Very unprofessional. Uses scare tactics on an 89 y/o women. My mother has early Alzheimer’s and we were contemplating weather or not to continue treatment or let thing take their course and see what happens. She said “ You can call hospice because she will die a painful death in 1 year, but if that’s what you want?? Really.

This office is Absolutely horrible!!!! I work for a Doctor's office with 7 different providers.Every time we get a call from another Physician Stating its an "important matter " our providers do not hesitate to take the call. Not only did the on call provider not call back neither did the NP who was given 2 messages ( at least that is what was told to me) . I called that office 3 times and got 3 different stories, " Dr is not in yet but i'll leave her a message ,then it was the Dr is on vacation and we don't have a Dr here but, i'll leave a message with the NP". "The best answer of all was "We have to have a referral with a DX before she will speak to her". Mind you this was after I called the answering service and paged the on call Oncologist. Now every policy is different but, if a Physician calls another Physician it's usually an emergency especially during office hours. This is about a person's health which should never be overlooked. We will no longer be referraling our patients to this office. I would not recommend this office to any one.

They have the most uncaring staff that I have ever experienced in my life. They do not follow through on anything. They are very rude and unresponsive to your needs. I would not recommend this Clinic to anyone under any circumstances

I have been seen as a patient since 2016. I waited for a diagnosis as it sat on the doctor’s desk for quite some time until I insisted she read the report which turned out I did have cancer. I am seen by nurses and once a PA. When I shared with one nurse that I felt I had some other issues, I was told I was just looking for things. Turned out I had two health issues to address. They are rude. I was late for an an appointment by 15 minutes and I was told,I had to return in 3 1/2 hrs or the next day but I was leaving the next day. I always wait for my visits so was very upset that I was sitting in the parking lot when her office called me to cancel my appointment. I was told that I needed treatment so I returned to Dana Faber for a second opinion and I did not need any treatment. The treatment Dr Kosloff recommended Was 14,000 out of pocket. the choices here are limited for oncologist /hematologists. very disappointed.

I've been treated by Dr Kosloff for 5 years. I've been very seriously ill during my course of treatment. I have found her and her staff to be caring, competent and efficient . They have come through for me every time. I wouldn't be alive without them. Even during season they have performed very well and as busy as they are I still feel they care personally about how I'm doing.
