Dr. Mauney is absolutely amazing!! She is the only Dr. that I care to see. Front staff is really nice as well.

My appointment was at 2:45 and it is now 3:50. This has not been the first time I had to wait so long for my appointment. I love my doctor but I feel like they need to be more organized.

It took over an hour to be seen even when I was a half hour early. I arrived at 2 was finished with paper work by 2:15 appointment was at 2:30 and did not get called back until 3:30. I thought this was very unacceptable. The service once I did ho back was great the doctors and nurses were great listeners and I felt like I was having a conversation with them rather than be 'talked at' like at some docs offices. But my time is as important as there's I didn't leave until about 430.

I have never written a review on any Location and or Doctors. I must say the Doctors are A++ rated here, but the staff at the front desk are RUDE and unprofessional. If you get through their attitudes and misdemeanors, you will be in good hands on the other end. But I’ve learned over the years you are only as good as your support system, and somehow the Doctors are oblivious to what takes place in the front desk.

On Nov 21st was my first visit. I waited over an hr and a half for my visit to see my doctor about my pregnancy! I loved my doctor and had to go months before seeing another doctor at another location because the stupid incompetent front desk tall blonde girl told me i had to pay $687 before the doctor could see me again when i went for my second visit!! But on my first visit she said i didnt have to pay anything until 2018 as thats the year my baby will be born. It turns out that i only had to pay them $32 for my visit!! They denied me service to check on my baby for an error that a stupid idiot didn't know what she was doing!! Get new front desk staff because at least that one dumbass you have now will ruin your business!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would because of her!!! Will not recommend this place at all to anyone!!! Save your time, energy and mental being cuz she sure will make you be rude right back to her!!

It's true, you may be waiting for quite awhile but for me it was well worth it. Extremely thorough doctors and a hilarious staff. They answered all my questions and concerns going above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wilkes is amazing. I have had issues for many years and she is the first one to take her time and is working with me to fix my body and mind and make me feel like my old self. I know I have a long road ahead but she will be there with me.
