I have been seeing Dr. Carter for over 27 years. A miracle doctor!! I had hyperemisis gravidarum which is severe morning sickness. Because of him I have 3 beautiful healthy children/adults!!! I could have NEVER done it without him. Most women stop at one child with my condition. His professionalism, expertise and encouragement helped me have two more!!!
