I was very disappointed with my visit with this Doctor. His assistants did all the tests and work and the Doctor never came near me. I was concerned about having testicular cancer ( as my older brother had this cancer) and Dr Sandman relied on his medical assistant's testing to come to a conclusion. Dr. Sandman told me I did not have testicular cancer completely relying on his assistant's examinations. I am seeing a new primary doctor soon and will ask her about a referral to another Urologist.

Be aware of scam! Worst customer service ever, everyone treated me very poorly and were only trying to get moeny out of me with the most ridiculous excuses. Stay away!

Not a very good doctor. Had his assistant provide me with a diet for interstitial cystitis(apparently he does this for everyone) and I did not even have that. Very disappointed as I thought I was entering a place where i can find a good urologist. This place does not let you see anyone else besides the urologist that saw you in the hospital.I had a severe infection and was not given any antibiotics by him when i was discharged. I decided to see him again as i was really concerned with my condition. Although cultures said I had an infection he disregarded that the reason for my painful symptoms. He said that he was not familiar with my condition and he is just a "general urologist" not a specialist. He then gave me a link to buy a book and referred me to physical therapist:( He then recommended me to partner urologist in his same office who might some more experience:( Nonetheless I was still charged the expensive co-pay and left with no treatment or sense of direction to feel better. I was hoping to be helped, instead I was let down and still with an infection. I have seen another urologist and thank goodness he has helped me get better. Please be careful guys. Patient care is hard to find.
