I want to MD NOW URGENT CARE for some lab test for surgery I will be having soon. I came in with a lingering head act as time was going by my head act was started to escalate to the point I couldn't open my eyes just feeling horrible pain was unbearable. The stuff there was amazing moving quick and in a profession manor ran all my tests getting me prepared for my surgery.As soon as they finished a doctor walk in I believed his name was Dr Chidia he was amazing to the point I walk out of that office with no head act and I was able to returned back to work. This urgent care office Is very professional from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out.... THANK YOU

quality of service was fine. i came in and there was not another patient in there i had a sore throat. it took them 30 mintues just to move me into a room then another 20 minutes till the doctor came in then 20 minutes to give me my prescription and another 15 minutes to pay. was not a very fast experience. they need to move things along quicker

Bad , right from the start. When I walked in the first time the guy at the front desk tells me that they don't take Molina, when, in fact, they do.(but I didn't know it at the time) So, I left, went home and had to make second trip over there the same day. Once I got there the second time there was only one other person in waiting room and it still forever to get called to the back. Once I was in the back in one of the examining rooms, the wait was even longer. When Dr Maria Game asked me if I was pregnant. I AM A 63 YEAR OLD WOMAN. SERIOUSLY????, I SAI D TO HER in amazement. (how stupid is that?) and she stared me down and down and told me how rude I was! So, I'm rude, she's an idiot!

No greeting from anyone. There was one person at the counter in front of me. The person behind the counter never looked up from the computer screen. I was there to try and treat chronic muscle cramps I explained. He said sort of annoyed " So do you want to see the doctor or what?" The wait wasn't long. They took me to a room with a curtain for privacy. A man entered and asked meet why I was there. Never introduced himself. He left and came back with a blood pressure machine and another man entered and said "Ok so what's going on?" Never introduced himself either. I had to ask if he was the doctor. He told me there was no tests to determine the cause of muscle cramps. Said blood tests they do at urgent care don't give immediate results. "It's what your blood is 3 days from now." I was very confused. I asked about a urine test or getting iv fluids. He said " if I was worried I'd send you to the emergency room". He Told me to drink more water, coconut water and try cbd oil. He gave me a prescription for muscle relaxers and they won't help because i can't take them at work. He left saying he was going to get me the pills and discharge. Then I sat in the room for 30 min and had to come out and ask if I was forgotten. Then another man said they already called the prescription into a pharmacy, and I was all set. Would give one star but they had lollipops.

DO NOT GO THERE --- I went twice for the same thing a year ago. Now, I went there, I asked for a strong Antibiotics and the Doctor, she gave me an antibiotic that is not helping at all. If we people go to URGENT CARE, that means they should treat us as urgent care. Not giving you something just to see what happens? I'm soooo mad I have a ear infection and when I called the doctor can not even come to the phone or to write you a stronger dosis. This is incredible. I will go to the Baptist I heard they really help. DO NOT GO THERE.

It is a good place, but you have to be careful with the doctors, there are some with a load of experience and others that have no clue. I had ones that are willing to do an open heart operation right there and others that are scare to put a band aid on you. You do not know what you are gonna get. The good thing is that the waiting time is very short. Usually within 20 minutes of arriving you are inside.

I arrived in pretty bad shape due to a severe chest congestion, body ache and headache to MD Urgent Care yesterday. I told the cute receptionist and handsome doctor how important it was for me to feel better right away because I have my birthday bash today. Today I feel much better. I don't have body ache at all. My chest isn't tied like it felt yesterday. The cough isn't intolerable like it was . Headache is gone. All in all, I am ready to go to my birthday bash tonight! ( I have to add) doctor mixed steroids, vitamines, natural organic drops and the anti inflammatory diet in my prescription. BRILLIANT‼️ My Obamacare covered all... thank you guys you deserve 10 starts! Your team rocks

Terrible place. Wrong diagnosis. They were not able to clean the wax in the ear and were not able to realize there was an infection. I asked doctor if there is an infection and he said no. I asked him again if he is sure and he asure me that there was no infection. I had to go to ENT specialist after the urgent care. There was indeed an infection. Waste of money and time. Please please please avoid this place at all cost. They diagnose wrong and mistreat you. It says on the discharge paper license number is U05540, I believe it is either place or doctor's number. Stay away from this place.

Horribly disappointing and unorganized. Find someone else to go. To keep the story short. Blood work was lost and had to draw blood again. From what the staff said this happens often. The office lost a form I was asked to leave with them. It was never found. I never received a call back when the blood work was completed. The office manager never faxed my results to the insurance company after she told me she would fax them. No one working in this office takes ownership of anything. Save your time and money and go to the Emergency Room or another Urgent Care.

I have to agree with several of the reviews on here. The facility is nice with a friendly staff. However, the doctor who assisted me did not seem to do a thorough analysis of what the issue could be. He asked me very little and was quick to prescribe meds. I walked out with no paperwork and had to call back once I was at the pharmacy to ask what the third recommendation was a I only received 2 meds at the pharmacy. The doctor did not seem knowledgeable and, worse, did not seem to care very much.

Urgent is used lightly here. I am waiting over 1/2 hour to be seen. The response to my inquiry for estimate time to be seen, "I don't know" , "when a room becomes free you will be called". So what does that mean? Sigh...And no free parking.....Add that to medical costs. Sigh.

Doctor did not check profile for medication a patient is allergic to and prescribed medication they are allegic too, called for an alternative prescription and inly iver the counter medication was advice to be used, make sure you verify with your allegies since they don't and could cause you harm if the reaction is severe.

This place was great. Called on a Saturday. The gentleman that answered the phone helped me with all of my questions...very friendly guy... I arrived and was greeted by another friendly and helpful woman at the front desk. I was a cash paying customer as it was a Saturday and getting out of town insurance approval was not in the cards. Within 10 minutes of arriving, I was put in the exam room. 5 minutes later the doctor was seeing me and within 5 minutes I was diagnosed AND they offered to fill my prescription while I was there. Since I was from out of town, I had no idea where the closest pharmacy was so having them fill the rx helped me out as well. Sorry...I didn't see any of the issues that the others did in their 1 star reviews. I was very satisfied and would definitely go there again if I need care while in Miami.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Dieguez at MD Now Urgent Care. In my humble experience with physicians, Dr. Dieguez knows how to evaluate, and treat the real patient needs. He just not listen, he really care about my concerns. He instills confidence in the patient with the care and advises he provides. I felt very comfortable in his care and feel knows and does the right thing in providing care for my conditions. Dr Dieguez actually seems to care about me. While I know that he cannot fix me 100% in just one urgent care visit, he was to make improvement for me. Thank You Dr Dieguez!!

If I could give this place negative starts, I would. Overpriced (even with insurance!) Incompetent physicians who rather than treat the patient and listen to what they have to say, only say “antibiotics for 7 days.” They won’t tell you whether the physician can even treat your symptoms, you have to pay so that when you tell the physician what you have, he/she tells you “you have to go elsewhere.” It’s a scam. One star is too high. I’ve been here a couple of times before today, due to their convenient location and hours, and every time is the same low quality of service and rushed consultation. I have been there for stepthroat and bronchitis and both times, the physicians spent less than 1 minute with me. For the follow up consultation for bronchitis, the physician was in-and-out in less than 30 seconds. Yet, they bill as if they thoroughly actually checked on me. And yes, as mentioned above, all I got was “antibiotics for 7 days.”

You wouldn't normally call a visit to Urgent Care a "gift," but that's how I described it after leaving today. Nurse Mark and Dr. Del Valle did more of a work-up than I would have gotten at ER, in half the time for a fraction of the cost. The wait was short, and the attention and thoroughness had me nearly clapping with joy. I am leaving on an international flight Thursday and didn't know if I had a bronchial infection, needed more meds, had to cancel the trip, or what. It was all up in the air and stressful. They did a thorough check-up and diagnosed the problem with care, ordered meds and have me in a positive mindframe for a grueling trip ahead. I have been to many urgent care clinics in Miami and this is definitely the best. Five star all the way.

TERRIBLE Well our doctor wouldn't be available as soon as we needed so we went to this place to get a prescription for my wife migraines! They were very quick over the phone and the place was clean. We talked to a doctor which seems completely obnoxious and uninterested. After explaining the prescription we wanted had worked perfectly before and we would like to continue with the same, he was insistent in trying a new drug with was used even for epilepsy, we were concerned but he said to try for a few days, and if would work to call him. Not only it did not work, but we found out it was a terrible drug, would stay in the system for a long time and could affect my wife if she was pregnant. All this terrible advise to get a prescription!!? We called the doctor which NEVER WAS AVAILABLE TO PICK UP THE PHONE! I try to explain to the receptionist due to a lack of professionalism, and us having to go back there the doctor should just write the prescription we asked in the first place! The answer!?? WELL YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN! THIS PLACE SEEMS NICE AND ORGANIZED ST FIRST, BUT IT IS JUST ANOTHER MONEY MAKING MACHINE!! The so called doctor new we would need to go back " from his dubious prior consultation " BAD PRACTICE!! NEVER AGAIN!

Wow. I have never had such an unprofessional experience. The lady Madeline C, at the front desk yelled at me, told me to leave, ignored me for 30 minutes, and she took both my ID and insurance card refusing to return them and when she did she threw them on the table in front of me. She was rude, arguing with me and I just did not feel comfortable. I will never be back here and I’m definitely letting everyone at my university to avoid this place as well. She did not know how to do her job at all. The worst thing is when you are feeling sick and you have employees who treat you so bad. It made everything so much worse. I’m saddened that I had to deal with her at a time when other places were closed. She discriminated on me for being young saying I shouldn’t even talk to her because she’s my elder and I don’t know what I’m doing. It was all very hurtful.

Tried to get appointment on-line but the system did not work despite a "Conformed" indication. However, the line was short and the receptionist guided me to the 8:45A appointment since I had 20 minutes to spare. Staff and Dr appeared confident and helpful despite probably a 15 minute wait for Dr. He assessed my problems and provided prescriptions for my symptoms. Happy so far.

New FL Resident Needing Urgent Care. This was a very good experience and one that was even better as they took my Medicare cards. It took awhile for me to be seen, but then the service was prompt and professional. I came in with sinus/allergy symptoms, they tested me for both the Flu and Strep and gave me a prescription for two antibiotics that I could take if I didn't get better on my own in a day or two. I have no complaints and was glad for the options.

I’ve been here twice in the past year for different issues and both times they have been very attentive, quick and on point with their diagnoses. The doctors have sought cost effective solutions in consideration of my healthcare insurance coverage and have been very professional. I prefer coming here than have to deal with long waits to see a PCP (mostly end up seeing the Nurse Practitioner more than the PCP) at a medical center/ hospital.

Twice I went there, twice I saw one of their doctors and twice got a wrong diagnosis with wrong prescription! Second time when I called back to tell the doctor I got my lab results and needed a different prescription, he said "did you go to med school for 14 years?" - I said I can read in the drug product information that this specific drug prescribed not approved for use for the type of infection I had. He just hung up on me. Second time now I have to go to the hospital ER to get the actual treatment I need!!

Went in yesterday am with extremely sore throat and a blister on my hand. Told the doctor my daughter had hand foot mouth disease but he seemed completely uninterested and diagnosed me with strep without doing a rapid test. My throat got significantly worse over the course of the day and night, despite a penicillin injection and beginning antibiotics. Woke up this morning to my throat on fire and blisters all over my hands. Went to a trusted doctor who confirmed it was in fact the beginning of hfmd. Really wish the doctor yesterday actually considered the possibility that I had the same thing as my daughter and not some other illness (which he acknowledged would be a huge coincidence to get at the same time). Will never return to this place.

Definitely, DEFINITELY do not come here if you care even the slightest about your time and schedule, because this place does not. They offer an online checkin, which you would think would mean you would be seen within a reasonable time of that appointment. After making a 12:15 appointment and arriving 15 minutes early I was told my wait would be at least one hour because of the people ahead of me (who did not have appointments). This place may work if you’ve got no plans and don’t mind sitting in a tiny lobby for hours, but don’t think that your setting of an “appointment” will in any way ensure

They are very incompetent. I went for a supposed urine infection, they gave me an antibiotic with low dosis so the infection came back. Then theyy did a culture and gave me another antibiotic stronger. 1 week later, after calling several times and several days, they have just told me that have lost the culture and they give me only $60 refund back (the cost of only the culture, the visit was $125). They don’t care about my health and/or the time that I have lost. And I don’t want to talk about the money. Today it’s been just 1 MONTH, I am still not feeling well and I still don’t know what I have!?!? Incredible... Now going to another place, a professional one.

First time I went there I knew exactly what I had, the Dr told me I was wrong. Sent me the wrong medication, 36 hours later I was back only for them to tall me I had a nasty infection which I knew I had from before. I don’t think the Drs are listening they are just there prescribing medication. Obviously I was charged twice and not even an apology.... And after going to a Doctor I realized I was misdiagnosed twice! Having spent 5 days medication that was not good or correct for me... so actually -5 stars if it were possible,

Doctor barely talked to me. Took one look and said there was nothing that he could say without an ultrasound, which they couldn't do on premises. $125 down the drain. Now I have to pay to get the ultrasound at a different facility. Everything was small and cheap and not particularly clean. Terrible experience.

We went with my 2.5 yo kid and got some recommendations for eating more healthy. My kid was with an ear infection for the past month, and he started with a strong cough, even vomiting only an hour or two before going to this Urgent Care. The doctor didn’t even check his throat. We went to a Nicklaus Urgent Care the next day and was diagnosed with Bronchiolitis because of an RSV (Syncytial Virus). Clearly it was misdiagnosed in MD Urgent Care by this somewhat “vegan” doctor that didn’t do his job properly.

Try to avoid this place if you can by all means! The staff is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all. I have been to other medical centers like this before in the past and I have never had an experience like this before. I waited an hour and a half (and I had made an appointment) only not to be seen because of an oversight on my forms made by their staff. TRY ANY OTHER PLACE BUT HERE! One couple even left because of how slow the staff was.

Wonderful experience! I came to MD Now for a deep chin laceration after a biking accident. From the minute I walked in the door, I had a great experience. The front office staff tended to me immediately, she offered to watch my bike, she quickly got me settled into one of the rooms in the back since I was bleeding and she was concerned of the other patients in the waiting room. Very thoughtful of her. Although the clinic was quite busy, I was treated very quickly. Dr. David (sorry I forgot the last name) was fantastic! Never did I get the impression that he was rushed- despite the full waiting room. He was calm, professional, and super nice. He had me cleaned up and sutured in no time. He did a fine job and I can tell that my scar will be minimal! Great doctor! I should add that I am a physician myself and work in an urgent care clinic - this was the first time I had to use one and I have to say I had a wonderful experience. I came in with my baby boy that has got hives all over his body and on the face and just got a recommendation to give him Benadryl which is not even recommended to be given babies under 2 years old. The doctor said "Well, he is a big boy, 2 years old, you can give him Benadryl" and when I corrected him that my son is not even a year and a half, he didn't seem to care much. Another advice was to take him to the ER if things get worse or to his pediatrician. What a waste of money this whole visit was!

I was there yesterday 03/26/19 the place is kept very clean, front desk staff very courteous. Unfortunately I can't say the same of the nurse Mark Bateman, he is not very helpful and needs to be better trained how not to be so apathetic, people go there not feeling well not for pleasure, instead he made my daughter and I very uncomfortable as he has never seen an overweight person before, in addition when I asked him for a Doctor's note he was reluctant on asking the Dr in charge to issue one. Although he might be very knowledgeable of his duties his attitude was not the very best nor how I expected to be treated. I hope management is able to investigate a bit further so he can improve on his actions.

I had my stitches removed here and it was SO MUCH more convenient than going to my doctor. Also, my doctor didn't use anything to numb the pain of the stitches removal when I had previously gone back for that. They just used a scalpel on my hand for 38 stitches with no lidocaine or anything. No bueno. MD Now did it without pain or drama. Go here.

Never in my life have I written a review, but this place is such a disaster that I needed to let other people know about it. While the ladies at the front desk were kind, welcoming and respectful, my experience with the medical team was awful. The doctor never introduced himself and was dismissive and condescending throughout the entire visit. He did not want to prescribe any medication to my condition (it was a skin problem - I needed some type of antibiotic cream) and only did so when I demanded a solution other than “let time heal it”. He suddenly left, without saying that we were done, and later a nurse came by and told me to go to the pharmacy, even though I didn’t have a single clue of what I had been prescribed. When one of the medications was rejected by the insurance (because it was outrageously expensive), the pharmacy requested an updated prescription, which was completely ignored by MD and the doctor. I respectfully called them the next day to ask for a new prescription, and without asking for my name or any information to identify me as a patient, they bluntly said it was not their responsibility to change it. I pleaded with them, explaining that the pharmacy could only give me a medication that they prescribed, and if they didn’t prescribe a new one, I was left to purchase the original medication which was over $1K. They left me on hold and then didn’t reply to me anymore. I’m now back to square one, with my persistent skin problem and no medication. This was a complete waste of time and money ($50 for a visit that literally got me nowhere). Do not visit MD Now.

I had an accident at the beach where half of my nail came off and was left hanging. I went to MD Urgent Care at Brickell to urgently treat my open wound and when I arrived the lady at the receptionist was excellent and the guy nurse gave excellent service. However, when it came for the doctor to see me he wasn't very empathetic and he should have immediately suggested for me to go to the hospital. He wanted to treat my open and exposed wound with numbing spay with out local anesthesia shots and a pain shot. he didn't properly wrap my wound and just sent me home and vaccinated me. When I asked him if i should go to the hospital, he said no. I went to the hospital anyway and they were able to inject me with 4 shots of anesthesia on my toe and remove the whole nail. They disinfected it and wrapped it. I asked the doctor at the hospital if it was right to have attempted to remove my whole nail with numbing spray and he said, " that is torturous and in humane". Although the doctor at MD Urgent Care probably meant well. He could have done better. His staff were very accommodating but he was obnoxious. I also felt like if he was on drugs or something.

I demand a refund for my poor mother who came limping all the way there and used her hard earned money to find answers for her issues and your doctors were unable to diagnose. My mom instead walked out even more depressed and hopeless than before she came in. The doctor said he have never seen anything like that and asked could he take pictures with his cellphone which he did and several of them. And for what? To put them on his wall and brag about them? And how he treated that? He checked her vital and told her that she had high blood pressure. As a doctor he should have taken the time to research the issue instead of scaring the patient (my poor mom) he suggested her go see a dermatologist and prescribed her medication that here the ER didn’t prescribe her. It was a painless urgent care visit, if I have any other urgent health issues I’ll definitely be back. It did take a little long for something so simple, I just wanted to confirm my ear had a wax blockage and what I should do to clean it out. I definitely had a blockage and the doctor confirmed over the counter ear drops should work fine even with my sensitive ears. So the diagnosis was quick and solution simple, but I think like 3 different people had to see me and hear about my extensive ear surgery history before they could let me just leave and get the prescription. That’s the only reason I docked them one star.

I’ve been to this location twice. First time was fine. No issues. I went yesterday morning at about 9am. I was the only patient there and told them i thought i had strep throat as i get it frequently. The doctor looked at my throat for literally under 5 seconds said yes that strep and asked me what medication i wanted. I said i had used penicillin in the past. He did not take a strep test or ask if i wanted one. He walked out and never gave me any instructions nor did i see him again. I saw my mom today who is a nurse practitioner. She was shocked that i was not given a strep test. She said it was “lazy medicine”. Turns out i don’t have strep! I have Exudative Tonsillitis which is VIRAL and doesn’t require medication. I won’t be going back to this urgent care location as i can no longer trust that i will be given proper care.

Be aware that they will send you an invoice after your visit trying to charge you double. After paying the 100$ fee I was billed an additional 100$ by mail. When calling the office they told me that the system created the invoice automatically. He gave me a NUBAIN shot and said it was a desinflamatory muscle relaxant but after looking it up online i learned it was an opioid based pain reliever that lasts only 3 hours. I had a severe finger injury and did a walk-in at about 9:00 AM on a Wednesday. After filling out a registration on an iPad-like device I was quickly seen by a nurse and then a doctor. I felt that I received competent treatment and concerned attention. Having been to a couple hospital emergency rooms in my life, I consider this experience to be easier, quicker and just as professional as any prior hospital experience. Furthermore, the clinic itself was clean, modern and broadly equipped to handle my emergency.

I had a cut on my eye lid. Rushed to the Urgent care and the Doctor Odelaisys Enriquez, told me that she would put a stitch. I left and gave me some stripes (band aids) to change the one she put on later. When I got home I saw that the wound was still bleeding. I removed the band aid and saw that the cut was still open, she didn't put any stitch nor glue it. I called them and she said over the phone that the band aid was the stitch. I don't know if these people think patients are stupid or if the people working there are real doctors. I spoke with a friend and she told me once she had to rush to the same facility because she fractured her shoulder and was in excruciating pain. The doctor in turn took an X-ray and said she didn't have any fracture. Since it was on a Friday had to wait until Monday to go to her real doctor. She did indeed have a fracture. Not coming back there ever again unless it's for a swab to check if I have a cold or not. Besides the low level of the doctors, the place is nice and the front desk personnel is professional.

My orthopedic surgeon sent me here to have preop labs done before surgery. They told me MDNow would be the quickest way to get the test done that I needed. I went on a Sunday with my script and was told that I needed to bring in my pre-OP procedures and that they needed to know from the doctor exactly what procedures were going to be done. I didn't have any of that. On Monday I called my surgeon's office and they said they would call and give the procedures. I went to MDNow again on Monday after my doctor's office called and this time they told me that they would have to charge me for a consult plus the cost of the labs. I didn't need a consult, but they said it was required. I had to make two trips to MD Now on crutches, which is very difficult for me, because of their ridiculous policies. Requiring a consult on labs ordered by another physician for surgery is a complete money grab and RIP off. Don't come here to do labs. You will waste your time.

Took my daughter here to get a flu shot since most places like pharmacy and grocery chains that offer flu shots can not give them to anyone under 18, and my pediatrician's supply had run out. It was a very good experience. I made an appointment and checked in on line (although you can walk in too). The place was very pleasant and clean, and the staff was very nice, especially the nurse who gave my daughter the shot. My daughter didn't even notice that she had been given the shot until it was over.

The staff very friendly clinic. All very clean and organized. I was treated efficiently. The nurse, doctor and physician assistant spent adequate time with me. Very friendly and respectful receptionist. I highly recommend them. I could have gone to my primary doctor but the wait was endless and probably lose my workday. MD Urgent Care treated me and all the process was one hour and a half and came out with my prescription and diagnosis in hand. The next day I received a courtesy call to see how I felt. I will recommended to my friends and will definitely come back if I need them in the future.

I had the most amazing doctor, and the 1st nurse that took me to the room and gave me a ice pack is awesome, the people at the desk are very kind, how ever, the second nurse was quite rude she bought the leg brace to me after forgetting I was in the room and while sitting it felt ok but when I got to my car I realize she put it on wrong this made my leg hurt even more and the directions were in the box and the little blue piece inside the box she had no idea what it was if she would have read the directions she could have put it on correctly, not only that she talk to me very rudely she is the only reason for 4 stars, but the kindness of everyone else is the reason for 4 instead of , reading directions go a long way or maybe she didn't care

This was my first time going to an urgent care. My little one and I went together. We were seen together by the same doctor. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. Everyone was kind and attentive to us. Dr. Cordova was very kind and patient with my daughter. And was very thorough in explaining our stomach virus. I waited about 10 mins (maybe less) to be seen. I definitely recommend!

I have visited this particular clinic on a few unfortunate occasions. Each time the staff and the facility was warm and welcoming. It's clean and the environment is quite calming. There's no muss and fuss with paperwork because they are tech savvy and use tablets to collect your information. Also the minimal waiting is a real treat when you're already impatient because you're not feeling well. The doctor on site was very pleasant and I appreciated his wonderful sense of humor. Great place to go to get back on the road to feeling better.

I give this urgent care a bad review. I went into this urgent care for an ear problem which was not addressed and at the end and I had to go see my doctor the next day. It was something that could have easily been addressed my doctor told me and she took care of it in five minutes. At the urgent care they had me there for over one hour and did not clean my ear properly. But most importantly The doctor that attended me was inappropriate by supposedly checking how my breathing was and then asked me to lift my shirt so he could see my belly and he looked at it and said you need to wear sunscreen. What did that have to Do wirh my ear? Then he proceed to ask if everything was ok down there. This was totally inappropriate and I should have left immediately. I was thinking that this cannot be and felt Unconfortable. I will be reporting this to my insurance to make sure this gets out there and does not happen to anyone else.

DECEPTIVE BILLING: After triple-checking and assuring me that the test would only cost $45, the doctor drew sample for culture test and charged me the amount. After a few weeks I got a bill from Quest Diagnostics for $200. The lab work was ordered by a different doctor 2 days after my visit. STAY AWAY.

Went in with flu like symptoms. No one suggested I wear a mask/no one that cared for me wore a mask. I heard them outside my room saying “flu season is over”. Flu season may be over in Florida, but It wasn’t where I’m from. They flu swabbed me, which came back negative, but they didn’t explore other reasons for my symptoms which included a sore/swollen throat. I was expecting a rapid strep test or maybe to be questioned about mono. Instead, I was asked for a urine sample to test for a UTI, as I previously had a fever, but no other UTI symptoms. I refused to be tested for a UTI as I knew I didn’t have one and I wasn’t paying for it. With no further work up done, the doctor wrote me a prescription for a z-pack and I was discharged. I don’t even know who the doctor was that cared for me. He didn’t introduce himself nor is it listed anywhere on my patient portal. When I had to call my insurance company for billing issues with this urgent care, they couldn’t find the doctor either. I had to look at the z pack for a name on there. I went here because I just wanted to make sure I didn’t have the flu before getting on my cruise the next day. I would not return. Also, not sure if all rooms were like this, but the curtains proving privacy were regular window curtains held together with binder clips. The only positives I have to say is that it was quick, clean, and the staff were friendly.

I visited this center about a few weeks ago, and what a great experience. I've visited other centers before, but i've never had the service like I did at RiteCare. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such a sweet front desk. Wait time was normal, given that there were several people waiting. The manager was super attentive to the patients and his staff, because he was walking around making sure everything was ok. He was very kind and definitely professional. The doctor was EXCELLENT, she made things very clear and was just the sweetest... I believe her name was Dr. Game. I would 100% return to this Urgent care again, and I even told some classmates to go since they were feeling sick too.

Dr. Patel should hand over her license to practice medicine. Avoid this clinic at all costs. I went in 3 weeks ago having extreme abdominal pain, after waiting 2 hrs (and no other patients were even there- they were just celebrating someone’s birthday I could hear the nurses and doctors singing to each other)... Dr Patel finally entered the room, introducing herself and diagnosing me in a single breath with a smirk on her face. “Hi I’m Dr Patel and I hear you’re constipated... you need to be drinking more water.” She wouldn’t even look at me, or look at the lump that had grown on my abdomen overnight. After begging her to take a look insisting to her it wasn’t Dehydration she asked me to lay down and lightly felt my uppper abdomen (wrong spot) thru my shirt. Like she was trying to avoid skin to skin contact. The post visit papers i received via email a few days later recommended I see a GI specialist. Something that she didn’t even discuss with me Face to face. Weeks later I was finally able to see my real doctor who confirmed via ultrasound that I had a hernia, which will require surgery. I almost want to sue this clinic for part of the cost of that surgery and for the weeks of pain that I’ve had to endure because she was unwillling to offer me a proper exam.

I was in town for the weekend to visit my son. Woke up Friday morning with a burning throat and ear. MD Now Urgent Care was 1 mile from my hotel so called to ask if they took my insurance. They did take my insurance so I headed over to their clinic at 10am. Check in was quick, personnel was polite, the doctor saw me promptly, diagnosed me with strep throat, gave me an antibiotic shot, and called in an oral antibiotic to CVS pharmacy. I was in and out in one hour. I felt so much better by the afternoon. I highly recommend.

I am a behavioural health consultant from UK and would unfortunately strongly dissuade anyone from utilising this branch. I have been fortunate enough to travel to many countries and be treated by professionals in a number of settings, I am sad to report I have never received such negligent care from both doctors that attended to me at the Brickell branch. Without going into significant details, none of my medical history was taken into account with at one point a nurse asking me to explain what DVT meant. Upon my second visit I was discharged with a medical referral which read like another patients notes, the symptoms detailed on the page did not reflect any information I had given, words were used that I had not spoken and a completely inappropriate referral was made based on a rather spurious brief and nonchalant assessment. I cannot recommend and due to my professional capacity will take my issues up with state licensing.

It was a good experience. I signed in online to the wrong site and the front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The office was clean and nicely organized. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted and told what the wait time would be. It didn't take as long as I thought. The vitals nurse was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. My visit with the Dr was quick. He performed a quick exam and sent me to the ER. I've been dealing with nausea(no vomiting) for a week. Thought I would get lab work and maybe some diagnostic info. Although he wrote a referral, I do feel like I could've saved money by just going to the ER. Other than that, the visit was better than what I thought as I've never been to Urgent Care. For minor issues, I would recommend. Major things, save time and money and just head to the ER.

Horrible attitude by lady in the front desk!! I do not remember her name, but she was very rude to me and a lady who came in after me with the same symptoms I had. This assistant/receptionist was not willing to patiently explain how to fill in the paper work to this sick woman who was visiting Miami from Mexico and was clueless about how it was done. I had to help her out because the poor woman didn’t even want to ask this lady for help. I came in with a bad sore throat, fever and chills. Feeling pretty bad, to be honest. The least you expect is to be treated badly when feeling ill. An understanding, kind attitude goes a long way in these situations. This woman seemed annoyed, tired and simply pissed off when we asked her questions. Other than this little bump in the road, the wait time was decent, but the nurses and doctor were great! Very nice and Helpful.

So they asked me to sign in anyway and directed me to go to their next nearest office and when I got there there was over an hour wait. So in one day I realized their name is incorrect. There is no "MD" and there sure isn't any "URGENT"

I was seen quickly and the doctor was excellent, and was sure to check with the daily medications that I take to make sure what he prescribed wouldn’t interact badly. Super rude Doctor Maria Belen Game and manager Chris Vergara First the doctor knows only one question: "is there any questions for me" unfortunately it's takes for ever to the doctor to come over and see you if you are planning to visit the ritecare please note you will be waiting forever The A/C is not working it's super hot, maximum dehydration The issue started as we waited for almost two hours, imagine sitting in a room waiting for the doctor to see you for follow up When we ask how long more, the staff replies couple of minutes 4 - 5 patients came in and my wife supposedly has an appointment or at lease they called her and texted her for the appointment, she is been the first to be called to the room and the doctor started getting the other patients inside and lately the Manager came in and I wish he didn't come in after asking the staff at the counter, we became the next patient Chris so unprofessional so disgusting, Just a favor Chris pull up your pants it's a patient clinic at the end Lately he came promised us it's gonna be 10 minutes as he already spoke to the doctor while the receptionist replied him immediately it's gonna take more time for the doctor to be free and he insisted that he spoke to the Doctor, now almost hitting the third hour and I am not sure if the doctor finishes her duty at 5:00pm and we will be re-scheduled It's just a follow up appointment!!!!

I've been to this location on a few occassions and did not any issues with their care until today. Despite having office hours listed as 9 AM -8 PM and my having called ahead to let them know I was on my way...imagine my surprise when I arrive at 7:35 PM and the office is closed. Add to this that the need for my visit was to seek urgent attention I can call their flagrent disregard for their claim to being an URGENT care facility nothing short of untruthful. I add to my complaint the utter lack of professionalism exhibited by the nurse who took my call at 7 PM and shortly thereafter took part in whatever decision making process lead to their closing 25 minutes early. In short, if you have an emergency...don't go here! If you expect service during posted business hours...don't go here. If you'd like a call when test results arrive...don't go here. And more importantly, if you value honesty and professionalism from medical practitioners...do not, for any reason go here!

After experiencing certain symptoms I felt the need to get a pap test ASAP. I called MD in North Miami to see if they could do it and they confirm. Then I drove 40 minutes, wait about an hour to learn that they did not offer this test. After explaining that I called in advance, the physician (Doctor Arango Cifuentes) accepts to make the test and sees nothing abnormal. Long story short I received a call the next day asking me to go back because the sample taken was ruined while taking the test. I refuse to go there again, and asked for a refund. Only 50% was refunded and another physician was able to easily see the problem during initial consultation. In addition to this mess, due to a billing error I am receiving bills from Quest for the failed test that I already paid for....Stay away! Not only I wasted my money but compromised my health in this place.

The staff really is kind. But the "one doctor wait" is insufferable. Especially when you're not feeling well. Today, I had bad side-effects from a new med I took for my back. I considered going to the E.R. - but decided against it because of the wait. Unfortunately, this was just as long today. The doctor was awesome. He gave me a steroid shot and meds to treat the reaction, which I really needed since it started yesterday. But waiting for two hours in the wait room, no matter how great the doctor was, is so not cool. It's outrageous. They need to get with the program and hire two doctors for a busy shift. I was in extremely uncomfortable. Waiting only exacerbated it. I was so upset it took so long to be seen, that I decided I needed to write about it. Otherwise, the people and the doctor were top notch.

I'm visiting Miami for a few months and found myself in need of an MD. I read reviews of several walk in facilities in my location. Urgent Care had the best reviews and after a visit the ratings are well deserved. Although I had to wait an hour (no appointment) , the facility is well run and it is very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The physician did a thorough exam, identified the issue and suggested a medication but did not write the prescription because he was unsure of how it might interact with a current and uncommon medication I was taking. He instructed me to either see a specialist in the area or to contact my physician at home and get clearance. Cautious and smart.

I came in with awful hives, unsure of how they came about. The doctor gave me 1 min of his time. Took a 1 second look and said to take benadryl. I told him I had been and it's not getting better. He said he'd give me a shot but didnt explain anything, and left, i had to ask, the nurse details side effects. The shot was very painful but i think it eased the hives that day. But I woke up today and they are very bad again, terribly itchy and red all over my body, and they have spread. Really a waste of time it feels like. Didn't feel like they did anything to help me. Pretty sad and miserable in my condition right now.

This is the best Urgent Care I've ever been to and now I won't go anywhere else. Neither technology nor cleanliness were lost here. I have to admit, I was skeptical of a walk in clinic on 42nd btw 8th and 9th but I was pleasantly surprised! I showed up at 9:15pm and was out of there by 9:45p with a prescription for my tonsillitis. The staff is efficient and polite and both the doctor and the nurse had the most wonderful bedside manner. I could not recommend this place enough!
