Dr Lisa Price is an amazingggg doctor. being a new mum to be I had bad experience with other Dr who would not even remember your name after visiting more than twice. switching to Dr price was the best decision I ever made. she knew my name and my husbands so we felt like yeah she know us and is interested and cares. DR Lisa price was attentive, supportive, showed love and great care and made me feel comfortable throughout the rest of my pregnancy. when it came to delivery she was amazing and I would never forget this woman because I was soooo scared and she encouraged me and made me laugh and I had a natural birth and she is part and will always be a part of me and my husbands story into parenthood. she explained all, asked us if we had any questions and made sure I was okay afterwards for follow up care. it is one thing to be doctor and it is another thing to care , be sensitive and be human. this Dr is cares and that's all I need and will ever need I dont mind driving an Hr to her especially now that I moved further. you can't put a price on care. Thank you Dr lisa and the whole staff all amazing Rita, Tasha, caramel, the lost goes on. they are family and made my experience one I wont forget for good reasons. Laura :)

Dr. Price is really nice so far, I just started seeing her. There was some confusion with my first appointment which was supposed to be for a first trimester screening but when I got there for my appointment the Doctor told me I was too far along despite her front office staff insisting that I would be fine with getting the test done at 13 weeks. For my second scheduled appointment, Dr. Price told me I would be visiting the doctor's office and the hospital for an ultrasound where we would be able to find out the sex. When we were checking out after my appointment, I requested hospital information and directions from the front office staff. They told me they would email me the information closer to my appointment. However, when I called a day ahead of my appointment to confirm the information for the hospital they told me they did not send a referral out to the hospital for an appointment because their process is to wait until I come into the doctor's office first. When Dr. Price's nurse called me regarding the confusion with the front office staff, she accused me of misunderstanding the Dr. instead of talking to the office staff about giving misinformation (again). Her exact response when I told her the office was unorganized (due to these two incidents - my only experience with this office thus far), was "No we're not." Update - After all of this happened and I left the review above, I ended up receiving a call from the office admin (which I thought was a nice gesture). When she called I explained the situation to her and she apologized and said this is "unusual" and "never happens". When I was leaving my office visit I was pulled into the admin's office and she gave me a letter saying I should find a new doctor due to "patient/doctor complications." The sad part about this all is that instead of talking to the front office staff and making sure they are giving out correct information they are blaming me for "misunderstanding" and giving them a bad review. Although I feel Dr. Price is a nice lady, I would not recommend this office to anyone to anyone. I should not have to find a new doctor 18 weeks into my pregnancy and as an admin myself I am very disgusted with how the admin at their office handled the situation (her response to this review is inaccurate and trying to cover their ass). Next time (because I'm sure there will be a next time) they should hold their office staff accountable for giving out false information to patients and at very minimum give recommendations to other doctor's offices if they are going to recommend that someone go elsewhere.

Dr. Price is such as amazing Doctor. She supported throughout my entire pregnancy and kept me informed about each month testing, or what was going on with my little one. She would let me know asap of new finding from my lab work and recommend what I would need to do to remain healthy for my little one. She also delivered my baby. She is awesome! Would definitely recommend.

Very Slow Service every time i call them they never have answer always yes we going to call you back in 5 min or let me talk to the nurse never heard back from them i have to call them 5 time a day to remind them for Refill or question, this place need new office personal.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sermons since 2005...I absolutely love him and his staff (they all spoil me just a tad). I've referred several people to him, and they all love him as well. Dr. Sermons will joke with you but when it comes down to business, he takes his role and the health of his patients very seriously... it's not that he's being rude... it's because he's very direct and doesn't have time to sugarcoat and make something ugly look pretty. I respect that about him. If you like doctors who explain things and spend time with you, then you'll like Dr. Sermons. And NO... I'm not a Dunwoody OBGYN employee trying to get a raise. I'm an actual patient and want to share my experience.

After you sign in for the appointment we have waited over 30 mins to be seen. This is the 2nd consecutive time this has happened. We show up on time but have to sit and wait over 30 mins to be seen.
