Great place with wonderful people! I called the office after I found a mole on the sole of my foot. I was desperate and couldn't sleep or think about anything but a possible chance of melanoma( have genetic predisposition my aunt passed away from the melanoma on the same spot).....The lady on the phone was so helpful, she scheduled my appointment for the next day. Dr. Comeau and Dr. Goodman we amazing, knowledgeable and had the best bedside manners. Work was done fast and gently. Thank you for a great care!!!!!

I googled and called them 5/14/2019 for my dark neck and armpits. I went in for my appointment 5/15/2019. Every staff person that I came across had excellent customer service. When I arrived both front desk clerks were on the phone and they still acknowledged me. I liked that. I promptly went back to see the Dr. Lemchak. I don't remember the nurse's name, but she was there as well. They were both so helpful and informative. Dr. Goodman came later. The three of them talked to me about my options. I was concerned because I am African American so it is important for me to deal with professionals who treat black skin. They all seemed knowledgeable. Overall, they were conscious of my time, my money and conscious of the results that I am seeking after going through treatment. I am grateful for that. ***I will update this review when the treatment is over. If you dont see an update, then please assume that 1) treatment for my dark neck and armpits went well, 2) I had no issues with the company and 3) overall my experience was worthy of 5 stars.

One thing I love about this office is, I have never had to wait for my appointment. For a mother of a toddler this is a HUGE plus! Another amazing quality of this office is the two doctors I have had the experience of meeting. The first time I went in for a mole check and without me saying a word the doctor noticed a rare insignificant rash I had been struggling with on my back. She identified the rash when two other doctors (my internist, and another random dermatologist office) could not figure out. Each time in the office the doctors have spent time answering each and every question I had without rush. They have shown me photos of the progression of my moles. They have even gone so far as to be honest when it’s a “watch and see” mole or take the more proactive route when necessary and explain why they believe it best to choose which route that recommend without pressuring you into a decision, if you so choose the “wait and see” route. I am grateful for the front desk staff in the Dawsonville location. She is kind not only to me but to my little boy. I watched her numerous times greet each person with a huge smile and sweet voice, even when the patient didn’t seem interested in her kindness. Kindness, understanding, listening, on-time, throughout, down to earth, and clean is what you want in every doctors office. Unfortunately, it’s become a rare thing to find. This office in Dawsonville possess all the qualities you want your doctors to have as well as in front desk staff. Thank you for finally showing my a doctors office I want to stick with for years to come!

Wonderful experience!!! I saw Dr. Glass for issues with hyperpigmentation and old acne scarring. It was so refreshing to see a dermatologist with great bedside manner. I know a lot of dermatologists are probably bored when it comes to dealing with acne related issues and want to deal with something more exciting, however, it's a big deal to those of us suffering with the condition. Dr. Glass took her time while examining my face, as well as taking a quick look at my chest and back. She made recommendations about products I should use, thoroughly explained what each one did, and discussed realistic expectations. Dr. Glass patiently answered all my questions and didn't make me feel as if she was in a rush to get me out the door. She explained why she wanted to wait before trying other treatments and it all made sense. I recommended Dr. Glass to a coworker who was extremely happy with her experience as well. A week before seeing Dr. Glass I saw another dermatologist who wasn't the friendliest, barely looked at my face and was only interested in pushing her "magical", overpriced products. I was thankful to find a provider who was empathetic to my needs and concerns.

Goodman has the best care imaginable. I had two cancers and i am cured of both. Dr. Buckley preformed the first no better care than could be imagined. Dr. Comeau prepared a skin graft and attached it she is a warm and caring Doctor. On the next day Dr. Comeau ran the show excellent care.I am cured I would highly recommend Goodman dermatology. The nurses are great too.DR. COMEAU WITH SKILL AND DILIGENCE placed a skin graft on my ear the most difficult place on the human body. What an amazing score to find such an incredible doctor of dermatology virtually in my back yard. His staff is so friendly and charming up front. This is a big deal to me as I feel that the front end staff can make or break a doctors visit. No worries here. Sandy and Abby are so friendly and competent I felt that I was in good hands immediately. Once I got into the treatment room Ali and Dr. Goodman were so friendly and professional, and confident. Did I mention confident? They knew exactly what the best course of action were for me and my daughter within minutes. I had a large keloid scar on my back from a mole removal years earlier. It had been itchy and painful for years. He administered some injections and within a few weeks the scar had receded and was no longer itchy or painful. My wife told me the other night it was actually recessed slightly and flesh colored rather than the puffy red protrusion of a few weeks earlier. I went back today and got a clean bill of health. No more injections needed and no more keloid, just healthy scar tissue. He was able to remove several painful warts for my daughter as well. I can't say enough how nice my experience has been here. I highly recommend Dr. Goodman and his team. Give them a try for any and all dermatology needs, you cant go wrong. Thank you guys. :)

My husband was looking for a doctor that specializes in black skin. We have made many attempts of going to so many different dermatologists. Each time ist was the same experience. They would look at my face for a few seconds and then prescribe a lot of medication that would cost so much money I could not fill the prescription. Dr. Goodman’s character speaks volumes. I truly feel he was sent from God. He has turned me from the ugly duckling to the princess. From the moment I walked into the office the staff was very professional. I was seen on time for my appointment. Dr Goodman spent about 30 minutes or more talking to me in depth about my face (Acne) and what he could do for me and what type of results I would expect to get. We came to an agreement on how long it would take providing I follow his recommendations. He also made me aware that the result would not happen overnight. He took lots of pictures of my face (which has NEVER been done before) so I can see where I started out, and where I am now. I have never had such great result before! This is a first. It’s like night and day how much better my face looks. He is a phenomenal doctor. He takes pride in his work. Very satisfied customer!!

I just saw Dr Goodman for the 2nd time for an annual skin check. Though I arrived at the office a bit early, I was seen to an exam room quickly and then in very short order had my skin check done by an extremely thorough intern. She told me what she was looking at and finding at each step, reminding me that Dr Goodman would go over everything as well. As soon as she completed the exam, she called Dr Goodman in. He looked at each area of potential concern and outlined an extremely reasonable treatment plan. He was thorough in addressing both medical and cosmetic concerns and gave me recommendations on dealing with both. Before I even left the office, I had a followup email in my inbox with all the info I’d requested. Very pleased with the prompt attention, the careful exam, and the kind and informative doctors.

I am a Melanoma survivor and very conscientious about my healthcare. Needles to say, as a new patient of Dr. Goodman's several years ago, I was hesitant that I would find as good a level of care as I had with my out-of-state Dermatologist. I could not have been more pleased with the exceptional care and concern the entire staff presented to me, from entering the facility to checking out. They were mindful of my deductible, and costs of procedure, as well as exceptionally caring about my anxiety over recurrences. I cannot imagine having another physician care for my needs and am rather appalled at the negative, unfair, and cowardly personal attacks left on Yelp. Never, EVER have I had a less than superior experience with Dr. Goodman and have repeatedly recommended him and his practice to everyone who has inquired.

Dr. Goodman treated my elderly mother (95 at the time) for a pre-cancerous lesion on her cheek. He was very thorough but exceptionally gentle during the initial treatments. He was also very courteous to my mother and showed great sensitivity to both her advanced age and her hearing impairment. When the lesion later indicated that surgery by another specialist would be required, Dr. Goodman made sure that all the procedures, paperwork and post-operative care were well planned and coordinated. Dr. Goodman's subsequent follow-up for this incident (benign fortunately) and later routine visits were always a pleasure which my mother looked forward to. As one of my mother's family caregivers, I believe Dr. Goodman is an exceptional, caring physician with superb "people skills". This also applies to his entire office staff and medical assistants. Thank you Dr. Goodman for a wonderful experience.

I have personally seen a lot of dermatologists over my 55 years and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Goodman. Last Thursday he decided to remove a mole on my arm that turned out to be precancerous (even though it didn't fit the pattern!) and will require Mohs surgery. This was my second visit, and each time I'm very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. He takes photos of any suspicious moles that he will watch for any changes at subsequent visits. Both times I have gotten in and out quickly but never felt rushed. He's very personable and caring. HIGHLY recommended!!! Oh, you may want to use that sunscreen after all - this pharmacist will be now. :)

I have never felt that a doctor actually gave a damn about saving me money or ensuring that my care plan was well thought out and clear-cut. Dr. Goodman and his staff, especially Tiffany, made sure that I understood my care plan, and are very well in tune with the age of technology :-) Emails are promptly answered you will be treated like a human being, instead of an account number. Never have I had a doc tell me, " if your insurance won't pay for a prescription, don't buy it, let me know and we'll get you some coupons or rebates."

I have been to goodman dermatology for my facial hair removal through laser. I wasn't happy at all with the technician. They charged me a lot for 6 session but i didn't see a result. In few of the session it seems she did not cover the full area and i see the hair growth after 2 weeks. I told them abt it and they were not ready to do n e thing about it. I have to pay more and more for each session. But i just quit after completing 6 sessions. I am very happy where i go right now. Their service is way better than Goodman Dermatology and they charge 7 times less than this people. I highly won't recommend this place if you are going for laser hair removal. I don't know anything about dermatology service and doctors, they may be good as per the reviews but laser hair removal service they are very expensive and on top of that you are not getting what you are paying for.

Dr. Goodman has changed my life! I have always had challenges with fine acne since my teens. I've used products like Pro Active and others to try and manage my acne however those temporary fixes were just that, temporary. I have always been a healthy eater (water, fresh fruit, little to no fried foods) however I still had trouble with my skin. The breaking point was when I had my son. I anticipated all kinds of changes due to hormones of pregnancy, however after my son was 2 years old and I STILL had skin issues, now considered adult acne (fine bumps in my t-zone) I decided enough was enough! I have not had to take any oral medications which means no reactions. My skin has not looked this good in 15 years! I received a compliment on my skin from a stranger which almost moved me to tears because that has ALWAYS been a challenge for me. The nurses and staff are absolutely amazing. A month ago I went in to see Dr. Goodman for a little spot on my neck that I was concerned about. From the minute I walked in to my appointment it was excellent. His staff was caring and thorough and when he came in he was exceptional at explaining what he was going to do to get a specimen. I felt very secure with what was going on. He explained that I would get a call back one way or another. A few days later I received a call from his office letting me know I had skin cancer. I was told I would be called by the surgeon he refers to remove it. About 4 hours later I got a call from a sweet gal to schedule my surgery appointment. I am thrilled to say everything has been taken care of. I will refer my friends & family to him. I felt as though things were done on a timely manner with a lot of understanding. I am THANKFUL to him & his staff as well as the surgeon. I had a GREAT experience. Thank you Dr. Goodman!
