parents 11 to 9pm Monday to Friday I have never seen this hours any where before 5pm everything shut down keep up the great work. This review pertains to how my insurance and unknown balance was handled by them. That is the part that I am a bit frustrated about. And the reason for the 3 stars. We have been taking our kids to them from past two years. I must say that the Dr. Nwaneri is good person, but he would loose all his patients just because of his staff who is in charge of his office. She doesn't fit to be in that role. I have had experience that she had upfront charged me much more than the insurance. It was only when I informed her she adjusted that amount. From that time onwards, I used to verify every time when I make the payment. They are extremely greedy. Today when I took my kids, she came up with an additional charge of approx $17 from an old visit which was in 2018. It was another lady at the front desk dealing with me. Such a horrible attitude. Whoever that lady in the front desk was , she doesnt appear to have dealt with human beings in the past. Such a horrible attitude highly unpleasant. I agreed to pay $85 that was supposed to pay that time and I told her that I would pay $17 post checking my past records. She denied the consultation with doctor and offered me to reschedule the appointment just bcoz I said I will pay later. Then I decided that I'm not gonna continue hereafter. Dr. Nwaneri might have tried to save some money by appointing such staff as office in charge, but he doesn't realize the fact that she is ruining his business bcoz of her attitude. We miss the service of this Doctor. He is an amazing person.

I absolutely love the doctor here! I was very nervous about his first shots and he made me so comfortable. I’m a first time mom by the way lol When he did my son’s shots he played with him so he wasn’t in so much pain. The doctors personality is fit for kids for sure. I started with two prior pediatrritians that I didn’t feel comfortable with. You’ll 100% love this doctor.

My children had fun playing with the toys that are in the clinic. They attend quickly and my husband liked that. The appointment times are good, my husband can now go to our children's medical appointments. the doctor looks friendly, they have bilingual nurses, we are new patients and I am happy that children have fun playing while they wait, since in another clinic we wait long time and my children were bored

What is there not to say about Dr Micheal, his staff, and his office which I have all come to love. I am new to the area and I’m very particular about who cares for my children. I mean who isn’t. From the time I called to make their appointment I was pleasantly surprised and it just keeps getting better. Dr Micheal called me back after my online inquiry before office hours to schedule my appointment. (Which most Doctors never do) At the appointment he took the time to really get to know my family and our lifestyle in with we raise our children. He was very friendly, charming, and educational. Both I and my husband was very pleased. He believes in teaching his parents which is hard to find these days. He even corrected a situation on Saturday (his off days). I had with receiving medicines from my newborns pharmacy and even the pharmacist was empresses how he remembered to text me and send in the new prescription. His staff Sandra, Maria and Delsa are like family. They all cater to my family and genuinely love to see them when they come in. I could not be more satisfied with my children's new home.

This place is awesome! The doctor and staff is absolutely fantastic! I strongly recommend bringing your little one here. They are very friendly and super nice and thorough. My 7 year old son likes the doctor and agrees that the doctor and staff is friendly, nice, and funny.

The Doctor is amazing!! The office staff on the other hand is completely incompetent and very rude!! The office manager Jennifer does not listen to anything just speaks over you providing wrong information. If Vicky does not know what to say she will just hang up. There is one person that does what she can but she can’t pick up the slack for the rest of the staff!!!
