We've been with Pediatric Associate's Doral since day one and my feedback could not be better. Everytime we address a concern to this highly trained team, it's always attended quickly, and with the most caring attitude. Dr Victoria Fierro is dedicated, compromised and loving with our daughter, under her care for the past 11 years, and extremely patient and understanding with us as parents. She is the best! And we love her like our family. Her team, Katty Sequera, the office manager and Stephanie Solis, with the insurance referals, are not only great professionals, they are also my best allies in my girl's well being. Keep going! I began to go to that place on May 2018, I have gone 6 times, Dra Ferro is a very good doctor but always is busy if my son or daughter get sick, she has appointment one week later or something like that. Dra Sharon Acosta I didnt like her attention, only check the children but she doesn’t have patience, doesn’t take time to check them. She treat to the patient only because she has to work. I’m not going to go again to that place. The second star is because the front desk have good attention :)

WOW. Once again, they outdid themselves. I took my son there because I saw something on his ear. They told me 3 times it was wax. We insisted to see an specialist, and again they didn't want to give us a refferal. They prescribed antibiotics and that was it. Well... It was a piece of paper. The specialist tells us it is unbeliebable they couldn't identify it. Shame on you again!!!! If you are reading this, go read my previous review about my other son. So sad the health system in this country is forcing people to go to this place and they keep denying refferals to specialist so they dont get in trouble with the insurance companies. SHAME ON YOU AND ALL YOUR DOCTORS...

All I can say is that the staff is friendly, but try to make an appointment and it's another whole ball game... My son had an appointment at this office on 4/24/19 and they called me to cancel the appointment. Then she said that they will call me back and NEVER DID!! So today I called to make an appointment and they said that I cancelled the appointment. They are very rude... I just got off the phone with a girl named Stephanie and she was rude.... I couldn't even make an appointment. She left me on hold for 15 mins on purpose!!!!! up until I hung up. I hope they screen calls so they can understand that if they don't like their job then get out of the customer service field!!!!

Second visit with my new born and still amazed how friendly the staff is and how quick it is to get checked in and see the doctor. Dr. Acosta is very knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to answer all our questions and concerns. Crystal was also great and gentle while checking my baby's vitals. It was an amazing visit today, the medical assistant Teedra was so nice and energetic loved her so much as did my kids. Your billing system is not right. I was charged with the missed appointment of blood work whereas i called about cancelling it but i was kept on phone /hold for 40 minutes. I couldn't leave a message or do anything. Its is very hard to reach you guys if we need to change the appointment . Plus it wasn't a doctor visit which was missed , it was just a lab work visit and not outside the regular working hours. I explained the whole thing to the billing team about this experience , they said they will check on it and let me know . There was no communication thereafter and when i went for wellness visit with my child i was forced to pay the 50 $ fine which was for the missed appointment before i could see the doctor . This is ridiculous

Doral office is always busy but still I was happy as my kid was taken care of when needed. But this time I had appointment at 9:30 am and I waited till 10:30 am to be seen by doctor. But doctor gave us only 5 min to tell me that he has cough and cold and prescribed the meds and went. She didnt had time to discuss my concerns and I felt she was not even listening to me. My overall experience was very bad this time with doctor. During my previous visits too, I waited long time for my son to be seen but doctor listened to me every time so I was not that disappointed but this time it was horrible.

We have been using the services for Pediatric Associates Doral since our baby was born. I have known Dr. De Los Santos for several years and was interested for a place near by our home and someone that I can trust. It was a pleasure surprise to know that Dr. De Los Santos was part of the Doral’s staff. Before our child was born, we were able to visit the center, have interview’s with the staff and get to know the place. It’s a friendly service, they always have someone available. We have felt very comfortable. Our main doctor is De Los Santos, but all the team is very professional.

Don't waste your time. I ended up in Miami Children's Hospital while the office was open and the doctor was probably available. They close at 5pm today I took my little sister before 3pm with vomiting and diarrhea what seemed to be a stomach virus. I was in desperate need of an emergency appointment or a walk-in appointment. They denied her access to see a doctor. A current patient, i called the Pediatric Associates Corporation I spoke with the office manager a waste of time all while a 3yr old was in pain. If you're a mom looking for a good practice keep searching or don't expect your child to get sick suddenly. The front desk recommend the another location in pembroke pines 20 miles north. The office Manager recommended to wait 12hrs to see a doctor looking at my 3yr little sister in pain. The time that I spent waiting for an Office Manager and politely requesting a visit was longer than the time you spend with a doctor.

The have recently improved their customer service. • Most of the front desk employees and most of the nurses are nice. • We have seen most of the doctors in this location, they are very knowledgeable and great with children. • We have not waited a long time to be seen. • We have been able to book an appointment according to our needs, even for the same day. • This week I called requesting a referral, it was sent to the specialist doctors office on the same day (It used to take 5 business days). • The employees who answer the phone to book appts, have always been sweet. I really appreciate the efforts they are making to improve! Keep up the great work!

Staff are great! But I couldn't said the same about Dr. Santos I have both of my kids assigned under him and I regret it! First of all my son always had issue with is iron been low, I have him run a test to check my son iron levels and he iron came out low. The nurse who did the test was more worry then him. I ask him and he said no is OK whatttt??? The nurse look at me like she could not believe it. My son is only 6yrs old. My daughter got a test for allergies according to the Dr. Santos she was allergic to everything!!! Refer my daughter to an allergic Dr. And forgot to put refills for her allergic medication. I call today to ask for the name of the medication I was on hold for near 1 hr

I’ve had both my kids with this pediatrician for about 5 years now and I don’t know what took me so long to change them... maybe the hours? But it’s not worth it, I haven’t had not even one good experience with Pediatric Associates... and I’ve been to several!! I feel like my son is just a number and they don’t take the time to get to know the child. It’s like a factory! They have even misdiagnosed both my kids... because they didn’t take the time necessary to diagnose properly! Not the kind of service I want for my kids! I finally woke up and changed to another pediatrician and I couldn’t be happier!!! Don’t waste your time going here!

I have an appointment already for tomorrow morning. The staff is excellent!! The nurses are all friendly and very well organized. You can tell that the manager is doing an amazing job running this office! Everyone is so well trained to do their job with a smile on their face. Let's all face it when we take out children to clinics we expect the nurses to treat your children like family while they attend them. I have been using Pediatric Associates at Doral for almost 5 years now. The staff is fine and quite friendly. One thing that I cannot get over with is the wait time. I just had a well visit today for my younger son and ended up spending 2 hours there, spent 10-15 minutes with the doctor and 5 minutes for his shots to be administered. So effectively, over 1.5 hours was simply wait time. He is a 6 months old baby, so it is quite frustrating having to wait that long. I would probably get over it if that wasn't my experience every single time I visited over the last couple of years - with my older son and now our new baby. Our 4 month check up took over 2 hours,again just waiting and waiting... with a 4 month old baby! I am not sure how those appointments are booked and managed...but all I can say as a patient- quite a poor experience overall. How can anyone justify such a long waiting time? What is the purpose of making appointment 2 months in advance when I end up waiting hours and hours on the date I visit. I had a wonderful Doctor for my older soon that we ended up changing 5 years ago for Pediatric Associates only because he was always overbooked and hard to get to, but indeed an amazing Doctor. So now I do get an appointment but have to waste hours of my time with a child who gets exhausted and cranky after waiting that long. Sad part is that 1-2 hours wait time seem to be a standard now at this location and is just getting worst and worst with every visit. I do like the Doctors and wouldn't look to change otherwise, but I cannot go through this frustration every time I visit, so I think it's time to start looking for something better.

BEST PEDIATRIC OFFICE IN DORAL I have 4 boys and they have always been very accommodating in appointments when any of my boys are sick. The entire staff from the person on the phone who does the scheduling to the receptionist and the nurses and doctors are all PHENOMENAL. We especially LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Rreginald Locklear and medical assistant Crystal. They continuously go above and beyond for their patients on a routine basis! I just started taking my 2nd daughter to this location and by far I love it. Everyone is super nice, helpful and you don’t have any problem there with parking. Front desk staff is the great and always helping out. Some nurses are great with kids and super friendly. I’m so happy here and Dr. Victoria Castellano is the BEST!!! Always answering all my questions and she’s amazing with my baby, she goes beyond making my baby and I happy, i know she’s like that with everyone. You could tell she loves what she does. I had the most loving and caring and patient pediatrician before I moved to US. I was looking for a new doctor for my kids and reading the reviews I went to Pediatric Associates Doral. The first appointment was great with doctor De Los Santos. Today we went there for the annual checkup for my 4 year-old son and even though the lady at the front desk was very friendly, I can't say the same about the nurse and the doctor Sharon Acosta. They didn't seem like they were dealing with a child, they were absolutely impatient with my son like if they were treating an adult. I know he is not perfect and can be very difficult - as a lot of children out there - but they didn't even try to make him feel better or more relaxed. He is not the first and will not be the last child who doesn't feel good or doesn't want to go the the doctor but since it is a pediatrics clinic it is supposed to be prepared to deal with KIDS! Next time I'll just ask for another doctor because I didn't like this experience at all. I really hope it was just a bad day.

Terrible wait time. It happens over and over again. Spent 45 minutes outside and them another 45 minutes inside waiting for Doctor to get free. I am not sure how their schedule work but I have always seen patients coming after us going in before us. There has to be something seriously wrong with their scheduling process. Expect to spend 1.5 to 2 hours no matter what day or time you visit.

The staff is always ready to help and are constantly smiling, which makes the office always seem to have a positive environment. Clinic is clean and comfortable for kids. One of my favorite benefits of the practice is their 24 hour hot line, where you can call and ask any medical questions regarding the baby. If it's something that may not need a doctor's visit they instruct you on what to do. Totally recommended!!
