If I could give zero stars I would. Lets begin with Donna at the back desk she lost my medical records release form. I'm consider a high risk pregnancy and needed notes from my previous doctor. I literally had been waiting for 6 weeks only to find out the form was never sent. On Tuesday I was called stating I needed to rush to the office. When I get there no one knew why I needed to come in. Shante she is my doctors medical assistant could care less about anything I had going on. She is only there for her check on Fridays. I then saw another MA who could care less and didn't know why I was in the office. You could tell she either trying to hurry up and get me out of her face. They had a on called retired doctor see me by the name of Carrol Cook. When I tried expressing my concerns with her she laughed in my face and stated how she did not care. She then told me she is retired and I need to express my concerns with my actual doctor who was not there. She then continued to cut me off and would not listen to anything I had to say. She argued with me that it was not her staff fault that my medical released form was lost. She stated "you work for an office so you know how it is" we would never lose any of the patients papers. I left out the office crying! I tried to speak with the manager but she is on medical leave. Remember the other MA that I saw. I seen her in the hallway today she asked me how my visit went but she was on being nosy she really didn't care about my well being at all. This office is a joke and you or your baby will die if left in the hands of the staff. ZERO STARS

This is the worst place I have ever experinced. I made an appointment with a doctor and when I went there, I realized they have changed my appointment to a physician for consulting. They wasted my time. People who are working there are not responsible and do not care about patient's time.

Well I all I can say is if your front desk lacks customer service your doctors probably do too. I can't imagine trying to deal with the front office after you become a patient.

I used to go here often for one doctor in particular. If I had to review based on him and not today's experience, this place would get 5 stars. The office is poorly managed and highly disorganized. I made my appointment two days ago and specifically requested today which I got. When I arrived, they claimed my appt. was not until next week, that my primary is a doctor I've neither seen nor ever heard of, and then said I had to come back next week. Not happening! We drove two hours! The new paperwork they require is absolutely ridiculous with some questions asked, and charging per form filled if you don't pay a15 dollar annual fee? Form fees are 20 bucks each! Who does that! The person I ended up seeing was nice enough but so rough with me that I will not be going back here as I have a lot of problems and am still in pain two hours later. Not to mention the terrible disorganization of office staff and scheduling.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adams for about 3.5 years now. She delivered my 2 children during that time and is professional, personal, and considerate. When pregnant, you see the other docs as well, and I've had some good interactions with Drs. Khan and Zertuche, the latter of which I saw most recently. I hate that the bad reviews focus on the front staff, when the physicians and nurses provide excellent care.

Doug Godbold

If this review was based on the doctors only, it would be 5 star. They are great. The billing department not so much. Just got a letter saying the account was "seriously past due" and this is the first bill we have received. This is not the first time I have had trouble with the billing department. Just be aware you are going to have some headaches. But the doctors are great!

I wouldn't trust any doctor in Atlanta. Especially hpv victims. Get a 2nd opinion. They'll try to have you do un-needed procedures back to back which is totally NOT best practice. [Dr. Suarez] They dig around as much as possible for monetary gain. They'll get as much as they can. Either get a 2nd opinion... or leave this trashy, corrupt city honestly. Worst city I've ever lived in health care wise. Wouldn't let a soul touch any part of my body here.

Erin Shepherd

You'll get an appointment quickly and the doctor will be nice and thorough but don't ever expect a followup or to get your results unless you harass them and spend a bunch of time being transferred on the phone back and forth between the front desk and the nurses stations. It's been three months and I still have never received lab results.

Lindsey M Fenton

I was surprised to read the other negative reviews. This practice is wonderful. I go for routine preventive care, not pregnant, so I can only speak to that. I see one of the PA's and am able to get in fairly quickly (w/in a month for a new patient appt), they call back quickly, I got all of my results within 3 days (one by phone, rest available online)- great medical practice.

Thank you Dr.Mcfarlang for helping to save my life and trying to help me get my life back. Your the best.

Sarah Smith

I went here only to find out they didn't take my insurance. I asked them on the phone if they took it when I made the appointment, and they said yes. Then when I'm there, they say oh we don't take this specific one. If you know there is one type that you don't take, you should probably say that on the phone when someone makes the appointment so that they don't take off work and waste their time going there. Also, the front desk girl who handled my stuff was rude from the second I walked in.

Bess Davenport Hughes

I rarely write bad reviews, but the front office here is so disorganized and rude it warrants some feedback. Every interaction yielded mistakes that required follow-up on my end, mistakes which I was then blamed for. I wasted so much time following up on errors in billing and scheduling, and dealing with rude attitudes while trying to resolve the problem. The nurses and doctors are fantastic, but frankly it's not worth the time and energy it takes to deal with the front office folks.

I wish I could give zero Stars. I was not a patient. However, Since they are not on Glassdoor I decided to post my experience from a. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever witnessed and the executive director lacks integrity. In addition, to her talking about current employees and the issues they were having before I was hired. The executive director all but told me I was hired contingent on my background check. I knew there was nothing on my background check so I was not concerned. I gave my notice with my employer at the time and we agreed upon the date of when I was to start with Atlwhs. Needless to say, I did not start on this date. I was told for a week and a half that my background check did not come back and she would get back with me. When I did a follow-up after countless emails back and forth, I was told there was a hiring freeze. Which clearly is a lie because the job is I applied for is still on indeed amongst others. The executive director Debbie Olmos there was no remorse or any ownership of what she implied or stated since I still have emails. Since I put in my notice with my previous employer, I am now without a job because my previous employer has now filled my position. So if someone in a lady should relax Integrity I can imagine the patience experience with this organization.
