For such a huge practice with a lot of patients they have it down! Only complaint is I showed up to the Northpoint office to find out my doctor was at their PGA location that day. They still got me in up there just took a little longer! I love Dr. Reilly and her team!

Excessive wait times. It took them longer than 13min just to schedule an appointment over the phone. When I've arrived 10m before appointment time I'm always waiting an extra 20-30m to be called in. Plus proper authorization never seem to get to my pharmacy or eye Care provider. All these issues developed after wk 25 of my pregnancy. Proceed with caution.

Overall, the practice is good. I have seen almost all of the doctors. I think they need to work on their communication amongst doctors because some doctors will tell me they are going to do something the next week and then the doctor I actually see that week, doesn't do the exam or procedure and that is frustrating. The front desk/check-in personnel are pretty friendly, however, the check out girls are not personable at all. Having managed a medical practice before, it is painful to try to interact with them. I usually have to tell them I need a follow up even though it's written on the paper I give them - they just mumble and try to send me on my way. They just aren't very friendly at checkout and it leaves a bad taste when that's the last person you interact with at your appointment. I am pretty far along in my pregnancy so I see this staff at least once a week and it's always the same attitude :(

The office is very nice. Doctor Choi is great and so is the staff. Just be careful not to leave anything behind. I forgot my makeup bag in the restroom after an hour I realized I left it called the office and someone had already took it!

The person of the white lady whom was at window 2 for check in today on 10/1/2018 at 11:00 AM did not greet me. Rather she stated in a cold voice “sign here and someone will call you guys back” like the older lady is my mom of whom was behind me..she just assumed when she stated that..I felt so unwelcomed with the whole check in tone. I came alone and I’m a grown women, lol. What do you mean you guys. Poor lady behind me. Than I waited 40 minutes to be checked and brought to my room. Now I’m literally sitting here waiting on the Mid Wife that I’m booked with for over 20 minutes when I was advised I’m the next patient. Be more organized when booking patients and mindful of individuals time. Be more greetful and energetic...and more precessional at the check in within the front. Literally sitting here for over an hours overall passed 12:00 for my 11:00 AM appointment. This does not add up. Than someone knocks on my door of one of the ladies whom works here coming in the wrong room. So unprofessional.

They have a chair in the waiting room right next to the door to go to the back where they call you in to perform their services. I hit myself super hard on the leg walking in to the back, the assistant that was escorting me to the back didn't seem to care, as i was limping and fighting back tears, she just wanted to get on with her work which was weight me and take my blood pressure. When i sat down for my blood pressure, i raised my skirt to see how bad it was, and a bruise and a tiny cut had already formed. This was yesterday. Today I'm in pain and have a huge bruise 1 inch by 2 inches just to give you an idea. The lady didn't even offer me an ice pack, or asked to look at it. I'm 8 months pregnant. I think the lack of concern and insensitivity shouldn't be traits of someone who works with people especially pregnant women. I usually have great experiences coming here, but this lady really made me question what type of people they have working there. I wish i could post a picture of my bruise.

This pregnancy I have been to three different doctors and David Choi is by far the best one that I've been to my whole experience was wonderful they play great elevator music and there's beautiful art on the walls they're very nice and respectful and have manners I love it there I would recommend it when you walk in it doesn't even look like a doctor's office it looks like a fancy hotel lobby there's a coffee machine water machine there's drinks it's wonderful here

I know doctors have a tough (but rewarding) job seeing so many different patients with various issues. Not all appointments/visits will have a favorable or good outcome. Nurse was very rude. Even though I wasn't rude to her at all. I even said thank you and she ignored me. I also got an infection after they examined me there. Itchiness and lots of discharge that didn't occure before the visit. Either doc didn't wash his hands or tools were dirty. I don't know. Doc and his assistant was nice though. Not sure that makes up for the poor service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. A bit of a wait but nothing like some other doctor's offices. Very professional yet not too uptight about anything-they'll answer your questions and make polite conversation. I don't know about you, but I get very anxious about any sort of doctors visits, especially these. So having people who are good at their jobs makes all the difference in the world. They were recommended to me, and after my last gyno experience being terrible -even though this office wasn't even covered by my insurance- I decided to give this place a try. Glad I did. Worth it.

The wait time for being in the office and examination room is to long I’ve waited over an hour for a simple 15-20 minutes check up. They’re very unprofessional over the phone and you wait for a about 30 minutes before you can get transferred to the right department you need. I’ve left primary voicemails & they never returned ANY of primary calls when needed be. Honestly I haven’t ran into a bad OBGYN MD however their assistant staff could use some renovation when it come to their administrative department. I started to think about changing my obgyn specialist. I’m just tired of the unprofessional treatment I make copayments for it’s unfair

If I was rating the Jupiter office I would defintiely give a higher rating. However, the Northpoint office is extremely ineffecient and horrbily inconsiderate of their patients and their time. Of course presurgical appointments were efficient, however everything post op was extremely excessive and uncomfortable. I could not recommend the office or the doctor for this fact, and I am not talking about one appointment I am talking about repeatedly thru atleast 4 appointments the wait is well over an hour until you literally feel as if you have been forgotten. I walked out of my appointment today without even being seen after over an hour and the DR talking patients that came in after me. Update: The doctor's office reached out to me after I left my last appointment without being seen. I went in for another try my wait was definitely less my visit was pleasant. The doctor even apologized for the prior attempts and appointments. So I can say that at least the doctor's office acknowledged my concerns and they were addressed.

I’m happy with the care, but I have never ever been taken at my actual appointment time since. I waited one hour past my appointment yesterday just for a 15 minute prenatal. It’s frustrating that if you show up 10 minutes late they won’t take you, yet make you wait a minimum of 30 minutes to take you for your scheduled appointment.

The receptionists are absolutely great, ultrasound techs are great, my experience with all the Doctors so far however not so great. You explained so many things to the Dr. and it's like going through one ears to the other, they take no time whatsoever, they'll come in the room, ask you a few questions, whether the answer is good/bad or you explain you're having a problem, they don't even check you out at times, they'll be in the room for less than 5mins and they're out. I'm used to having one Dr. who takes the time out, listens to you, check you out carefully, ask questions before letting you go. With that being said I dislike large group offices, I'll rather stick to a one man practice, due to circumstances I switched Dr but trust me I really miss my Dr.

Ive been going to the obgyn specialists of the palm beaches for 2 years now. I moved from jupiter to lake worth and had to go to a the west palm beach location. Nothing but trouble since i went didnt get my meds didnt get anything but rude women calling me and talking over me on the phone telling me i jist had to come back in to get my meds waste of money. Overall the office is alright. I feel like they're so big, you're just a number to them. They lack that personal touch. There is one Nurse who I absolutely adore (I will edit with her name). She's the one who makes you feel like she cares. Even when you have an appointment, and she's not your Nurse, she says "hello" to you like she's your friend. Then there's one Nurse (Martha) who is the absolute worst. She's super unfriendly, doesn't smile, doesn't ask you how your day is, just smug. I gave her a compliment, she didn't even acknowledge it. She just gave a dirty look, like she doesn't care. I honestly can't believe she's a Nurse with an attitude like that. She definitely shouldn't be working with the public at all.

Dr Morel for some reason felt she had to make me feel like my decision not to do an amniocentesis was bad, after I had already spoken with a genetic counselor who thought I did not even need it. She was rude and sarcastic and I wish never to deal with her again. Otherwise my visit was fine, the nurses, sonographers and genetic counselor were great and the wait time is fine considering it's a very busy office.

I was nervous at first because I have not been to an OB/GYN for probably 30 years. But then when I met Dr. Choi he made me feel very comfortable and was very quick and very thorough. He also suggested, and made it possible for me to have tests done so he can figure out what’s going on with me I’ve had problems for at least 20 years even go out back since I was a teenager actually when I would go through my menstruation I always have had really bad cramps so hopefully were going to find out what the cause is. I actually had one test done right after I left the office and I was like amazed. And the office is just beautiful too.

I saw Dr. Choi because I have been experiencing pain in my cervix. Let me tell you, this man spends no real time with his patients. He talks very fast. The exam was less than a minute. He put his fingers inside of me pushed on my stomach, asked if it hurt and that was it. I had no idea what was happening next. I didn't know if I was supposed to get dressed or what because everyone just walked out of the room. When the assistant came back to draw blood, I went off. They did wind up doing an ultrasound and I have another procedure scheduled, but I'm not going back.

This is an office where you can be way too large. This has become a clearinghouse for women. I really like my doctor, but if you want a more intimate and comforting place to come for obstetrics and gynecology, this is not the place for you. When you walk in, you feel like you're being herded into 4-5 different windows to check in. They don't look up, they talk to you while doing any number of things. I tried to give them my insurance card, but she told me to sit down..........only to get up 2 minutes later to be called up to the cattle gate so she could ask for my insurance card and give me paperwork.....most of which was a 3 page booklet of questions so they could give me a sales pitch about genetic testing. They have trained the doctors to discuss this at the end of the visit. When you're finally called back, they take your blood pressure and weight, then sit on these dirty leather couches with @5-6 other patients in a narrow hall. Once you finally get into an exam room, it's nice and clean and very well organized. And my doctor came in a short time later and did the exam and then did the sales pitch on genetic testing. It made me feel pretty uncomfortable as they brought it up several times like they were getting some kind of bonus for each one. The doctor advised of a procedure that I needed to have and told me to ask the office staff look the cost up for me from my insurance. I was second in line at checkout, and I waited and waited and waited. The line was @ 12 patients deep before some manager came out and told the 10 or more girls in the center to open another window. They were literally sitting in their posts, some staring at the line before a reluctant office staff girl finally got up. When I walked around to her window, I asked her about my procedure cost and was told she didn't know that they have to do some process when the procedure was schedule. I told her that I wouldn't know when it was scheduled until the doctor told me it was time and that the doctor told me to ask her. "Well, I don't know." In the olden days... ;) an office girl would pick up the phone and call the insurance company. Nope. Not anymore. So I told her I would call them since she "didn't know". "Oh yeah. You can do that." Right over her head. The last impression I have is that everyone should wear scrubs. I know the nurses and doctors do, but maybe get a different color for office staff. This unprofessional attire of the office staff blew me away. I guess it's cold in there and some of these girls were wearing sweat jackets with cartoon characters on them. The facility is spotless and elegant with the best amenities - coffee choices etc. A smooth process from check in to check out. Saw Dr.Nieto. From the start, I had mentioned to the nurse if she or anyone knew what pricing would be like for what I wanted to have done. She mentioned that they would have answered that at the front desk. Which I had already asked and wasn’t given any info on. Dr.Nieto came in and spoke to me about it, mentioning again that they would have mentioned it up front. I assured her I had already asked and wasn’t given any answers. I was concerned because I don’t have health insurance and was paying out of pocket. $175 for the inti visit ( I called prior and they told me $150 but forgot to mention that was the price for anyone who was already a patient. $175 for new patients.) I mentioned that I wanted to make sure I knew I’d be able to pay whatever was being done. I said if it was something that was going to cost 300-500 I couldn’t afford to pay for it. We basically kept going back and forth with my concerns and her answer as “I don’t know any of the pricing, do you want to do it or not I have lunch at 12:30”. I agree to being looked at for the $175 fee that I was charged. 5 minutes later she’s gone and that’s it. As I’m leaving I ask to make sure there isn’t anything I owe & the lady up front looks some stuff up and tells me I’m good. I received a bill from their institution stating I owe another 55$, which I’m extremely confused about. On top of the 175$ I was ripped off, I owe another 55$, $230 for a 5 minute visit that was rushed because the Dr. started to loose her patience for my concerns? On top of that, I get ANOTHER bill for $418 stating it was for lab I never agreed to doing because I was never given information about how much it would have ended up costing. This is absurd considering all the questions and concerns I had mentioned I had from the start. Do not go see these money hungry people, you’re nothing but a number in their system.

Don’t ever go to Dr Farmer is gross, she doesn’t take care of her patients I went to her office at PGA West Palm with my wife we have been struggling for more than ten years to have a baby finally she’s pregnant thanks to an IVF done in Miami with great doctor but we live in the area and we thought would be great to follow up with a local Doctor we call obgyn of the Palm beaches and they assigned us to Dr Farmer we got early to the office all the paperwork done one girl I think is the medical assistant guide us to the vital signs and then to a room have my wife undressed and waiting for the Dr for nearly 20 minutes and guess what? The girl came back and told us that the dr couldn’t see my wife because they need all the notes from the IVF Doctor otherwise the dr needs to do some test to prove she is pregnant and we need to pay for it because tha code of course used in the IVF clinic so they can not charge our insurance again and we needed to pay cash we ask how is that possible the Dr was in a rush for her lunch it was 11:30 am we decided to walk out the office and look for another Dr so we never recommend this Ada Farmer “MD” to any pregnant women mainly IVF

Horrible experience! Avoid like the Plague!Uncaring, unprofessional people. I am moving out of state and needed a 6 week post par tum exam. They refuse to give me medical care because i haven't been a patient there throughout my pregnancy. I understand is an unusual situation. Believe me I would rather see my current doctor for that recheck 100 x over any doctor in this practice, specially now after this experience. I would OBVIOUSLY establish care for after the recheck as well, since I am moving to Jupiter. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to see a different physician since I am moving from another state 3 weeks after my baby is born. I feel discriminated and humiliated frankly, I can guarantee you that i will never even attempt to see a physician in a practice that basically deny medical care to a post partum woman because we "didn't see you before". God forbid someone is passing through the city of Jupiter and has an emergency, don't stop here, according to their policy, they can't see you "unless they have been seeing you""???Even though if you move there, you will continue to see them for the years to come...just weird, senseless, uncaring, unprofessional, discriminatory policy. I guess has to be a 1st visit at some point, but maybe my common sense is just to much for some people at this practice. Not only they wouldn't schedule me an appointment, but the person that was suppose to help me cancel the appointment I had set up with the Jupiter office, saying that they weren't allowed to see me there as well. By the way, me and my husband are both in the health care field. SHAME ON YOU!!! But not to worry I found a much more professional, reliable practice "Partner's in women's Health of Jupiter", which took me in with no problems and would not understand why on earth you wouldn't. Anyways I would not recommend anyone to go to a practice with such a lack of compassion and professionalism.

The customer care is worst on earth. If you want to speak front desk regarding billing and other things, you will never be able to do so. These guys have worst system on this earth. For simple matters, you have to go to the clinic. Another worst part of this clinic is, the average wait time in this clinic is 30 minutes. For every appointment, we have to wait at least 30 minutes. Say for example, if you have an appointment at 9:30, doctor might look at you at 10:30, if you lucky. Otherwise it can go up to 10:15 as well.

The doctor had me in and out of there so fast it made my head spin. She didn’t seem to have much concern for my overall health. When I had general questions she said you have to go to your GP. My last Gyn (Cleveland Clinic) was much more accommodating. I won’t be back.

Dr Choi did not run any test whatsoever. My daughter came in with unexplained vaginal bleeding. He just immediately suggested a D.N.C. We explained to him that she is a virgin but he insisted on attempting to insert a speculum which was extremely painful for her. I have had this condition before and my gynecologist did a blood test and ultrasound to rule out cyst and tumors of any kind. Dr. Choi went straight to DNC. She will be seeking a second opinion.

My doctor also delivers at St. mary’s Hospital in wpb which has a great birthplace and a branch that specializes in children. I’m happy with my decision to choose this practice for my pregnancy.

I have been with this practice for over a decade...had two babies (with 2 c-sections) and am now seeing them annually for my check-ups. I have seen every doctor at this location during my pregnancies and never had a bad experience. Same with the nurses, they are all so sweet and so very capable. The doctors are all thorough...this office has high-risk doctors, ultrasound, mammograms, and more right in the office. I am now seeing Dr. Choi (who delivered both my kids) and he’s so wonderful and always strives to give the best care and best options for any issues I’m having. I love this practice and you will too!!!

I needed the appointment because I am having lower abdominal pain. I get there its a cold greeting straight to insurance and id card, fill this out. No explanation just sign the highlighted area. Then I get called theres no hello or anything she just starts walking so I follow her she resets a scale steps back and gestures I get on it. There is no table to set my bag down I just needed that extra 3 pounds you know. Then she takes me to the room sets up asks me about my last period I said it was in 2013 she then asks about my reason for today's visit I say I'm in pain then asks what kind if birth control I am on. I told her I dont take birth control I dont have a uterus thats why I haven't had a period in 5 yrs. With the worlds most serious face she says "ok". I couldnt help but start to think omg where am I. The doctor was super nice he communicated well warm smile and wanted to help. I get exam ok all done sit up. So he say his they are going to test the swab. Behind him the nurse is scrubbing the metal speculum with soap and a denture brush I about die. I said wait arnt those things supposed to be sanatized by special machines? Now inside my head I'm freaking out. Shes says we do we just scrub them here 1st then she open the cabinet under the sink and sets it in a metal pan the clank of it landing in the pan "God help me" I thought. She then she says ok you can get dressed and she leaves. I get dress and sit there for a bit and think am I suppose to stay in here or go sit outside or what. So I got out and ask another nurse do I stay in the room and wait or do I come out here. She asks me who is my dr to find my nurse and then shes doesnt seem surprised she says wait here. My dr finds me apologizes they weren't clear he would come back in to give me results. Like I said before hes nice. So ok I'm set for ultrasound cause clearly something is going on. Now I'm leaving I have to pee so I got to restroom and as I unbutton my pants I realize they didnt ask for a urine sample. I stop I go back into office I say can I get a urine test. The receptionist says she didnt take a sample? do you think you are pregnant? I said I know I'm not pregnant but I have lower abdominal pain that is why I am here what if it's a uti it's not like I can test my self at home. So I have been cool calm and with a smile till that moment. Seriously what kind if place is this. Why do I have to ask for a urine test at an obgyn office its like the 1st step the receptionist gets my nurse she still blank and not personable leads me to restroom I gave her the urine she dip the stick left the room came back said urine is clear. I thanked her and left. I have to go back for an ultrasound cause I need to find out why I'm in pain but I will steer clear from that nurse. To sum it up dr was nice nurse was not a good nurse and staff were not friendly.

The doctors are ok, but the office staff is rude, dismissive and make it clear they do not care. The wait time is getting to be ridiculous I showed up for an 11am at 10:50am to only see a doctor at 12:20pm and to only see the doctor for 6 mins. What was the point of even showing up? I heard great things about this practice from friends when I looking for an OB for my pregnancy but it has been nothing but a disappointment and that goes for the West Palm office and the PGA office.

If I could give this office negative stars I would. 3 years ago I had a procedure done by a Dr. From this office at Good Samaritan hospital. I was never asked to make a follow up appt after my procedure nor did they call me to see how I was. Months later I went in for my yearly paps and asked Dr. Tung what happened to my results from my biopsy and she had no clue what I was talking about nor did my file. After waiting for her to check 15 min later she said they are trying to call hospital and they would call me.... I was told the "hospital" lost my samples and we will never know the results of my biopsy. After spending $4000 between the hospital and drs out of pocket. The hospital offered me a refund but this office NEVER offered me anything... 3 YEARS LATER I HAVE UTERINE CANCER. I was never going to write a review but I just found out by a friend a similar scenario happened to her except her samples were lost at this Drs office. Just a PSA to women who are going through any procedure by this office. I think if they weren't such a "OBGYN factory center" someone might have cared or been aware of these issues.

This was hands down the single worst experience I have ever had. I started to see Dr Nieto for pelvic floor dysfunction and pudendal neuralgia. After a few months of treatment and my begging for further investigation she refused to listen. I ended up having to go to the hospital for emergency surgery and spent 12 days in the hospital. Upon arriving at Good Samaritan ER the hospital called Dr Nieto and because it is not a hospital that she practiced at, she refused to even talk to the doctor to give him any of my information. I have never been more disappointed or scared in my life. Dr Lopez of West Palm Beach was my operating doctor and I will continue to see him. I hope no other women ever has to experience the stress of knowing her own body and having a doctor that truly doesn’t listen. I was given unnecessary tests and when I read my records there were many things in there that were never discussed with me.

I see Dr. Riley and she is by far the best OB/GYN physician I've ever had. She always sits down with you, prior to your examination, to just talk and catch up. She listens to your concerns and really offers great advice or encouragement. Even during the examination, she is so attentive and just makes you feel beyond comfortable. There is a bit of a wait, but it's only because Dr. Riley takes her time with her patients, so you can't be upset about this. She's going to give you the same care, time and attention as well.

I came in for a few different reasons one of which was a hormonal issue. When I was trying to explain what was going on the doctor completely dismissed my issues stating that I need to see a psychiatrist. Once I informed him I had recently seen my psychiatrist he said I should get a second opinion. The entire appointment took less then 15 min and felt completely rushed. I was not happy with this doctor and I will not be seeing him again. I am considering leaving the practice all together.

I had a high risk pregnancy and was treated like a nuisance when asking questions to Dr. Morrel. She had the worst possible attitude every time we saw her, to the point that she would roll her eyes anytime I answered her repetitive questions. She asked about my first pregnancy which ended in the traumatic death of my daughter over and over again, every time she saw me. I had to relive it every single time and all she ever did was type it into her computer. She was always unprepared and dismissive. I ended up changing practices because I did not feel comfortable putting the life of my unborn child and mine in the hands of someone like that. The only positive experience I had there were the ultrasound techs and nurses which were an absolute delight.

This office is all over the place, the doctors don’t seem to truly care for the patients or their needs. Everything seems rushed with little to no care. The ultrasound techs get frustrated if baby is not in the right position, sometimes saying disrespectful things. There are a few good hearted caring people at the facility but the number of careless people are far greater. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Love Doctor Reilly. She is highly competent and has an amazing bedside manner. Be prepared to wait as she tends to run behind schedule. This is because she takes the time to answer all questions and is happy to share her wealth of knowledge. I personally wouldn't have it any other way. Donna, the mammo tech, is also lovely and makes her patients as comfortable as possible when taking images. I actually had my results sent to me by the time I got home from my visit. Great practice... highly recommend!
