I was concerned about an eye issue I had. Dr. Butler gave me an extensive exam, explained every aspect and took care of it all. I got my eye meds right there. The most friendly, respectful place I have been in a long time. So professional. It was a pure pleasure to know I was in good hands. I am diabetic too and all that was explained and checked as well. I am so happy I went there. They are the best.

There’s solid expertise in all their services—selecting comfortable flattering glasses, fitting & adjustments, prescriptions, lens manufacture.... And they carry high-quality rimless glasses, which are hard to find. They are terrific.

I was watching TV and suddenly my right eye felt like "something was in it". I called Eyecare Professionals since I am a regular patient there but there were no openings. While I was deciding what to do, Monica called back to say that they had a cancellation and I was able to get in that afternoon. So Dr. Ericson was able to remove an eyelash that had found its way into the corner of my eye and it felt better immediately!! Kudos to all at that office.

Great group of people. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and bring a personal touch to their care. They'll answer questions you have and put you at ease. It's easy to find, easy to get an appointment, open to walk-ins for certain things, and just an all-round professional place. From the admin staff to the actual doctors, I've yet to meet someone who I didn't instantly get along with and who didn't ring as anything but honest, human, and personable. I had a great first time here and I'm planning on sticking around.

Friendly staff. Efficient, did several eye tests and explained what they were, what they measured, and why it was important. I especially like the way Dr. Valenti explained what the tests actually measured. He even took the time to get out a plastic "EYE REPLICA" to demonstrated how pressure works in the eye and can cause glaucoma. Very professional!

They are also open for half days on Saturday, which is hard to find.. Honestly everybody that works at this office is extremely pleasant and helpful.. if you’re looking for a new eye place, I highly recommend this office!

I was one of Neil Erickson's first patients, back when he had a hole-in-the-wall office in the Publix shopping center and have continued to visit the practice for my annual check up ever since. Now I see his son Todd. I rely on Eyecare Professionals to safeguard my vision health. Neil put me into hydrophilic contact lenses in the early '80's as soon as the FDA had approved them for cosmetic wear. At almost age 73, I continue with these lenses and have no problems and almost perfect vision. I will stick with this practice as long as I'm processing oxygen.
