Only one star to this hospital, not necessary for the doctors or nurses, they are really good. Unfortunately I'm giving it one star for the disorganization with the parking and the check in process. You can't find marking on the first 5 floors, then you try to go to the 6th floor, and some "Valet parking people" are expecting you to pay if you want to park on your own, if not they say it's "Complementary", but when you get your car back, they charge you $5. This happend today, this guy Emmanuel knocked on my mother's car, saying that she couldn't go to the 6th floor to park, unless she paid him to park by herself, or give him the car for him to park it. She spent an hour looking for a parking, until another visitor got out and let her parked. My mother didn t have the opportunity to see my grandmother before they took her to surgery, because she had to spend an hour to find an spot. Then another 30 minutes waiting to check in. The doctors and the nurses are great, but someone needs to do something about the facility.
