I was sent to the wrong location for my appointment. I confirmed via text and email, and both sites stated the Bruce B Downs address. When I finally was helped at the BBD location with the correct address, I was 2, yes TWO minutes late and they wanted to reschedule me! The staff is horrible, which reflects on the doctor!!! They should all be fired! Rude, incompetent staff!!! Like me, find another doctor!
