I’m so glad I choose Skin Center ! From the second i entered into the office I was greeted from the ladies in the front, everyone is polite and they made sure I was helped in a timely manner. Walking inIt felt clean , looked clean , the over all the environment is very inviting. I didn’t feel like a number, I was treated like a person! My appointment was with Mary Endereson, PA-C she confident, warm and caring. She listened to me , I didn’t feel rushed and she put thought into the best care for me. I even enjoyed the follow up call I received from Mary. This is why I rate my experience a 5 star!

From beginning to end, this place was nothing less than exceptional. The customer service I received from the whole staff is something you just don’t see down here in south Florida. Everyone was kind, the nurse was thorough and explained my lack of insurance to Mary Enderson, the Practitioner I saw. No upsell, or pushing follow up visits. Mary walked in the door, was kind and understanding. She explained the best treatment option for my skin and gave me a back up plan in case what she ordered wasn’t enough. The office visit was more than a reasonable price for my particular situation. I couldn’t be more grateful, I actually look forward to visiting this office again, if I need to.

When all else failed. I went to several dermatologists that refused to remove a growth right by the hair line. It was something that has bothered me for a few years and was a the result of an injury. They immediately examined it, gave me options, and within minutes it was removed. No issues whatsoever. A few weeks later and it has healed perfectly. Thank you!

All the reviews are correct. This staff is LOVELY! Dr Siam is drop the mic amazing at what she does. I am always terrified to go to the Derm with my history of having surgeries to remove precancerous cells. Doc was reassuring and I even got a gift for being a first time patient (which is not a cheap sample!). The clinic seems to offer everything, including a laser treatment if I wanted to get rid of pesky red dots that are showing on my body. I found my new dermatologist! Doc Siam addresses only my needs and concerns and is not trying to sell products that are unnecessary but I am sure can provide the highest end if asked. Thank you Skin Center and Dr. for making my morning. The visit was so quick I was able to do a grocery shopping with the time I had left over that I had taken from work. Best!!! Danni Squanifornia

Loved every aspect of my visit. As soon as I walked in the receptionist and everybody else was very sweet and very informative and as well as the assistant to the doctor and obviously the doctor was amazing! Previous doctor I went to misdiagnosed me and now I am happy to say that my skin is 98% better! And I know the 2% will be coming very shortly!

Overall I felt this office was less concerned about my choices and more about what was best for them, but their treatment was effective and worked. Pros: Kind doctor, effective treatment Cons: Receptionists and help would click through consent forms before handing you their iPad to sign. This is NOT OKAY. You should read every contract given to you, and after the third time they did this it felt coercive. Doctor failed to present other, cheaper treatment options. I saw another dermatologist and they said a different, very well known procedure would’ve done the same thing for half the cost. Was not happy to learn this. They used a jewel-encrusted diamond hammer on me when a simple ball-ping would’ve sufficed. More upset that they didn’t give me options. I probably won’t come here again.

Office staff is very nice especially the front desk girl. However, when I called almost a month ago, I was advice that if my insurance did not cover the visit the Insurance department will call me. Well I never received the call so I assume that the visit was cover. So I just arrived to the office and SURPRISE my insurence did not cover the visit.... They offer me to see the doctor paying the visit. Also, don't expect them to call you and confirm your appointment because they don't do it also I called for 2 days and until today they returned my call.

I felt like royalty from the moment I stepped into this spa-like office that I almost forgot I was at a doctor's appointment! From being kindly greeted and cared for upon my arrival and being offered a refreshment and goodie bag for being a first time patient, this practice embodies excellent customer service. I barely had to wait to be seen either, which was great. The nurse and PA who administered my full body exam and performed by biopsy were friendly and professional as well. Glad to have found a quality dermatologist so close to home!

What a disorganized office stay away. Made an appointment week ago ,gave all my health insurance information to the office ,they were supposed check if my insurance is expected before I came ,they called to confirm my appointment day before ,once I got there after waiting 20 min they tell me my insurance is not excepted cause they never check ,what a joke,waste of my time I took half day off for nothing ,what a disorganized office ,stay away they don’t know what they are doing
