This review is not about the doctors. Dr. H is great and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't go to this practice at all. However, the support staff has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time and really needs training in that regard. Every time I call with a question I'm placed on hold, ignored, told they will call back and no one calls, etc. Today I was very concerned about something and called at 8:50am to see if I could get in. The appointment taker promised to call me back in 30 minutes. At 11am I still hadn't heard back so I phoned again and spoke with her, she gave no apology just said they were short staffed. She then promised that Dr. H's nurse would call in 20 minutes. At 11:50 I still hadn't received a call so I phoned again. This time I spoke with 3 different people, explained what was happening 3 additional times and was placed on hold multiple times. That call was 40 minutes long. If this was an isolated incident I would ignore it, but similar things happen each time I reach out to them. I would prefer to be told a realistic call back time than lies to. It would also be nice if they learned empathy as well as how to apologize. Their hold message states that they value me, but I have a hard time believing that with the way I've been treated. Again, if it weren't for the fact that Dr. H is a stellar physician I would have left this practice long ago. She is fantastic and worth the trouble, but the support staff is a horrible reflection on this practice.

This doctor's office sets the standard for every doctor's office I will go to in the future. They're staff is wonderful and experienced. The doctor's are understanding, thorough, and competent. The wait is average, but I've never seen a doctor in under 30 minutes at any other office, so I'm not complaining. The office is clean and well lit, obvious care has been shown to keep it sterile and inviting. They have multiple offices, which allows for a wide array of choices for appointment times and preferred doctors. I had to leave this office recentlly due to moving to another city. I can't express how helpful, understanding, and expemplary this doctor's office was in assisting me in finding a new OB (I'm in the third trimester of my second pregnancy.) I'm incredibly sad to have to leave these wonderful people and I hope that anyone looking for a new OBGYN will take this doctor's office into consideration. They are absolutely wonderful. They delivered my first born and made the entire experience easy for my family. They also cared for me througout my first and second trimester of this second pregnancy. I will miss them.

Dr Sevald is amazing! For my first pregnancy I had no idea what to expect, especially during delivery. She made the entire process so stress free. She walked me through everything that was going to happen, how to prepare for it, and answered all of my questions. My delivery was the first time I had ever been hospitalized and had any type of surgery. She kept me smiling and laughing the entire time so I felt at ease. In the office she has great bedside manner, never rushes you. I highly recommend Dr. Sevald.

BEWARE Ladies!! Went to this place, paid cash for visit & routine pap, and then started to receive $600 bills for tests(unauthorized). When i called to find out what & why I was given an excuse that I signed a waiver & because I asked the Dr questions during my visit the Dr decided to send away for additional "more costly" tests-All of this without my knowledge & permission!! SCAM to get money from clients without their knowledge.

I normally don't give reviews especially bad ones, but I am baffled with the high reviews of this office. The communication here is horrible. I have been put on hold for at least 15 minutes almost every time I call with hardly ever any courtesy, compassion, or kindness. I had my son delivered by the midwife there and she cut my son's head during the episiotomy and no exaggeration two weeks after giving birth I removed a foot long of the umbilical cord left inside of me by myself. I had stiches and was given a vaginal ultrasound a few weeks after giving birth. It was the most horrible first experience, which could have been prevented if the doctor or midwife came to check or press on my stomach to be sure all of the placenta was out. All I got was a sorry and medication. If I never pulled it out myself I probably would have gotten an infection or worse died. Do yourself some good and go somewhere else.

I don't usually give bad reviews unless it's really bad! I had great experience with this office 4 years ago when I had my son. I am now pregnant with my second did not think of going anywhere else for follow up except Palm Beach OBGYN. When I first found out I was pregnant with my second in November 2018, i called to set an appointment. At that time, my insurance was not going to be active until January 1st. They refused to schedule an appointment for me, even though I was willing to self pay and suggested that I waited until my insurance kick in in January. They went ahead and scheduled my appointment for January 7th for the location in WPB after I provided them with my active insurance information. I arrived to my appointment and waited for 15 minutes before the front desk personnel called me stating that I had previously called to cancel my appointment. This totally caught me off guard...i mean, why would I cancel my appointment that i was waiting weeks to see the Dr...as I was now 9 weeks pregnant. When I confronted them about their mistake, their story suddenly changed to: "we try to contact you to cancel your appointment but was unable to reach you. I'm not sure why they scheduled you because Dr Joy Cavalaris is full and the computer said you're scheduled for the 15th. They turned me away even after telling them that I was having stomach pain and vomiting everything. I am appalled by the amount of unprofessionalism and carelessness from this office and would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS GROUP. I ended up scheduling my appointment with another provider due to the level of unprofessionalism!!They are inconsiderate and uncaring and I wish I can give them a 0 star!

Doctor Letterman and his staff or fabulous. I have been going to his office for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable professional courteous and very efficient. Dr. Lederman delivered my last baby in 2006. I highly recommend this group. Wait times are very minimal.

I want to start by saying the doctors are really amazing. I had a great experience with two of them that I won't mention since this isn't a positive experience that I am reviewing. However, this review is meant solely for the support staff. They are so rude almost as if they are trying to trigger a fight with you for no reason whatsoever. First they scheduled me an appointment at 8:30am for results from a surgery I had, so it's already a vulnerable moment for me that it could potentially be cancer. I arrive at a closed and locked office. The phone is also not accepting calls or voicemails. I wait until they officially open and the woman on the phone proceeds to tell me that they don't get there until 8:50 and couldn't understand why I didn't just wait. I wasn't acting accusatory in anyway and she proceeded to try to find reasons to blame the mistake on me. As this is the only reason I am in Florida with my family I can assure that I got the appointment time correct and even had it confirmed the previous business day. The entire process of having the surgery scheduled was a nightmare and this just topped it off that I had to write this. I first had this found on an ultrasound from my doctor in California and decided to come home but wish I had just stayed away. What a terrible experience with these people. (The surgery and in person appointments with the doctor have always been great) I wouldn't consider writing a review if this was a one time matter but the fact is that it happens every single time I call. I am so fed up that I will be finding someone new. I really hope they clean house or train these people to act human.

This is a very professionally ran office in all areas related to Obstetrics & Gynecology. I prefer the WPB & PBG offices as the wait times seem shorter and the front desk staff is very pleasant.
