This was my initial visit with Dr.Vivek then a very nice lady walks in introduce herself to me, goes over my paperwork, ask lots of questions and then explains everything to me in an understandable way that I appreciated very much. After my exam, she orders blood work and this is a whole new level due to the fact that drawing blood is a serious issue for me. I wish people would listen when I say this isn't an easy task until you stick me twice and nothing is flowing. I had blood work done with a complete physical May 18,2017. Now I'm asked to send copies of my physical to Dr.Cook, Why I ask; I made appointment with Dr.Vivek. I was told to ask someone at the front desk. I ask at checkout, she goes to check but Jennifer was with another patient. Maybe I should've asked earlier but why was I just passed on to someone other than the Doctor I made the appointment with without any explanation? Who decided without my consent? Was Dr.Vivek in delivery? Where was Dr.Cook? Jennifer should've given me some type of explanation so that I could have decided unless Jennifer was doing what she was told. Who decided for me? My disappointment isn't with Jennifer but the ONE who took the control out of my hand.

Dr. Cook is the best! She is so knowledgeable and friendly! She makes you feel so comfortable and she actually cares! I would definitely recommend you see her if you're looking for a great gynecologist!!

First time patient.The wait was a tad long, but Dr.Vivek was absolutely wonderful. I dislike doctors who come in with laptops and face their screen the whole time , but she is different. She came in screen free, gave me time to Express my issue without being rushed.She is amazing!

Love the physicians here, ESP Dr. Cook. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the wait time as this office can be up to 1 hour, consistently.. When you have other things to do/work to get back to you can never count on getting in/out on time.

I was throughly impressed by Dr. Vivek and her entire staff. I think I have found a gyn for life! She gave me all the time I needed and seemed very knowledgeable and well informed about any questions I had. Her bed side manners are excellent too. I was also very pleased with the front desk staff and my nurse Hetal; she was compassionate, kind and very efficient. I think anyone who chooses this practice will be receive excellent care.

Dr. Cook is so sweet and down to earth. She takes the time for you to answer all the questions and explains it in an way that you can understand it easily. She is very knowledgable. She makes you feel at ease. I'm so happy with her as my doctor!

Dr. Cook is amazing! I love love love her. The reason i'm giving it three stars is because their office staff is horrible. When I call for an annual appointment or health issues they always act as if it's an inconvenience. (literally huffing while I'm on the phone) I understand they are busy, but I called once for a horrible UTI and asked if they had an opening, I explained my issues (visible blood in urine which was alarming) and they said they would call me back... they did.... 4 days later. I am always waiting at least an hour past my appointment time. I hate that the office staff keeps me from coming back, because Cook really is so amazing.

The wait was a little long but understandable since I was a new patient. However, the staff is AMAZING, from the front office to the medical assistant to the phlebotomist to the physician. I would recommend this practice to anyone new to the area looking for an ob/gyn. The appointment was worth the wait.

I’ll be quite honest my overall experience with my first visit will be my only visit. Nothing horrible, but definitely switching. I was called 25 minutes before my appointment to confirm I was coming even though I had been called two days prior to confirm. A bit unorganized. The ladies at the front were not able to fully answer my questions in regards to their insurance policies but offered nothing more than “at your 3rd appointment we go through it all” assuming if sign the paper anyway, which I didn’t. The office has a strange pay upfront policy for the first appointment which NO ONE made me aware of, I tried paying with AMEX and of course they don’t accept it. They also expect you to prepay for your delivery at 30 weeks which for my last two pregnancies (elsewhere in the country) I’ve never had to do. All of this caused a whole bunch of stress right before an already stessfull appointment. I then had to wait over an hour to be seen. I believe (understandably) the doctor was at the hospital delivering however I was not actually told this but over heard it. Not a single person said sorry about the wait! My son was late for preschool and my self for another appointment. I understand running behind but apologizing is the appropriate thing to do.

Dr. Vivek is amazing! The office is always very timely and prompt. Dr. Vivek is a very kind woman who takes the time to get to know you without wasting time and holding you up. She's always willing to take your call outside of office hours and it very kind when you are a worried first time mama.

I delivered with Dr. Sujatha Vivek, and she gave me the best care I could have asked for. This was our first baby, and we were not sure what we were doing, and we had no idea that there would be a few bumps on the road to get here. She eased my mind and helped me through every worry I had. Not only is she a great OB, but she also helped me and my husband to get pregnant. I have PCOS and we weren't really sure how that was going to affect us. They have a nurse line where you can call and leave a message, and I have never not had a return phone call, even got a call back within the same day! Test results are easily seen on the patient portal on their website, and they even call to tell me if my tests are normal. My primary doctor doesn't even do that. I must say the entire staff is super nice. They always are smiling and laughing with me and my husband, but they know how to handle situations when you are scared. The nurses do more than just take a blood pressure and leave the room. They take the time to hear my concerns and help if they can both in and out of the office. I have been a patient there for over 4 years and have seen the practice grow a lot. I did meet the other providers a few times during the pregnancy, when Dr. Vivek was at a delivery, they were very caring and all around this practice is just full of great people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Doctor Whitney Cook is amazing!!! She is a great listener, lets you express all your doubts and questions without making you feel rushed. I saw her today with my husband and she made him feel welcome and comfortable in the visit as well. I wish I found her earlier and I recommend her 100%
