The Doctors and Nurses are really nice. The front office staff is on point and very quick in what they’re doing. BUT the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the billing department , they need to get their stuff together. I’m not going to go off into a full story but I just didn’t appreciate the fact that billing errors were made and I’m having to be the one to literately pay for it

Love the doctors here. Poor and rude staff. Including the office manager. I drive an hour away to see our doctor and for the staff to always be rude and unprofessional is insulting.

Appointment times dont really matter for a simple well visit for a baby. Expect to wait another hour just to be seen. Dont worry its like this all the time here. Time to move on and find another doctor.

After using the same pediatrician for 15 YEARS I was unable to use them for an extended period of time so I was turned away as a new patient when I attempted to use them (dr. Lisa Miller) then I found this place. One odd the few places that were taking new Medicaid patients. The dr(Dr. Joy) is AMAZING!!! I never wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. No they don't take walk in but if you call them they'll try to fit you right in! The office staff is a little short (mostly the check out lady) but she is extremely helpful if you are respectful. I love them and am actually kind of glad that w had to find new pedi. Also LBGTQ friendly-my son is trans and they use correct pronouns/name and are EXTREMELY accommodating!!! Love that!!!

The wait time is 1.5 hours + for every visit. I don’t understand why they book the appointments every 5 minutes and they know they cannot see patients so quickly. Most places the wait time is within one hour but here is definitely close to two hours or more. If you are new patients, do not go there. I have been here two hours and no sign of the doctor. If appointment time doesn’t matter why need appointment?

Took my daughter in for a sick visit for the first time and they fit us right in. The wait was less than 15 minutes the staff and doctor were all awesome!

They don't do walk ins here. Found that out after I showed up because I couldn't get ahold of the office during their lunch hour. Was told they could see my child the following day as she stood there crying with her ear hurting. There were 2 patients sitting in the waiting area. On top of the fact that the wellness visit I set up for our children were 2 months out. Will be changing pediatrician.

I now have 3 children, the oldest is 16 yrs old and we have been going since he was very young. We have always been pleased with the great care and service that we receive for our children. We highly recommend this pediatrician.

I LOVE CONYERS PEDIATRICS ! Me, my husband, my sister in law, my 2 children, EVERYONE in my family saw/sees Dr. Jattan ! Anytime I call they know exactly who am I and treat me with the best customer service possible ! Especially from Kristie in the office ! I prefer to speak with her over anyone, she is precious ! She always goes above and beyond for me ! THANK YOU CONYERS PEDIATRICS FOR BEING THE BEST !
