Here you have the opinions of people who are buying the services and products of Dermatology Associates of Atlanta (Doctor) in Georgia.
Currently the firm gets a score of 3.3 out of 5 and that score has been based on 84 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is discreet, neither too high nor too low, and it's based on a very large number of scores, so we may say that the evaluation is very accurate. If many people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to put evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Doctor is classified in the category of Dermatologist.

Service has declined. Dr. Kraus and his staff are extremely RUDE. Dr. Kraus told me he doesn't care if I recommended people in the past, others are doing the same for him. DR. Kraus does not care about his patients, he spends less than 5 minutes with them. His only concern is his Retirement. The medical assistant Tammy and gang are RUDE and management allows them to get away with BULLYING. It is obvious that management is POOR because the environment is HOSTILE. Why allow this clinic to take your money when customer service is POOR.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Curtis for a very long time now and my skin has never looked better! She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives me all of my options so that I can make an informed decision. All in all Dr. Cutis and staff are the best and I recommend them to everyone!!!

Dr. K has been treating my family for decades. He is a fantastic diagnostician. SCOTT is extremely caring and down to earth. His expertise in Laser therapy is beyond compare. I cannot give him enough accolades. I trust him with all my family’s skin care. Extremely knowledgeable. Quality person.

A caring and very knowledgeable staff and team of physicians who are professionals make up this group that provides the best care of my skin and well-being. They'e Number One!!!

Very happy with Dr. Payne. I've had success getting an old tattoo removed but it has taken longer than I had initially planned. I would still recommend Dermatology Associates to my friends.

Terrible doctor, charged twice...once for a "surgery" when all they did was give me cortisone shot. Didn't tell me this when I left and definitely did this to see how much money they could get from the insurance company. The shot also didn't work and now I have a scar...avoid them at all costs especially if you don't want to get ripped off.

I've been a happy patient for 5 years, he and his staff go above and beyond! - Yasmin Martin

I visited Grosswald for my acne issue. I told I can get medication any where, so they sent my medication to carepoint where my insurance is not being covered and they charged me 60$. when I called up my insurance they told me only in network pharmacies are covered. When i called the nurse and asked to change it to Walmart, she told that the medication will not be covered any where and send it to walmart. Now when I tried at walmart its 600$. This is ridiculous. May be they are getting some money sending us to unknown pharmacies. Till now I am not able to get my medicines. This is the worst one I have ever gone. Never ever go to this one.

Terrible experience yesterday with this practice. My daughter and myself are both patients here. My daughter has been seeing Del, the PA for just over a year. When I found out in late January that her medication is no longer covered under my insurance, I called his nurse to see what the options were. After a couple of days, got a callback and they tried unsuccessfully to get it authorized. His MA then called in another medication, which costs over $600. I did not fill it and called, spoke with the MA who said to try something over the counter which we did. My daughter is also on an oral antibiotic that Del prescribes for her acne. I found out yesterday that Del refused a refill that I had requested from my pharmacy on the antibiotic. I called and left message with no callback. After I spoke to the practice manager, I got a callback from the MA who told me that he will not call it in because we are overdue for my daughter's annual exam. I did not realize this-I have 3 kids with busy schedules and did not realize it was overdue. Why didn't someone mention this 3 weeks ago when they were willing to call in a completely new medication?? The MA was rude and then Del came on the line, told me that I was taking up his time that he could be spending with his patients. I told him I was happy to make an appointment and get her in within a week and could he call her in enough medication to get her to the visit. He said no. I asked if it was better for her to go without medication and her acne to glare up before her appointment and he hung up on me. Poor service, total lack of concern for his patient, and terribly rude. I am a provider and would NEVER speak to someone like he spoke to me or hang up on a patient. I made an appointment with another provider there, but after thinking about it all night, can't in good faith give them any business. My child's healthcare is worth more than that. Got her in with another practice today--SO happy, much easier experience and knowledgeable provider. Will be reporting this to BBB.

Dr. Curtis is fantastic! She takes the time to really listen to my concerns. Her staff is friendly and professional and I have never had a long wait. Since I have started going to Dr. Curtis my skin has never looked better!

Dr. Kraus is amazing, but for some reason, I have been waiting for a rx authorization for 3 months and can never get through to nurse...

This is by far the best practice of physicians and medical professionals that I have encountered! My daughter has been suffering from chronic skin conditions since birth. After seeing many providers with a lack of a diagnosis, we were blessed to find Dr. Payne and Free and are finally getting answers that we have longed for. It is hard as a mother to watch your child suffer and not be able to help. We are very encouraged that by working with Dr. Payne and Free our little girl will have normal skin and her self confidence back! We are thankful for all the guidance and support that Dermatology Associates of Atlanta has provided to our family!! Thank you!

I can't say enough about the Doctors, PA's and all of the staff at DAA. I've been a patient for most everything skin related for the last 20 years from botox and all of my skin care products to acne and my laser hair removal, most recently for my son's mole removal. These are best dermatologists in Atlanta with friendly service and extremely knowledgeable staff. When my family has something pop up that looks suspicious on their body I can get a first available appointment with confidence. I'd travel hundreds of miles to see these folks!

UPDATE 7/27/16: Del prescribed medication and did not inform of the side effects which is death and infertility. He didn't prescribed me a medication that would cure my acne and my current Doctor couldn't figure out why. I found a much better Doctor, I am sure you can too. Please go somewhere else. I wasn't sure in the beginning why this place was only given 2.8 stars, now I know why. After my first visit I found that I was constantly calling to get medications sent over the pharmacy, after a week or two of leaving voicemails and trying to reach a nurse, I finally reached someone. My second visit was anything short of pleasant. Del was rude and I overlooked this. He prescribed a even skin tone treatment but neglected to look over my file to see what notes I had made about my skin. I have senisitve skin so it is very important not to give me anything that would cause an anomaly to my skin. Well Del thought it would be best if he gave me the Even Skin Tone pads, worst idea ever. I went home and used the product only to awaken and have a rash that left my face swollen, pink, itchy and burning. I called over a three day period to reach Del and his nurse, to which I was not able to reach anyone. I left Del a message telling him about my issue and he never called back. On the third day I called again because I still had not heard from him or his nurse, and to my surprise his finally answered her phone. Del is good at what he does but he doesn't have a personal approach to his patients, and I'm not really sure that he even cares because he doesn't return patient phone calls. I am thankful for what he was able to do to my skin in the beginning but I won't be going back after this experience. I will get refund on the medications and seek services elsewhere. I had to wait 40 minutes so to return something because the black girl at the front desk with the braids didn't feel like working. I was the first person there and the 4th to walk out. AWFUL PLACE AND AWFUL STAFF!!

I have been seeing Dr. Kraus for last few years for hyper pigmentation issues. I have seen remarkable improvement by using his skin lighteners.

Dr. Kraus and his staff are the best. My daughter has had extreme eczema and skin conditions since birth. After trying several products and seeing several doctors (other dermatologists, allergist, etc.), we found Dr. Kraus. Since she started seeing Dr. Kraus we have had no more issues. His compounded formulations were life changing for our daughter.

Dr. Curtis and her staff are simply amazing. She was patient and thorough. I recommend her services to anyone with skin care concerns.

Dr. Curtis is great. I tried something on my hair thinking it would help it grow, instead it took it out. With help from Dr. Curtis my hair is longer and healthier now than it was originally, and I love it.

Dr. Curtis and Dr. Payne are great at explaining the medicine. Both have fast service!!

Dr. Kraus really helped me with the issues I was having with my face. I highly recommend him.

Before starting the tattoo removal process I stressed to staff I had 2 tattoos close together but only wanted one removed and was assured this could be done but a few treatments in and they have damaged the other tattoo. After showing to the staff I was told I should have been taping off my other tattoo before coming in and when I explained it on my back I can't tape off myself was told I should have had a neighbor do it prior to arrival. After an argument they took 25 off the price which isn't even a third of what I'll have to pay to have tattoo touched up. Dr. K never apologized only had his staff make excuses and blame me for the mistake.

I arrived at 1:10 for my 1:15 appointment. Filled out paperwork for maybe 5 minuets. When I was called back to the exam room the nurse re-asked me nearly every single question I’d just answered in the paperwork, even my street address. At 2:05 I walked out still having not been seen by a doctor. These folks are too busy. Do them a favor by seeing a different practice. Hopefully one not so eager to waste your time.

I used to LOVE DAA...now I'm stalled at 'Like'. I've been a patient of Dr.Kraus for about 7 years. I suffer from adult acne and in the past he's worked miracles on my skin. I recently moved back to town and am once again suffering from bad breakouts and he's once again treating my condition which is great. The last time I went there I was annoyed that I had to wait almost 40 minutes to see him even though I was on time (actually early) for my appointment. I also feel like he's spending less and less time explaining the cause of my ailments and that could just possibly be because I've been a patient before and I have the same recurring issue. All in all I love Dr.Kraus and appreciate what he's done for my skin and hope that he continues his good work and that they get their scheduling and waiting times in order.

I have used their services on three occasions to have suspicious moles examined and removed. I was always been seen quickly and received results within 2 days. Highly recommended.

My wife wanted to have a small tattoo removed and we met with Dr. Karempelis. He told us that the chances for removal were very good as it was only black and red ink. He did however tell us that it would probably take 6 to 8 treatments. We were prepared to spend between $1,350 – $1,800 for the removal based on the consultation. Treatments were spread out over the next two years and after the 8th treatment, the tattoo was still there. We were told to expect another 4 – 6 treatments. After the 12th treatment and $2,700, the tattoo didn’t appear that it would be gone by the 14th treatment so we inquired and were told it would probably take another 4 – 5 treatments. After the 17th treatment and $3,450 and my wife still has her tattoo and we lost faith that Dermatology Associates of Atlanta were as reputable as we had originally thought. We decided to stop the treatments as there seemed to be no end in sight. My wife was afraid to complain in person so she sent Dr. Karempelis a letter asking him to review her file and give her a call to discuss her treatments. He never even responded to her letter or called us. Laser treatment removal at Dermatology Associates of Atlanta is a scam!

They have the ABSOLUTE WORST service. I had an appointment today at 1, I got there 15 minutes before. Signed in and girl at front said they'll be with me in a second. I waited 45 minutes and decided to ask how long more will it take. Come to find out the receptionist didn't pull my folder. I could have been at work. I'm NEVER coming back!

Dr. Payne is super thorough and the office is really beautiful.

Like everyone said they definitely need better reception .....when I called and told them I'm gonna be late they were like it's okay we will be able to see u ....I get there first they be like you should called I was like I did then she couldn't find that I called and once she found it she was like sorry too late ...... adios see u next time. They could definitely be more co ordinate so won't waste patients time

The staff here is actually amazing- very caring. They made the most of a bad situation and have made my time feel valued. I really appreciate everybody here!

I am new to the area, and made an appointment with Ashley Curtis as a new patient. I booked an appointment for a full mole check and some cosmetic laser work, and was assured there would be time for both when I made the appointment. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have time for the mole check, but they could do the laser work. I paid $630 for laser work that didn't do what I was told it would do. The doctor, Ashley Curtis, then submitted a medical claim to my insurance company. I called the office and said they didn't do any medical treatment, as they hadn't had time for the mole check. The office continued to submit the claim to insurance. I have contested the claim as fraudulent with my insurance company, as the visit was cosmetic only. It's no wonder insurance costs so much when there are doctors gaming the system with false claims of medical service. Do not go to this dermatologist.

Dr Payne is the best. He is a good listener. He explained my conditions and treatment options well. I could not be happier with my results.

Dr. Curtis is an excellent dermatologist that I would highly recommend to anyone. I’ve been dealing with a skin issue for 2+ years which totally puzzled my past dermatologist. As soon as Dr. Curtis saw me, she immediately Diagnosed the issue and within 3-weeks I’m so much better. In addition, Dr. Curtis’ staff is wonderful to work with and truly takes care of the patients. Thank you Dr. Curtis for all you do.

Dr. Kraus did wonders on my skin. He knew exactly what compounds to prescribe to clear up my skin. I recommend Dr. Kraus for all your skincare needs.

Please Please don't go there . They messed up my face for acne scar. That place is ridiculous . They are fraud

Just horrible. I’ve finally had enough and am going to write my opinion on this place. I’ve been going here since I was little and back then it used to be so much better. Maybe because the staff was different. The real issue is Dr. Kraus nurses. Watch out for the one named Ebony. She is absolutely horrible. She’s rude, not caring, unfriendly and has not patient social skills. I always request that she not be in the room with me but she ends ups being there anyway. Finishing my last couple sessions as this place and then finding a new facility. I just will not take anymore rude treatment from the staff working there, I love dr. Kraus he’s an amazing doctor but he is not worth putting up with the staff for..

I heard great reviews of Dr. Karempelis but unfortunately he was not available until a week later and I needed to see a dermatology right away. His physician assistant,Del Henderson was rude on my phone call after I experiencing complications and severe side effects from the medicine administered at the office the previous day. He did not listen. More than likely because he DID NOT check drug interaction with what I am ALREADY taking. My meds and daily dosages were clearly spelled out on my sign-up sheet. NO DOCTOR CAN STATE THAT THERE IS NO RISK OF MED INTERACTION. This depends on the individual as not everybody experiences server side effects from a medication or it would be BANNED by the FDA. Even if small or remote, the doctor MUST put patient at easy and make recommendations in case SIDE EFFECTS continue. The rest of the office staff is truly nice but I will not come back to this office again. I did inform him on the phone that he had horrible bedside manners.

Was seen by Dr. Payne for several years for skin cancer checks. He always did a thorough job (I'm a former tanner), answered my millions of questions (even if I felt they were ridiculous) and inspected every small freckle I have agonized over. Unfortunately my insurance changed... but I'd go back to Dr. Payne or any of the other providers there in a heartbeat! All very knowledgeable with skin care issues.

My face has never looked better!

Based on reviews and friendliness, I thought this would be a good place to try. Then I was charged hundreds of dollars just because the doctor spent two minutes with me and diagnosed a pimple. Insanity.

Dr. Curtis has been a fabulous resource for me. I've struggled with excema all my life and she has helped me look for more natural but real solutions that are affordable and work quickly. She listens and clearly keeps up with research! She is patient and her team is knowledable.

Dr. Krauss is the grand master of complicated cases. He's a miracle worker. Can't say enough positive stuff about him.

The service at DAA used to be good. Success, it seems, has lead to management forgetting about fundamentals which, in their absence, comes failure. It's a matter of time. I have been a patient of Dr. Karempellis' for 22 years. On two recent occasions, I made appointments to see Dr. "K" and was passed off to someone else, a doctor Payne. The only explanation offered to me for why my doctor would not see me anymore is that "Dr. K doesn't handles psoriasis. WTF?? It's a condition of the skin. Today, I was once again passed off to Dr. Payne, and waited for over an hour and still had not been seen. So, I left the office and decided that this practice no longer wants my business. Perhaps there is more ROI on the cosmetic side of your practice, Doctor. The frustrating part of this is that, at the end of the day, it seems that nobody gives a crap about bad service anymore. Perhaps it is time for the government to step in and set things right. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend your practice to anyone and will find another doctor.

The wait time was ridiculous, The visit was short and not at all helpful. I will not be back

Dr Kraus is totally awesome!

Never had a experienced such a poor level of unprofessionalism in my years of medical experience. The physician saw me for all of 5 minutes and cut me off at every breath. The receptionists were curt and rude. In addition, while waiting 2 weeks for insurance clearance, I was told that I would be contacted by the office. After 1 week and 3 days had passed, I contacted the office with my grievance. The receptionist/secretary told me that he would reach back to me during the day, but never did. Then, a day before the surgery, I called again, and was told the same thing. They people are unprofessional, and the doctors are socially inept plebs.

Dr Payne is awesome!

Great Doctor, Dr.Curtis was thorough and very punctual there was little wait time and her staff great! I’d recommend her to anyone needing help with their hair!

I had the unfortunate experience of having a misdiagnosis by one of the PA's. I am a 52 woman with a history of basal cell and squamous skin cancer. I had a small bleeding spot on my scalp in the area of my part. The First time I asked this PA about it, I was told it was an infected hair follicle. Months later, when I was in for my yearly skin check, it was still there. So this was the Second time I asked about it. He took a look, then said "well, it's NOT skin cancer". No biopsy was ever performed on either one of these visits. So I went back home....about 1 1/2 years from the first time I noticed it was there, I realized that not only was it not going away, but it was changing and getting bigger. I jumped ship from this practice entirely, and went for a second opinion. That spot on my scalp was quickly diagnosed as a BCC (basal cell carcinoma), requiring a fairly invasive MOHS surgery to remove. 3 months following the procedure, I am BCC - free, but have a bald spot on my scalp...about the size of a nickel. I have to part my hair differently, or else it is very noticeable. I am fine and BCC's are the least worrisome skin cancers to deal with...but what if this had been a Squamous cell or melanoma? Scary. Demand a biopsy...don't trust the PA's or even a DR's eyes. Another lesson learned. Be seen by a qualified dermatologist...not a PA! And still go with your gut feeling

I visited Dr.Mara a month back, and she couldn't come to a finding wats the issue. But still she suggested a cream and said it can be used for any type of skin problem in any particular of the whole body. And she couldn't even recognise the creams name, they searched only for the pharmacy and asked me to order online. Guess wat the cream never worked, and it's just waste of money. I'm not sure how can some one treat the skin in face and skin in rest for the body could be treated same.

I've tried many types of products and dermatologist recommendations but not until going to Dr. Kraus had I even seen real results. My acne and breakouts have disappeared and the most problematic thing for me, my dark marks, have faded significantly after only a month. He asked me a question my first visit, 'Do you want to have a clear face?' and for the first time ever I'm so close to being acne and spot free. I would definitely go to see him and let him and his people take care of you.

Worse experience I’ve ever had with any medical office of any medical discipline. Everyone in that office was extremely rude and unhelpful. Will not be returning. I did not get to ask any questions, they just wanted me out the door as fast as humanly possible. I don’t care if the acne treatments do actually work, treat me like an actual human being. The front desk ladies were visibly annoyed and obviously hate their jobs. The MA lacked any type of bedside manner.

I went to see Dr Mara Grosswald. Not only was I told that it was probably my fault that I had acne, and I quote the PA "it's just you", I was also told that it was too bad I wasn't a woman because she could put me on birth control and clear it right up. She then proceeded to write me a prescription for doxycycline which I told her didn't work. The only reason I gave her any stars at all is because she did give me cortisone shots and make me feel good about my acne that particular week. After that she ran out of the door quickly. Then me and my pharmacy had to call her office several times to get the prescription filled that she promised for the Odexton. If you are a guy I would not go to see this particular doctor. Still suffering...

I had a hair restoration procedure performed by Dr. Griffin in September of 2017. After just over a year, I am ecstatic with the results! I admittedly was a little skeptical about the procedure, but a friend had referred me to Dr. Griffin, and I am so happy that I decided to go forward with the procedure. My hair looks amazing compared to what it was a year ago. I would recommend Dr. Griffin wholeheartedly!

Dr. Kraus and his staff are the best! I'm starting to see results after 1 month.

Of all medical providers, Mara Grosswald, P.A., ranks highest for many reasons. For starters, she has a brilliant medical mind and the best bedside manner. This is probably because she has the rare combination of intuitively knowing the right answers to the most complex medical questions and treats patients like family. In addition, she is a straight shooter that knows how to communicate respect, honesty and a deep sense of compassion that makes you feel like you are the only patient in the world. As a result, she instills a feeling of confidence that you are in the very best medical hands and makes any stress melt away. When you want the best this is who you see. It’s not even a close call. In my experience as a professional man that has seen various medical professionals across the country and over the course of a lifetime I’ve seen no one with her well established expertise, dedication to excellence and very deep genuine concern for patients.

Dr Kraus has done wonders for clearing up my skin. I was initially skeptical, since I have ethnic skin. I am pleased.

I was calling to schedule an initial consult. Called 3 times and left and voicemail no returned call. Called for a fourth time to be transferred to the Griffin Center- and the receptionist advised that the lady Julie who schedules appointments was in the break room and to hold on. Julie gets on the phone , rushes me through the entire conversation and kept reiterating that insurance wont cover anything and it will be 150, which she wasn't even asked those questions. She did not take the time to listen and it was clear she was in a hurry. Very unprofessional poor service and I wouldn't dare attempt to schedule an appointment after that.

Believe the negative reviews! I wish I could give a worse review than a 1 star, but I think this will be justice enough. I don't understand why this clinical is so totally unhelpful. After visiting them one of their doctors informed me that I have an auto-immune disease, known as psoriasis. They gave me some options and I told them I wanted to go with Humira. Afterwards, they asked me to visit Lab Corp to do some blood work. They also said they are going to make sure if I can be prescribed Humira, via my insurance. I waited patiently after a solid weekend only to have one of the nurses call me at 7 AM to tell me they're not sure if I want to start Humira and they haven't received my blood work. I was left totally confused because I thought I made it clear I wanted to start the treatment. I was definitely confused because I brought in a form to Lab Corp, given by the doctor, so the blood work would go straight to them. It's already Thursday now and no one calls me back AT ALL. In fact, the only time they felt the need to call me in the past was at 7 AM. When I call them they send me straight to the nurse's voicemail. One time during my desperation for any information, 4th time calling them, I called and the lady assumed I was giving her attitude and said I didn't have to be so nasty! I wasn't trying to be rude nor was I cussing her out. I only wanted to receive my medication. It turns out, after I called my insurance company myself, I CAN HAVE HUMIRA. Is this how they treat other customers desperate for information? I suppose that they're too busy to call me back at an appropriate time. This is an awful way to treat someone that's covered in huge red sores who is seeking your help. Try someone with a staff that actually is willing to help their clients, like Jerry Cooper.

receptionists need to improve their people skills a bit more! one specific person is always rude and in a rush. good luck!

The staff and Doctors are amazing here!! I couldn't be happier. I have referred a few people here who have had the same great experience. I would definitely recommend Mara Grosswald and Dr. Joseph Payne, they are incredible. Mara made me feel so comfortable and she is a master at what she does. I made my boyfriend make an appointment with her the next day because I trust her judgement. She gets 5 stars in our book! Dr. Joseph Payne performed a very complicated Mohs surgery on my forehead and I couldn't be happier with his attention to detail and professionalism. Claudia who works with him was also great. I actually looked forward to coming back to see them when I had to get the stitches taken out. Everyone made me feel so comfortable here and I trust their expertise with the scar treatment on my forehead. The front desk is friendly and helpful as well.

Been here for the last year for general dermatology issues with Dr Mara Grosswald, she is very quick and efficient. The costs after in network insurance are low so Im happy with this place so far.

Dr. Curtis is fantastic, and she has helped me develop a treatment plan that works. Her staff is nice, and I have never had to wait. I have been going to her for over one year, and highly recommend her!

Time for Dr. Kraus to retire. He needs to take a course on people skills. Won't be returning. Everyone else was nice and polite.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karempelis since 1988. I grew up on the beach before sunscreen was a big deal, then lifeguarded on the beach several summers in college. I'm a pasty white boy, so I had to be very careful when things started popping up on my skin after college. A friend was already a patient of Dr. Karempelis, so I went to see him and get some things checked out and removed. I've tried to see him at least every two years, and as often as every year except when I lived on the West Coast for about 10 years. I always get personal attention from him, and he has always taken as much time as needed to explain things and make me understand what's going on with my sun damaged skin. I haven't had any real trouble, but I've had a few things biopsied. I feel like I got kind of lucky finding the right dermatologist so early on. As for office staff, I haven't paid much attention over the years, and I have had no complaints. Then I could care less how I'm treated by anyone other than the doctor. Skin cancer is a serious concern for my skin type and sun history, and I lost a 48 year old step brother to skin cancer a few years ago. I'd walk barefoot over broken glass to get to the right dermatologist.

I've been seeing Dr. Karempelis since approximately 2002 and he is an amazing physician and an even better man. This practice has a lot of affordable and innovative solutions for everything from alopecia to rosacea. Between Dr. Karempelis and Dr. Griffin this is hands down the best dermatologic practice in the state of Georgia if not the southeast. Great service and a great provider.

This place is awful. The staff is very unprofessional, especially the black medical assistants in the back. There are many other dermatologist out there, I regret wasting my time and money.

I had a V-Beam done by Dr. Karempelis to get rid of spider viens on the bridge of my nose and you can't even tell there was EVER anything there! Amazing! Worth it and recommend this practice! BIG thumbs up.

Been a patient of DAA for 20 years or more. Well managed practice and always up to date on the latest procedures.

D. Scott Karempelis, MD was very nice, but his staff forgot me and left me sitting in a laser room. There were two people waiting when I went it to that room - They were all gone when I came out. I was there an one hour and half - I need to get back to work. They just forgot about me. I had to pay $5.00 parking. So I am disappointed.

After many, many years as a happy patient here, I had a terrible experience and won't be returning. Having very light skin, I am conscious of any changes and like to have anything of concern checked out. I had a spot on my wrist that I was worried about. I made an appointment with someone at the office, who I've seen many times in the past. He looked at my wrist and without saying a word to me he proceeded to freeze off the spot. AFTER freezing it off without my consent he told me it was a wart. I didn't get any say in the manner and was so shocked I didn't know what to say. I left so upset at not being given the opportunity to make my own decision about what I wanted to happen with my body. When I spoke to someone over the phone about this incident and the lady was lacking in any empathy and only concerned about me paying my balance. I did pay the balance although I was upset about that too because I was having to pay for a procedure I didn't want and didn't get to choose.

Myself and my wife have always had the absolute best experience everytime we visit and although we now live in Sarasota, we come back to Atlanta as needed for service with this group....the best of the best!!!

Let me just say I am a holistic spa owner and pride myself and staff on exceptional customer service. I was referred to this company from one of my workout partners who spoke very highly of this location. Upon me calling I was prompted to several different departments to choose from. When finally getting the opportunity to select dermatology/tattoo removal I left a voicemail only to never be called back and that was over seven business days. Today I decided to call and spoke to a woman named Crystal Who I expressed my concern to who showed no empathy nor personality. Knowing that the department was closed for tattoo removal she still prompted me to their voicemail without even giving me heads up. Mind you, they are closed on Fridays (Today is Thursday) After leaving a second voicemail I called the main line back hoping to speak with Crystal to ask why would she send to their voicemail instead of simply letting me know they were closed for the day...Another incompetent employee answered the phones this time who spoke over me, and nonchalantly told me that the department was closed and that he would prop me back to the voice message to leave another. Why would I want to leave another voice message? The only reason why I left a second voicemail is because I was unaware that they were closed which Crystal should’ve told me . If you enjoy a doctor who is condescending, dismissive and either unable or unwilling to be informative, Dr. Curtis is the doctor for you.

Bought a skin tone evener product recently which I've been using for over 2 years. Apparently this time there is no medicine in it. I called the office and they refused to replace it. They want me to pay $80.00 to see the doctor so that he could recommend another product. I think it's a mistake on their part when they mixed the product. So no replacement or refund for me. I'm going to have the product content tested and take legal action.
