While my doctor is very sweet a lot of the office staff here are incapable and incompetent. Time and time again I've called about numerous issues and everytime they manage to surprise me with their lack of ability. I've been told I'll receive calls backs when I dont. Call to tell them I'm still waiting to hear something and I still don't hear something. Ask to change my pharmacy and they domt change the pharmacy. Im always getting the run around with these people and then when I am obviously upset because of their mistakes I am interrupted. So I need to just he pleasant and patient while they mess up because when I'm upset they dont care anyway. Everytime it's something new and they manage to mess it up anyway. The lack of their ability truly is making me reconsider even seeing my doctor.
