Was surprised that I had to pay co-pay up front as my insurance has always paid this. However, the billing office, said that when my insurance pays this charge, I will receive a credit. KISSIMMEE location off 192, The staff are rude to patients, using that glass window as a tool.. .shutting it and leaving it shut when customers come up to window to check in or ask questions... As They open the window They roll their eyes...I don't even think they notice they do this to patients...then they giggle After they shut the window again.. WELL GUESS WHAT....., WE NOTICE!!!! I have been here several years ago.. But while sitting in wait area, I noticed there was about 11 people waiting to be seen at the same time... And when you check in they don't give you the paperwork, until .15min later. They did this to everyone..... The backroom staff are wonderful... Kind, nice personality... Dr. Alabi was fantastic I personally think that window is VERY INPERSONAL... Whoever manages this clinic... You might want to RE-train your front office girls (young dark hair and the red hair) and GET RID that sliding window...there should be no glass... This isn't a welfare clinic...

This office is horrible when it comes to setting up appointments. It has been three months since I have been trying to set an appointment for my mother after she has left the ER. Whenever I call I get sent to voicemail and never receive a call back. How you expect to help people if you can’t even get them into your office!

Dr. Lama and his staff have giving me the most outstanding treatment for over 3 years. He listens and takes care of my lung issues with such professionalism. I enjoy going to my vists if they are lung issues at the moment or follow ups. I would also state that I have been treated by all three lung specialist and they are outstanding, they are part of my family as well as their staff.

Customer Matter

Be ready to work on your own file, they expect paying patients to call company for supplies, insurance verification, follow up, waiting time for doctor is over 1 hr for him to spent at most 10 mn, be ready with questions if possible write it down because you'll get rush to front desk in no time!!

I've been going here for years now and always get good service. I've seen 3 different doctors here and they were all attentive and listened to me. Everyone is friendly and professional. I had a sleep study here and was set up with a new c-pap several years back and they gave been very helpful and patient in getting me supplies as the original supplier went out of business. My insurance was a problem and several suppliers tried helping and a couple of them went out of business too. I now have a supplier that works with my insurance and gets me what I need when I need it. My oldest child goes here too and is very happy with them. They love having a doctor that treats them like a person. This is a great place for all your pulminology needs.

Their office staff in both offices are very professional and caring. I feel very fortunate that they are my Dr's.I am not an easy patient to care for because of other health issues but both Dr's don't let that get in the way of taken excellent care of me. Great doctors, but terrible service. My wife needed to see her doctor. We drove from St. Cloud to Orlando to make the appointment, since they never answer the phones, and never return calls. She had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, but last night she got an email asking her to call the office and reschedule. On her second attempt calling, she got through and was told to reschedule for mid-November. WTH???

I visited the Florida Lung Asthma & Sleep office on 7/19/19. Today it has been 2 months waiting for someone to contact me. I called to follow up a month in and the person that answered the phone was so rude that I never called back. No results on the Thyroid test and no date for the sleep study. just a big waste of a copay. Reception staff is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

While on vacation, my brother in law came in to the emergency room feeling septic due to he had pancreatic cancer. His heart stopped and was treated at Celebration Hospital under Dr. Alabi's care . My sister was by his side for one whole month while he was in coma. He managed to pull through thanks to Dr. Alabi and his team. Dr. Alabi was able to give my sister and her husband 5 more month together before he sadly passed away in March 12, 2015. We will always be grateful to Dr. Alabi for those special times my sister had with her husband. He is a wonderful doctor and we will never forget him.

I was not another numbered patient but a person. He discovered something that numerous military and civilian doctors could not diagnosis, a very rare congenital heart and lung defect.
