I’ve seen Dr. Riffe since 2011. She has always been caring, compassionate, and more. The office staff is what gives it a one star. I'm sad to be saying that because of that, I'll have to discontinue using a primary care doctor that I've seen for eight years. I can never get in with my doctor anymore, for some reason, and they deny my appointments without even checking with the pre appointment center when it was never an issue. I pay every month for health insurance, for what?

This office does not live up to the Mayo mission. Their skills and caring are not up to the standards at the Main campus. They also don’t share the Mayo commitment to the care and well-being of patients. I have been truly disappointed by multiple interactions and experiences.

Beware for the price of a physical. Even with insurance, mine was $800. I'm sure this place is sufficient when you're actually sick. Just don't waste your money, like I foolishly did, on something I thought I needed at 34 years old. Also, I waited 30 minutes for the appointment.

Love my doctor. Office provides Fast, friendly service. No sitting around forever waiting to be seen and because they limit the patient load, doctors are able to spend time with you. One of the best medical practices I’ve ever been to.

Mayo refused to allow me get my MRI at the hospital I work at which would of cost me nothing. They got the authorization for their MRI machine but my insurance company refused to pay b/c of how Mayo does there coding. So now I have a $5100 bill that will go to collections and no one will get paid b/c they bill as a DR's office instead of a Radiology Dept in which is where I had this MRI done. Will never go back or send any of my patients there!!! NO STARS

E might as well drive there to get a response. Calling the clinic is like going to rot even the music cut’s in and out, the wait time is really ridiculous for them size of the clinic. The front desk never seems to be over extended with patients waiting to sign in for assistance. I may have been too generous with two stars.

I went there for my annual last year. The physical wasn’t thorough at all and I ended up paying the bill out of pocket, $450 , because they didn’t call it a wellness checkup but a physical. Medicare only covers wellness checkups I tried to get the coding changed but their answer was I should have known the difference as far as what Medicare pays. As far as I’m concerned they should have told me the difference. For that kind of money they should be way more thorough. I will find another place for my annual WELLNESS checkup. My husband goes to Mayo Clinic at San Pablo, for a real issue and they are much more thorough and professional

My wife and I have seen Dr Farford there for the past 10+ years. He is "The Best" family care physician we have ever seen! The facility is always clean and healthful, the staff is quick and responsive and the overall experience is outstanding. Would not dream of going anywhere else!

Had lab work done here for my ongoing health care at the main Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Very convenient location on US 1. Staff was fast, friendly, and professional. A very pleasant experience.

The esteemed Mayo Clinic boasts female doctors with chips on their shoulders, repeatedly bills patients for services not rendered and constantly demands unnecessary follow-up visits for the sole purpose of billing patients for unnecessary office visits. The dispute system is worthless with six months of repeated “reviews” that result in zero resolution. Case in point: I made an appointment for an annual exam for the purpose of securing two Rx refills for medications I’ve been taking for many years. I was billed for a myriad of services that did not take place and received Rx refills for 6 months rather than the full year. Do yourself a favor. Stay far away from the very unethical Mayo Clinic.

I feel Blessed to be a patient here. Dr.Farford has been my primary care physician for almost 10 years and he is compassionate, engaged and wise. Today, Nurse Practitioner Martyn Rothermel helped me figure out a fairly serious back issue and he too provided excellent care and a thorough diagnostic assessment. Thank you!

This primary care facility is a great way to access all of the care available at Mayo. My wife and I see Dr Farford who is very helpful and takes the time to take care of us. If needed they can refer you into any specialist at Mayo Clinic. Highly recommended!
