I had a bad experience with this doctor. He is in my insurance network but added extra charges that he shouldn't have. I've placed a dispute with my insurance company to make them aware. But beware they just blame insurance when they have these up charges. I wouldn't recommend using his doctors office for services of any kind based on my experience.

This was my first time seeing Dr, Valdes. He is an amazing doctor; he exceeded my expectations. What makes him so different is the way he cares about his patients. He takes the time to get to know you, your history and any issues you have. He is extremely thorough, intelligent and does it all with a smile and humor. His staff are incredible and so kind. The ladies at the front desk are warm and welcoming. His nurse eases your worries and is gentle and helpful. I have found my new GP :)

Dr. Valdez is a great doctor, he take the time to listen and answer my questions. He is very thorough to the point of even calling to go over my lab work and follow up with care plan. He is always courteous and willing to help. As a patient I'm very satisfied with his care.
