This was my first visit with Dr. Sharpe. My PCP recommended that I have a skin survey and a specific mole looked at. The front desk staff was nice enough (the office was busy so i didn't expect them to do more than was necessary). I was taken back to a room and waited for Dr. Sharpe for maybe 15 minutes. She came in and introduced herself and shook my hand and immediately started looking me over (again, the office was busy so I wasn't looking for any special treatment, but the whole process felt very rushed). After looking at a mole I asked about, i was told "that looks fine, but your insurance will pay to take it off because you're white". ...what? Maybe it has something to do with fair skin, or maybe it was meant to be a joke? But to say that to a new patient within 3 minutes of meeting them and to leave it at that, I was offended. a simple "because you're at higher risk of X" or even just leaving it at "your insurance will pay to take it off" would have been completely acceptable. I even asked the staff at the front desk what my race had to do with my insurance coverage and they just laughed it off. I've already made an appointment with another dermatologist for a 2nd opinion. I won't be back to see Dr. Sharpe.

My first time going to see Dr. Sharpe. I was late due to traffic and a name not being on the building. I called to let them know the issue at hand. Not one time did they tell me she doesnt see new patients after 11 am. If I would of known that I wouldnt have wasted my gas, time and energy going. Poor customer service all the way around.

Dr. Sharpe is the best Dermatologist in Georgia. I have visited many dermatologists and she is the best. She is friendly, professional & very knowledgeable and experienced. Everyone that I've referred loves her. I find the negative reviews unbelievable based on my visits over the years.

Ashton Lewis

The 'front' staff is personable. Dr. Sharpe provides progressive skin care treatments and products (important to me). Dr. Sharpe is "exacting" and very thorough; all questions are answered without any attitude. And, I feel I am a full participant in my healthcare (not just downstream of instructions with no input). I appreciate the great service.I'm never pressured to purchase cosmetic services or products. Again, I feel well informed/advised. The practice has a tremendous asset in their skincare specialist: she is top notch at providing skincare treatments and insights on products. When I email her, I hear back w/in 24-hrs. Dr. Sharpe is also excellent and my husband goes to him now. After 2 years of going to this practice I am very satisfied with the service treatments and healthcare expertise that I receive at Bella Derm. I would refer them to friends and colleagues.

Dr.Sharpe definitely knows what she's talking about and aids in getting your skin to a healthy appearance. Booking apts are smooth and easy and the staff makes sure you are always comfortable. Only place I trust to touch my face.

Dr. Sharpe is great! She's stays up-to-date on the latest skincare treatments, she takes her time to listen to my concerns and is also relatable.

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. All the negative things you read are true. They just want your money!

Very caring staff. Polite and genuine. The doctor is very knowledgeable and informative. Great experience overall.

I was there for my follow-up and was able to get in and out. My face is much better than my prior visit. I love Dr. Sharpe and glad to be back in her care.

DO NOT GO HERE! I would give them no stars if that was an option! The NP acted like she did not have a clue. The doctor came in and corrected everything that the NP has told us. They also told us cash prices on how much it would be to do two procedures before ever checking our insurance benefits. They made it seem as if we would have to pay cash because our insurance did not cover it, until I questioned them and they then told me that they have not verified our benefits. These people are out to get your cash. Go to Tara Dermatology in Stockbridge where the staff is friendly and they take care of you without trying to rob you blind!

Dr. Sharpe was fine. After visiting, the front office was difficult to work with. I went in on a Thursday and gave pharmacy rx, but that pharmacy didn’t have meds in stock. Therefore, I changed pharmacies and let Bella know by 9:15am Friday morning. Pharmacy 1 couldn’t process my initial rx bc Bella didn’t send clear instructions. At 11:30 I called Bella back after my 9:15 call and they said they’d sent the rx to Pharmacy 2. Called Pharmacy 2 and they received nothing. Let Bella know and after several back/forth calls and being adamant that they sent them, ultimately learned they sent to wrong Pharmacy. After requesting again they send to Pharmacy 2 again, they sent but only 1 of 2 and tells me they were doing me a favor bc both nurse and doc was out. No backup in place when doc and nurse are out. Monday was holiday so told I’d have to settle for Tuesday. Very upset since visit was Thursday. I spent the entire day trying to get my son’s meds. Ultimately Bella told me I would need to call the Pharmacy to have rx transferred as there was nothing further they could do. A front office nightmare! They need to hire more people. Seems front desk is overwhelmed.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Was given their new address when I scheduled my appt just for me to get there and find out they haven’t moved in yet. When Tabatha called me the day before to confirm my appt she never mentioned anything about where I needed to go! Needless to say I missed my appt due to going to the wrong address and not getting an answer when trying to call several times for 30 mins! When I finally got an answer I was told I wouldn’t be accepted since I was a new patient & it was after 3pm even though I took off work for this appt & all of this could have been avoided if I was given proper customer service! I was really looking forward to seeing this doctor, but I much rather find another doctor than deal with this unprofessional staff!

Do NOT come here! I specifically asked over the phone could my fiancé be seen for a certain issue and was told yes, they told the would send me an email to enter patient information and never did I had to call back twice for the email. My fiancé waited over 30min just for a medical assistant ( not doctor) to tell him they don't treat foot fungus issues. I called to ask why was I told he could be seen and was rudely over talked and hung up on twice! Ask to speak to the supervisor and she was worse , asked me what did I want her to do about it and hung up on me as well! I would never go to this place or recommend anyone to come here! her name was Latisha! I've worked in health care for over 5 years and she told multiple lies on what you can and can't do in healthcare just to get me off the phone. Just a office full of mad ass, underpaid, women with attitude problems!

You should not go to this office! Dr. Sharpe and her staff are racist, rude, unprofessional and could care less about patients. My daughter was a patient a few years ago and she didn't get better until this office forced her to see another doctor. That was the best decision they had ever made for my child. Dr. Sharpe would not see my daughter because she was on Medicaid at that time. She could only see the physician assistant. Shame on this office for discriminating against patients on top of giving pointless treatment. If I could give "0" stars I would.

I was a patient of Dr. Terry Sharpe years ago before I moved to New York. I just recently moved back and couldn't wait to go and visit her again. And I have nothing bad to say about this place, her staff and her location. Very professional and courteous. She's good. I am satisfied.

Donna Boyd

Dr Sharpe is amazing! She is extremely through and knowledgeable. She is more than just my dermatologist.I tell everyone that she is my primary care physician. Her bed side manners are awesome. Her staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend her.

Brittany turocy

POS service. Let's start with the actual doctor experience. I felt like I was just another number for the doctor instead of a patient who needed time set aside to amswer all my questions. Unorganized and unprofessional to me. It's been over a week since my visit and I've had to call around several times to find out what's even going on with my medication which I STILL have yet to receive. There have been no calls to me to let me know I have to pay $25 extra just to see if my insurance can cover the medicine they recommend. Still have to wait around to see if I'll get it, SOMEDAY. Definitely won't be going back.

Don't waste your time. One of the receptionists was very unprofessional. They're in my insurance network, I've met my deductibles and had my provider call them. I got there thinking everything had been straighten out and they still charged me $350.00 to look at my scalp. They will not fax your visit to your provider. You're on your own with that.

Cree Grayson

Horrible customer service. Inexperienced staff. Website states the office opens at 0900 and I am given the after hours message stating to call back during business hours. I called at 0920...I stayed on the phone and a representative did answer, but had no knowledge of the insurances the office took and didn't have the ability to write down my information...It was suggested that I call back in twenty minutes due to the office being so busy.

Tripp Hound

rudest office staff and Doc I’ve ever seen. I had a few billing questions for Who I was told was an office manager but was treated as if I was a nuisance to her, being rushed through the conversation and having my sentences cut off. My experience with this doc was less than stellar. Arrogant and uninterested are the words that come to mind. Will not return. Buyer Beware!

I went to a dermatologist because I have very bad eczema, especially when the seasons change. I normally go to my PCP but whatever they give me, normally isn't strong enough to knock out the eczema. So I made an appointment , ignoring the bad reviews. I also wanted to get a pimple checked out on my face that kept popping up every month. I was seen and told the nurse everything I stated above. The doctor comes in, doesn't go over any past skin conditions, doesn't acknowledge anything I was concerned over. She does a "full body screen" where she very fastly looks over my skin, then proceeds to tell me I have acne issues on my back and face. Doesn't acknowledge eczema until I bring it, she then tells me "I see no signs of it, you just have genetically dry skin", but I guess the doctors who have annually diagnosed me with eczema don't know what they're talking about. I then proceed to ask about the pimple that keeps popping up every so often in the same place and she says "it's nothing to worry about." Won't explain why it happens, how I can get rid of it. So basically I leave with prescriptions for acne topical solutions for my back and lotion for dry skin for my "genetically dry skin," Which neither was what I was there for. I called in and insisted they give me medication for eczema and even then, it was a very weak lotion that didn't help.

The billing department called me back after it took 5 minutes to make an appointment as a new patient. She said it would cost me $300 to be treated for alopecia because my insurance company wont cover it and asked if I still wanted to keep the appointment. So in other words I was diagnosed over the phone. I made the appointment and mentioned that I wanted to see why my hair was thinning. I cancelled the appointment!

This place was a complete scam, they prescribed me medication to treat my problem and said it shouldn’t come back. I specifically asked certain questions and brought my research to Dr. Sharpe and she completely downplayed my research and told me that those claims were not documented but her treatment analysis is documented as effective for fixing my concerns with little to no chance of reoccurrence. Well surprisingly it shows back again and it hasn’t even been three months since treatments. I felt like this place was only trying to take my money and present false hopes. Don’t go to this place they will lie to you to keep you coming back. They don’t really care about you, your just a check. No value for your well being as a patient. Feel free to contact me Bella Dermatology if you even have an ounce of human decency to figure out where you dropped the ball.

Had the hardest time making an appointment, the employee making the appointment was rude. Got to the doctors office and sat in the lobby a hour to before being called to the back, no one acknowledged me or apologized for the wait and when I finally inquired they just told me I was next. I wait another 30 minutes for the assistant to come in the room and ask me what my issues were and another 20 minutes before the doctor came in to address my condition. 2 hours for a visit about acne. So unacceptable. I will be searching for a new dermatologist.

Let me first start off by saying Bella Dermatology should be called "Beautiful Blessing Dermatology". I was a mom in crisis. My infant son had a number of skin problems that left him awake at night. I went to Bella Dermatology the doctor was amazing she listened to my cry for help ,and helped my baby. He has healthy skin ,and I'm so thankful.

Dr. Terry Sharpe is an outstanding dermatologist that has catered to my family's needs since 2005. She came highly recommended and I am very thankful for the acquaintance. She is very thorough in her examinations and precise in her treatment plans. The staff is inviting and friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate you. If ever in need of an outstanding dermatologist in the Atlanta area, please contact Bella Dermatology and let Dr. Sharpe provide you with quality service.

Was very disappointed with my experiences: 1. Paid "specialist" co-pay (double) and never got to see the specialist. If I wanted to be seen by a nurse, I would go to my pcp for half the money. 2. Spoke with me for 5 minutes, barely looked at my rash only from a distance, ignored my other symptoms. 3. Gave me the same medicine that hadn't been working at my pcp, a $100 cream that my insurance co. wouldn't cover and LITERALLY THE SAME PRINT OUT FROM THE INTERNET that I had already gotten myself by googling skin rashes. Not even a print out from an exclusive doctor website BUT THE SAME THING I GOT BY GOOGLING FOR FREE! 4. My pharmacy called Thursday afternoon to tell them my insurance co. would not cover the cream and asked for a substitute. Despite being open the next day, never called in a substitute. I had to call the answering service and demand a substitute, to which I actually got to speak with the doctor who of course acted like I was bothering her. She admitted to being aware of the insurance refusal....guess she didn't care that I was just supposed to itch and be in misery all weekend. If her office had cared enough about a patient to call in a substitute while they were still open, then I wouldn't have to bother her when she was off. Then she basically told me I was "lucky" because the cream was only $100, as their prescriptions usually run $400-500. Uh, lucky was not how I felt. 5. Subsequent visit yielded no change and I received only a slightly closer look at my rash, given some more cream and told to come back in a month. Decided not to waste any more time or money and found another doctor who would listen to me. Keep in mind I have been in misery for months before even coming here. 6. No allergy or blood testing was ever done to help pinpoint the problem. They just dismissed it as a basic skin rash despite the fact that I'm an adult and had already done my due diligence in eliminating the usual factors (pred packs, switching detergents, got a new mattress, etc.). My symptoms had been going on for about 2 months at that time and I had additional red flags that were ignored. ***turns out, my problem was internal and when a different doctor actually ordered blood work and tests several months later, found out I was having thyroid problems (Hashimoto's) and the skin rash was a side-effect . This may have been detected earlier if someone at this office had spent more than 5 minutes speaking with me and done some testing like a specialist is supposed to do to try to eliminate things and narrow down causes. I have no idea whether the actual doctor is good because I was never treated by her. All I know is people don't go to a specialist to not get to see the specialist. People also don't go to a specialist to pay more to be treated the same way they already were at their pcp. I expect expert opinion and methods and a stronger knowledge base in that field than an average doctor. I can't help but feel that a specialist should have said, "You have the same symptoms for months and the cream and steroids aren't helping, so it must be something more than just a contact allergy. Let's look deeper." They did not and I would have gone broke coming for fruitless follow-ups before that would've happened. For these reasons, I don't recommend this office.

Dr. Terry Sharp as a Dermatologist is a very good doctor. I had given her 5 stars because the doctor is good. Her front staff STINKS- on the front desk checking in patients- like so many say they need to be removed from the patients' greeting and ins given, check in- etc info. Those girls at that desk are very, very unprofessional and I say very less educated. Debbie would run the front desk great. I will put 5 stars back when those unprofessional two girl- ladies I just saw again today needs to go work else where not there. & thugs coming in there harassing and slandering patients to see her just to talk garbage is a disgrace to her wonderful business and a big turn off for her paying patients-. Don't allow -trouble making thugs and not paying for a skin problems people in with trashy talk to destroy your NICE business doc... Dr. Terry Sharp is a professional, great, kind lady and I highly Recommend Dr. Sharp as the best dermatologist in the southern area(s) She needs some professionals on her front office to check in patients. I recently took my child to Dr Sharpe, who examined and diagnosed him within seconds, or should I say MISdiagnosed. The prescription was then filled out WRONG, therefore the treatment did NOT work. When I realized the script was written wrong, I called the Dr's office 5x and STILL got no return call. So I decided to take him in. I was told it would be $145 to have the Dr do a follow up visit, even though she prescribed him a steroid. After pitching a fit, she examined him at no charge. Of course she and the entire staff determined it was not THEIR responsibility to follow up with a patient even after several phone calls, apparently the health of the patients is not important. So on the follow up visit, the Dr, after again being in the room for less than 10 seconds, determined that even though the spots looked EXACTLY the same as before, that this was something entirely different. I refused to acknowledge this because she informed me that poison ivy (which is what he was diagnosed with to begin with was NOT contagious) I myself am HIGHLY allergic to Poison Ivy and have contracted it many a time from other people. So I had her re-write the Rx that she wrote wrong the first time, and she insisted he have his blood drawn because she was convinced he had contracted an allergy to grass, yes grass. I agreed, having no idea she ordered $2000 worth of tests, and no have been told thats my problem. And btw, he had poison oak, no allergies. When I took him back for a checkup after using the proper amount of steroid, they again wanted $145 to see the Dr. This Dr needs to be stripped of her license, she cares nothing about anything but money and talks people into doing treatments she learned how to do by reading a brochure. I am filing a complaint with the medical board, and will not stop until justice is served. I'm fed up with these Dr's taking advantage of people so they can drive mercedes and live in the country club. They should remember the OATH they took to treat patients, instead of only worrying about their pocket.

Dr. Sharpe is wonderful! I love her dedication & the attention she gives to my daughter. I love her honesty & knowledge about products & Eczema . This is who you want!

Came here a few years ago and had a consultation, the dermatologist had an uninterested demeanor and asked me no questions about my experiences with my skin conditions. The treatment I was prescribed was ineffective and I was given no instruction on what lifestyle changes to make in order to assist in the treatment. Overall, disappointed with my experience and still searching for solid dermatologists in this area.

For the past two years I've been to several doctors and no one could figure out what was going on with my skin. Someone told me about Bella Dermatology so I made an appointment with Dr. Sharpe and after the first visit she knew exactly what was going on with my skin. I was so relieved because I've been dealing with this for so long. I thank God for Dr. Sharpe and her wonderful staff.

Unprofessional rude staff. The staff complained at front desk for more than 30 minutes telling each other how busy they were and complains of doing the co-worker's job on top of theirs . ( before they checked me in) The doctor was in and out of my exam room in under 5 mins. Didn't give me a chance to ask any questions and told me I needed a second visit and out the door she went. One of the most unprofessional physician's office I've ever been to. At check out 3 women stood there For 8 mins and did not acknowledge me as they continued to complain about their jobs. I laid the clip board down and walked out. Oh you should also know if you need to reschedule your appointment they charge you $145.00 Don't waste your time or money, this doctor is only there to collect money! STAY AWAY from this office.

To start it off, I called to schedule an appointment but the receptionist was not very proficient. After several repeats of personal information the call ended with her asking for my email so I could fill out the new patient information. I never got the email but I did get a call the next day reminding me of my appointment. Despite the reviews, I went to experience it for myself. Let’s just say, I should’ve listened to the reviews. First off, The office was hard to find because the location on the website is different than the one the receptionist mentioned to me. So my drive went up to 45 minutes. When I finally reached the office and was brought to the back, I spent more time with the MA than the actual doctor. I spoke with the doctor for only about three minutes. She quickly examined my skin and was done. My appointment was this past Thursday. However, the medicine she has prescribed has not only made my skin worse but has caused an allergic reaction. The whole point in going was for my skin to get better, not worse. It is to the point where I have called to see if I could get re-examined and was told I would be charged again for another visit. The only reason I have given her two stars is because the office was clean and nice. I am very disappointed at the lack of communication and she has to do better. You must take your time with your patients so you know how to efficiently fix their problems.

Raymond K

Dr. Sharpe is a greedy money-grabber. She spent a total of less than 2 minutes in the room with me, just to tell me that the severe skin issue on my hand is a simple case of dermatitis and that the mole on my abdomen is nothing to be concerned about. Needless to say, with eczema and skin cancer in my family, I will be getting a second opinion on both things. This woman should not be practicing. It's obvious she cares nothing about her patients, and is not concerned with really addressing their issues. $182 for a 2 minute visit. No thanks. Would NEVER recommend visiting this woman. If I could give her zero stars, I would in a heartbeat.

I love this Dr. Sharpe and her staff. I am a drug rep, and see tons of dermatologist for work, and she was the only one that could get my Seb derm cleared up. I also had laser hair removal and loved it. I am very dark and no one would touch me bc they were afraid they would burn me and those that did, did indeed burn me. I was skeptical to say the least but the results have been amazing. If you need a good dermatologist this is the place. I drive 45 mins to see her and she is worth it.

I'm not sure how anyone can give Dr. Sharpe a poor rating. I started seeing Dr. Sharpe in March of 2014 for horrible acne. Dr. Sharpe is honest and direct. She is extremely knowledge and her treatment methods are on point. She gave me real time expectations for my length of treatment. It is hard to get an appointment - because that many people return to her for treatment. Don't let the negative comments stop you from getting the best from an amazing dermatologist.

Dr. Sharpe and her staff are awesome. They are compassionate and caring. They care about you as a whole person, not just as a patient.

I am so conflicted when it comes to Bella Dermatology! I love Dr. Sharpe, her knowledge and expertise but much focus needs to be placed on the customer service side of the practice, especially regarding her employees. In less than 30 days, I have had 2 appointments cancelled by the office. A lot goes into how I schedule my appointments and there's nothing worse then to get a cancellation phone call for what seems like poor planning. The first occurrence was for an appointment booked for 1/21 - I was called the week before and told that the office would be closed in observance of the holiday (IMO - that decision should have been made long before appointments were booked) and second occurrence was today. I totally understand things happen however, 2 in less 30 days with nothing more than - "we need to reschedule your appointment" is extremely inconvenient!

If I could give this office a zero I would. Dr. Terry Sharpe your front office staff is very rude, if your staff don’t know your first impression means everything. I’m not sure if you are aware how they speak to potential new patients or your existing patients, however it reflects you and your office. Therefore beware, if you are looking for a dermatologist office with excellent customer service this is not the place for you, your staff is so stupid that they are running patients off, and if you(Dr. Sharpe) don’t have patients you can’t pay your staff and if you don’t address this issue with them you will not be in practice long.

Jessica Cox

Bella dermatology is a great place, very professional and caring. The front office staff made sure I understood my insurance. I saw the PA and she is great, very caring and made sure all my needs were met for my skin. I am very happy with this dermatology office and will be sending all of my family and friends to them! .

Deirdre Harris

I loved the staff and Dr Sharpe. But the thing that got me is the fact that this place takes your money. The office told me directly that until I hit my deductible on my insurance, every appointment I have with them, I will have to make a payment. I shouldn’t have to pay almost $200 for a follow up appointment. Thats not fair. I’m switching doctors. I can’t afford to keep going to this office.

Joan Trez

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Terry Sharpe to my friends. My family, they already know about her. Dr. Sharpe first treated me (mole removed) at Emory University while completing her Dermatology residency and she has remained my doctor every since then (except for her brief work in LA). It is a rare occasion to find a doctor as knowledgeable, professional and caring as Dr. Sharpe. She has taken care on my children's acne and I have brought my mother from SC to be seen for her mole. She cares as much as I should (and do) care about my own health. I have a dermatologist who is passionate about what she does! It's not only her profession but her gift. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sharpe. My experiences with Dr. Sharpe and her staff have always been top-notch!

An overall great experience from the moment I walked in. Very friendly and professional. Took the time to fully explain the new patient processes. This was just the front office. The doctor experience was equally as impressive.

I had an appointment for 1/29 at 9:10am I even received email confirmation of this date and time.... I arrived 15 min early like advised and no one was there. I called to see what was going on and I was told that I wasn’t scheduled for an appointment I stated I received an email confirmation so there must’ve been a mistake the representative then asked me to hold and I did then she informed me the office was closed???? How didn’t I receive notification that the office was closed I have missed work and now I don’t even have a work excuse and will be docked because of this and still no explanation....I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have received from Bella dermatology and will seek a different doctor from this point..,. I would give less than one star but I don’t have he option too...

DO NOT GO HERE! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! *I was SEEN here (never saw the Dr) and couldn't figure out why I was being giving several months of antibiotics for acne, instead of them telling me I had a vitamin deficiency (which I discovered for myself and cured MY own acne)... #antibioticskillgutflora #antibioticscreateantibioticresistance *They gave me prescriptions that took me a couple of weeks to get part of it and almost a month to get the other part because I was sick of their special pharmacy (Anchor) not getting information from Bella and Bella saying it was because of the the pharmacy. So after that game, I requested MY pharmacy to retrieve the prescription from their "special pharmacy" and Kroger pharmacy had it for me the next day. *Trying to help out other people, I recommended their address to be updated on Google maps to assist with their IDIOTIC reception not understanding the concept of not being able to find their location!! *On top of that, when I attempted to give another shot at being seen, they didn't let me know that they weren't going to accept my insurance any longer BEFORE my appointment and I'd have to pay cash... What?!? They treated me indignantly at the same time I was being told of the change. I guess I wasn't good enough to be seen there anymore. "Thanks" for giving a professional courtesy call to notify me of the change BEFORE the RUDENESS I found out for myself. *It's shocking how much this office is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have been a patient of Dr. Terry Sharpe for a little over 14yrs. Today was the first time I encountered an attitude. The young lady at the front desk seemed to be bothered by the fact that I asked the other young lady what time was my appointment and I asked because I saw her call someone up that had came in after me she butted in my conversation I was having with the other young lady and said Ms. Lupoe you are next and saying now we are not going to have that today. And when she did call me up to take my payment in that split of a second her entire attitude changed she was friendly with everyone else but when she called me up her exacts word 10.00 took my payment and then gave me the receipt sign and they will call you back I know she says that to everyone but I saw the difference the way she had said it to me everyone else and just dry with me. Dr. Sharpe is a GREAT doctor and I will continue to be a patient and continue to refer others. I have NEVER experience this type of behavior before from this office.

100% Real Review **Please Listen Closely to this Review** They will steal your Money!! STAY AWAY!! My wife called this location to set up an appointment to have a consult on removing a lipoma from under her arm. She specifically asked the receptionist over the phone if they did this type of work. The receptionist (Tabitha) put her on hold and came back and said YES we can help you. My wife made the appointment based off of what she was told. On appointment day we went to the office. The office had a slight damp mildew smell to it that was a complete turn off. The baseboards needed some attention and the overall decor was lacking to be a doctors office. We went to the back and waited to see the doctor (Dr. Sharpe). Well Dr. Sharpe wasn't in the office on that Thursday. She had already gone for the day to start her Labor Day weekend. We were not rescheduled or told prior to our arrival that the Dr. Sharpe would not attend her own appointment. We were told that we would see the LPN instead. When the LPN came in to the room to look at my wife, she immediately said she need to have Dr. Sharpe look at the lipoma. She did a video call with Dr. Sharpe and said I need you to look at this bump. Dr. Sharp instantly said, "I don't remove lipomas, we need to refer her to Dr. Griffin. Dr. Griffin has a completely separate practice. The LPN got off the phone after about 2 minutes and and stated we will refer you else where. We kindly asked for our $25 copay back, since we should have never even been in this office since they don't do the work we needed. They told us no because we had an office visit. This is clearly theft in my opinion. They lied to us to get us there and then charged us for something they knew they couldn't do and refused to give us our money back. We will dispute the charges and report Dr. Sharpe's office to the BBB and to the medical board. Please don't waste your time and money dealing with this office. I read other reviews and see that she has been stealing from other families as well. In the exact same manner, I wish my wife would have read the reviews first. $25 for a 2 minute video phone consult to tell us what she doesn't do. They should have been honest up front when we first called. STAY AWAY!!!! I really wanted to give them 0 stars but I was forced to give them at least one.

I took my son to this office for ringworm and the NP was very helpful and informative. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Dr. Sharpe provides excellent and timely service whenever I visit her office. She has treated me for years and my skin condition has improved tremendously. I used to have to visit her every 2-3 months. Now I only visit her every 6 months! She's my #1 recommendation for anyone with any type of skin condition.

Daddeola is here

Very professional and helpful.

Dr. Sharpe is awesome! I had problems with the staff. The staff didn’t follow through with providing meds to pharmacy which took several phone calls. Didn’t get 2nd medicine until over two weeks later. Disappointed!

I am furious with this place! I went in initially to get my skin checked, the PA found a mole she thought I should get biopsied. I schedule an appt to come back to get it removed..at this point I’ve paid my copay for the first visit, paid for the biopsy of the mole and removal, then they tell me in order to get my results I’d have to come in again and pay another copay!!! I’m irate! They won’t just tell me over the phone. Never will I return there.

Dr. Sharpe is a good physician. If you live locally I'd recommend that you give them a try if not you'll be inconvenienced a lot. I never received a prescription that the Dr said she'd send over &caught hell trying to get it worked out. As a result I never went back. I feel that they want you to schedule a visit for any &every little thing, even if it was an error on their behalf.

Dr. Sharpe has been my dermatologist for the past 12 years or so. She carefull listens to my concerns and provides sound treatment recommendations. In other words, "she gets me." Dr. Sharpe effectively resolved long-standing inflammation issues with my sensitive scalp and my rosacea-prone skin to the point where my hair and scalp are thriving and my skin is even toned and virtually wrinkle free such that it glows and does not give away my age. She has earned my confidence and I highly recommend her without the slightest reservation!

I dont normally write reviews unless I am well please, but i am so disgusted with the service given at this business. My son is two, he has eczema so I've been told. We've been doing everything the doctor says and it just keeps getting worse. So bad that he it scratching holes in his skin. So I, at my wits end, called Bella Dermatology, described my sons condition and I was told "OH, HE NEEDS TO BE SEEN ASAP!" So they got me in the next day. Went 1/2 hours early, a clerk ran my insurance and because I haven't met my deductible the cost was $270. Ok, I don't have that right now, I reply, I didn't say I don't have anything. So I was turned away because I did not have ALL the money. They would not even consider working anything out, when I could have paid it all by Friday, but you tell me my son, who is two and is suffering, needs to be seen asap! What happened to the days when people cared about your well being and not just money?!?! If I can add pictures of my sons skin I will!

The staff was terrible. I had a 9:50am appointment and after waiting 40 minutes I still haven gotten called up to the front....so when I go up there they don't even have me in their system to be seen by the doctor, I got pissed and just left. I will never go back up there nor will I recommend anyone to them.

Very good experience! I went to have my acne treated and Cidney was the only person who cleared up my face. She is the most professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my treatment plan and worked everything out with my insurance company. So kind and compassionate! Would highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and professional.

The staff was professional and efficient. I was in and out in a short amount of time. Would highly recommend

The actual visit with the doctor was hmm ok, but when I had questions in the billing department that’s when the experience went downhill. I have no reason to go back, I’m pretty sure I can find a better office. Update: And I did!! Georgia Dermatology Conyers location helped my keloid issue and saved me a lot of $$ that Bella wanted thousands for

Tricia Stell

Went to the office and every staff member was very unpleasant and then I paid my $60 copay for them to tell me that they couldn't help me and walked out of the room. Never go back to this place nor would I recommend them.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have never experienced such childish like rude customer service! Not to mention the cost is unbelievable! The lack of patient care and the laughing in a patient's ear by the employee is uncalled for. They actually charge for you to get your records almost $2.00 per page. HAHAHAHA! what a joke! Never in my life.

Where do I began? So disappointed in the level of customer service given.. I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was not proficient with her skills. A simple appointment took some time. After several repeats of personal information the call ended with me asking for an email confirming appointment time and address. Needless to sa, I never got the email. As I approached the front desk I was greeted by the young lady and two other receptionist, I explained to the young lady that I recalled speaking too previously that I never received an email and drove around for thirty minutes which made me late for the appointment. The reception repeated the address several times and stated, “ I told you this address!” She then argued ( literally) it was not her as she tried to dismiss me with a thank you have s nice day. I stated. “It was you, you failed to provide the follow up email but I am here now, can I still see the doctor?” She proceeded to be rude and argumentative with me. I asked her several times, “ are you really arguing with a customer? What type of customer service is this? “ The other two receptionist were busy working avoiding the situation ( I didn’t. blame them). I waited, saw the nurse practitioner who was somewhat pleasant. She determined the what and how within minutes. No poking or probing. I went with what she stated especially the part concerning my prescription which she would call in to the designated pharmacy later today,! I called and no prescription.. unfortunately the office is closed and the only way to get a script is to have the pharmacy call the answering service. So I’m left without medication for a weekend and I will be looking for a new dermatologist or nurse practitioner..the level of customer service is less than to say the least! Let me say that the other workers were pleasant and friendly. One even apologia for the behavior of her coworker. But unfortunately one rotten apple sours the entire basket!
