The team of doctor Velilla are so great. Very helpful and make you feel comfortable. From the moment you go into surgery the nurses are with u all the way, to the wonderful girls that are in charge of the massages.

I can only go by the initial phone call I got to schedule a consultation. The girl lacked any enthusiasm at all. She actually kind of sounded annoyed. I've had consultations with a couple different places and it really makes a difference when you have someone call you that sounds eager and accommodating. I tried explaining I live a couple hours from their location and she was just like "oh". I then had to go on to ask when a Saturday would be available and she told me over a month from now. I said "oh okay, I'll call you back then" and there was literally nothing else but "okay" in the most monotone voice. It's really just the way she said things vs what she said, but it was a really big turn off. Dr Velilla's before and after photos speak for themselves, but he may want to look into having office staff that actually sounds like they like their job and want your business. Oh well...

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had. I’m whats considered an out of state patient and once they took my money it was hard to get in contact with anyone with any additional questions. They failed to prepare prior to surgery. I’ve noticed after my surgery that a lot of his patients were not happy with their results and were there for touch ups. I too had to have two surgeries and looking at my results it’s still not done right. If you pay close attention to the photos on his Instagram a lot of people are left lopsided after their bbl surgery. I don’t know about you guys but as much as they charge I would hope I would be leaving that table close to perfect. I was there for my follow up appointment and heard the lady next to me say she’s uneven as well. I’m beyond frustrated and if I could give any advice is take your money elsewhere. I literally pointed out what I didn’t like and I paid for general anesthesia and was give local for my touch up. I literally felt everything and not once did they think to ask me if I needed any additional anesthesia. Recovery is no joke!!!! It’s extremely painful and very uncomfortable. I missed numerous days from work to be left unhappy with my results and scarred tissue. I hope I can help a person to take their business elsewhere!!! Do your homework and really analyze his photos they’re far from perfect. They like to tell you, you’ll notice your results better once the swelling goes down, but the way your body looks at that moment is probably what it will heal like !!!

So fed up with this clinic. They are very unorganized, scheduling appts at a certain time to then get you in 2 hours later. I schedule an appt to see the doctor and I ended up seeing the np who all she did was take my vitals. My appt was at 10:15 and toom me back into a room 1 hour 1/2 later to then tell me I have to wait another 1 hour 1/2 to just see the doctor.

The entire staff was great especially the ladies that provides lymphatic massages. The transition from post op to getting my massages went smoothly. Although painful my masseuse Carmelita and Damita made it worthwhile because I would always leave there feeling less sore and more relaxed..

My experience with Dr Zayas,Dr Lopo and the entire staff at Evolution MD had been horrible and despicable. The way the center is being ran and the blatantly disregard of patient life time and money being invested is ridiculous .I complied with all that’s was asked of me with no assistance from my consultant the nurse of office coordinator. I showed up the morning for surgery first patient of the day got prep. Stuck IV with a near vain being blowed in my hand waiting in Dr Zayas to show up and he never did. I told by the anesthesiologists the doctor had a really bad back pained and could not get out of bed. I was given the option for another doctor to do my surgery or have it reschedule. I choose to reschedule because if obvious reason and this work being done is something I would have to live with or repay to get done my fault or not. I was told to put on my clothes on and the coordinator who never call me prior to surgery would call me later. I asked that the coordinator come down and explain to my what happens and my next option. When she came down she proceeded to lie by telling me a lie by saying the anesthesiologists got it wrong that the doctor was in an accident on this way in and she waiting on a call from the hospital so she can’t give me an answer now. Speaking to Carlos the office manager he assured me that all the other many issues I had could be address and he will personally see that this get handle quickly. But to add insult to injury Carlos never called or email me back and when I reached out to him after 1 week of waiting. I was told the doctor will not compensate me for any of the expense which I incurred and loss none of fault and no refund of my procedure even thought I was promised by Carlos the office manager this could be done. That very same morning walking out into the waiting from there were 3 other patient one of which has an infection Dr Zayas did and she express her difficulties in even getting in to see him. And others ladies express there displeasure as well.... I did everything I was suppose to do none of it my fault but Dr Zayas Dr Lipo and whom ever came up with this decision this is bad business....This my truth and experience and hope no one else has to go through this.

I must say after spending much time online reading reviews and agonizing over the best doctor for my needs, Dr. Lipo is who I chose. So let me tell you that was the best choice I have ever made regarding my body! Amanda my consultant made me feel at home from the day I entered the office, I expressed all my concerns and the idea body I had in mind she more than reassured me it could be done after having children I wanted my confidence back and I gained more than that. I received local anesthesia which seemed frightening, seeing that I would still be awake at first but turned out to be awesome. Dr Lipo and his team were so humble as I had no friends or family with me the day of surgery. Everyone was so humble and genuinely cared about my well being, they took care of me like a family would so I was not at all nervous or scared because I knew that I was in the best hands! These reviews are fake ! Fake fake ! Please pay attention to all reviews not just the 5 stars...the customer service sucks I was on hold for 15 minutes. That’s crazy .. they seem money hungry and just want to book you for an appt.I have had lipo when he first opened and had a great experience but now that he has so many clients he doesn’t seem to care anymore . If you get Catherine as your consultant you will have a better experience other wise you won’t . Also if your African American make sure you let him know not to put holes all over your stomach cause yes your stomach will be flat and nice but when you take off your clothes you will have all those dark spots or small keloids and that’s ugly . But if you don’t care about that he will get your stomach really small and Coca Cola shape. I’m giving a 3 stars cause not only is the customer service terrible now but his work Isn’t so so good like it use to be.... good luck you all

I been dealing weight issues for a very long time. I tried everything pills, work out , eating light meals. Nothing worked . A co-worker recommended this place to me. While I was there I met with a girl from L.A. that had her surgery the day before and she looked great and felt great. Which is good to hear. This review is on the consultation. I do think that the service upon entering can be a bit better, I do not think they track the patients that are coming in from those that are waiting for a family member. The consultant did not really examine me, just look at one part of my body out of a few areas. I was looking forward to a more engaging conversation and also seeing the Dr. Aside from that everyone was nice.

Dr. Zayas is the best surgeon! He did my mommy makeover 6 weeks ago and I’m blown away by the results! The made me beautiful new breasts with my own tissue! No implants and you can’t even tell! His natural 3D lift is perfect for women like me that have the breast tissue just need a lift! I needed an extended tummy tuck which scared me at first but I’m so flat and tight like I was before having kids! The lipo helped too! It’s still early on but I am in love with my new body! I had surgery on February 2018... I went here to get a BBL360 and not only am I unhappy with the results but every time I went to try and see the doctor, they would only let me see nurse practitioners in which she would try telling me it was swelling and to wait 3 months. 3 months came around and i went and they said to wait 6 months. 6 months came around And they did the same thing. They asked to wait a YEAR ! I made an appt for January and ended up canceling because i knew it was going to be the same ordeal. I called today and they want me to pay $250 to see the doctors. Really??? I have one hip bigger than the other and it doesn’t take a scientist to be able to tell ! It’s huge and not proportioned. But they want me to pay $250 to see the person who made the mistake and can be the only one to fix it ???? I am so upset ! I expected better ! UPDATE- They had me call them back. Just to tell me they can’t help and I still have to pay to see the DR, after being told to wait a year to fix my hip. Thank you for wasting my time.

The place has wonderful physicians and a warm staff except for one or two. Also, the prices are reasonable and quality work is excellent. However, the front desk registered process needs a huge improvement. I have been there twice sitting there for hours observing the work flow of the registrars customer service. The front desk ladies should be more welcoming and observant to the patients and customers entering and whom need to be attended. Some of them don't even put a smile to make the patients at ease during this nervous time. The facility was very modern and clean, but seating is limited. The two times I was there the place is constantly busy with patients standing or outside. Overall, I have recommended the practice to friends and family. Great price and great work.

I have never had cosmetic surgery but my experience here has been amazing!! I had BBL and lipo to my stomach, love handles, back and bra line. I would like to give 3 people that made my experience worth every penny. My masseuse Damaris Penuela she is the best after her massages I felt so good. She explained everything she was doing nd how it would benefit me. She has been doing this 15 years and it shows. She gave me tips to fell better and encourage when I thought I couldn’t take the pain. Carlos was my transportation driver he is the clinic manager and he took time out of his hectic day to transport me To my appointments. They are hiring driver but he is doing the role well. He always had th office call me to let me Know when to be ready. He would have the bed ready and he told me why to expect each day and he was right. I don’t know how I could have made it without these special people.Carmela was the out of town coordinator she made sure I had ll my pppinemt s prior to tribal, explained why to pick and why to expect. Once I was here she continued to be. Liaison for my care. My surgeon is amazing of course Dr.lipo has an amazing team. I’m already planning my next surgery and told some friends.

Pre-op and during operation I had wonderful staff that I dealt with. Kind and attentive. Very good with communication BEFORE the procedure. That's what the stars are for. Dr. Zayas did great work. But I can't give any more stars because of several reasons: 1) The wait time for lymphatic messages due to them just talking around 2) the biggest turn off is Melissa. She worked in the finance department and again in the reception area for the massages. She has a smart mouth and a snarky attitude and doesn't even acknowledge your presence if she is dealing with another customer. At least say hello and I'll be right with you. But she says little side comments like you're her child and that sours the experience. 3) MONEY HUNGRY. Post-surgery they charged for things I didn't even need or that were ineffective. FOR LYMPHATIC MASSAGES I HIGHHHHHHHLY SUGGEST YOU GO TO BAREHANDS LLC IN DAVIE AND DO NOT EVEN WASTE THE TIME OR MONEY AT EVOLUTION MD. 4) My lymphatic masseuse for the first few days at EMD made me sit on areas where I should not have been sitting, and she could not effectively communicate with me. Luckily I know the language. ALSO, she was opening wounds that only the doctor should be authorized to open to allow extra drainage. Everyone else in all other departments are fantastic, informative, helpful, honest and professional. Even if they're not chipper in personality, they're not rude (Melissa is the exception). Luckily everyone else makes up for it. But the money I have wasted post-surgery is unforgivable.

Three stars to the non medical knowledgeable staff especially the ladies in the reception area In the pre-op office and in the consultation and surgery office. The receptionist they should all have knowledge of what and why the patient is there read your patients notes it’s all listed. All in all it was great and this office is busy but a busy organized knowledgeable office is better.

Have seen a lot of racial reviews on here about the women that work at this establishment being partial to Hispanics. This is completely untrue! I am a bilingual Cuban woman and I walked into this office speaking Spanish. I still received disgusting attitudes, women looking at me up and down, and horrible service! I drove down from Palm Beach Gardens first for an apparent “consult” that turned out to be a 5-minute meeting to give me a piece of paper with a price on it. I did not see any doctors or discuss my expectations. The second consult they scheduled me for was to meet with the doctor and discuss my treatment. Again, I drove down from Palm Beach Gardens, over an hour drive, I was not told where to go for this consult, so I assumed it was in the same place I had gone before. I walked into their first floor office for the front desk girl to look at me like I’m an idiot and tell me I had to go to the third floor. I get there, again another attitude, an hour wait, a HISPANIC post-op patient with bloody bandages hanging off her screaming at the top of her lungs that she “went in there to get her stitches removed and bandages changed, but they did not do any of that and when she asked the assistant she responded, ‘I don’t get paid for that.’” She also complained about the fact that they gave her problems for not wanting to speak Spanish. I was ready to walk out of there when I saw this ordeal happening, but at that moment they called me back. I changed into a gown and waited for the doctor to come into the room. When he came in he examined my breasts and proceeded to tell me that my case would require 2 surgeries or I would not get the results I desired. He asked me if I had any questions and walked out the door. I was so confused because the consult was so quick and I wasn’t told anything like, “okay, you can change and go” or “the girl will make you an appointment up front.” Nothing. So I changed and waited in the room, then another chick walked in and said, “oh, you’re still here? You can go.” I walked out and the front desk girls waived me goodbye. I just walked out completely confused thinking, “wtf was that?” I’m a 23-year-old pre-doctoral student. I weigh 104 lbs and I have no kids. I wanted breast implants. They turned it into a breast lift with implants. My quote went from $3,800 to over $6,000. With the little knowledge I have and research I have done, I can tell you that I don’t need “2 surgeries.” I can tell you that their attitude is not based on race, it’s based on the fact that they think they’re all that and a bag of chips because they work in a plastic surgeons office and their 14/hr pay makes them better than you. You can go here if you want, but expect them to sell you extra treatments you don’t need to get more money from you and for them to treat you like you’re below them regardless of what race you are. This place is horrendous. Oh and by the way, I went to another surgeons office in Boca Raton and they agreed that I don’t need 2 surgeries and my desired results are attainable. #byeevolutionmd

The doctors will listen and answer ALL questions you have instead of just rushing in & out. Since I do not reside out here both doctors have doubled checked me before my trip back to Tampa. After consulting with a few plastic surgeons, I was told about Evolution MD from my cousin and had a consultation with Dr. Zayas, and pleased to say he was very honest, kind and recommended what I needed for my body. Evolution MD literally has the best massagists ever! Treatments were amazing and the front desk ladies were so good with the scheduling of my appointments to ensure that I went with my preferred massage lady. Gypsy, Jasmina and Blanca were amazing! And for cavitation/radiation massages, definitely recommend Tulia. All of these ladies have the hands of goddesses and are so attentive to ensure that treatments are being done to my personal benefit. Amazing work!

The office has a great staff, all of the girls are very welcoming and helpful. Any question or concern was answered either over the phone or in person. It is also very convinient that they have their own massage center in the same location. The transportation they provided for the massage appointments was also a big one for me! Not being able to drive comfortably after a BBL was one of my fears, but they helped so much with that! The only downfall is there wait times, they can take quite some time for appointments. But it is fully worth it at the end!

Dr. Edward Domanskis did my tummy tuck 2yrs ago at Evolution MD. I wish I had done more research on this facility. My line on my tummy is uneven and liposuction was done poorly. Till this day, I'm so embarrass to show my tummy. If they ask to do a makeover. I will not allowed it. They lost my trust. I so regret it. I now had the coveraged to speak upon it. I did my surgery last April. The staff is a bit unorganized but overall I had a good experience. Post op care you see a PA, it's very difficult to see the surgeons again. You have to request it and the time and date will not be right away. He has become very popular and is doing more surgeries than his staff can handle. But through all this chaos I felt safe. The massages were excellent and so was the staff. Theres a lack in communication with the foams. I paid them $15 for a piece of $1 foam. You can go online and find the right ones. And the amount of massages will put a dent in your pocket. Overall things got hectic with scheduling and post op treatment but i would recommend them 100%! Dr. Lipos skills are amazing. I needed a touch in a stubborn area on my back and he touched it up for free. I will use them again if i had to . #velilladoll

I did local anesthesia and I.t was not bad. You’re totally awake. He talks to you to have you follow instructions which you can do... pain isn’t the worst. *****Like a previous poster stated: 5 stars for the doctor (Dr. Cesar Velilla), surgical team, nurses in post op. Amazzzingggggg. Surgery day was so smooth. I had lipo of my back, arms, waist, flanks everything on my upper body and a mild hi def on my abs with fat transfer to my hip dents and glutes for projection. ***3stars for the staff who handles the front desk Horrible. It’s obvious that they lack proper customer service skills. They barely look at you in your eyes when they speak to you. Having an appointment be on time is rare. You get massage/ cavitation time jipped off. Perhaps it’s not them and perhaps it’s management. Either way it’s a mess and needs to be addressed. In my humble opinion, the Dr. is amazing and he’d do even better with a better staff. Amanda quoted me. She was great. Super warm and welcoming. I still wanted to get the Dr.’s opinion because I had questions about the hi def. I scheduled an appt. I met Dr. Velilla, he was super professional and to the point. Suggested I go for general anesthesia and after thinking about it I did. Thank god! Lipo is hella painful. I scheduled my surgery date then and left a deposit. Surgery day went great. I would’ve preferred to have been informed beforehand( not morning of surgery as I’m waking in... again, Lack of communication from staff) that I need to purchase a faja and have it for surgery day so I didn’t have to cough up 150 for a faja with evolutionmd. They tax on you. We will let that one slide because you’re going to look different so it’s best they give you one then. I went home with my faja on chilling. I followed the doctors orders & had no complications. Next day I started my massages. Hella painful in the beginning but Wow You feel so much relief once it’s done. The massage/ cavitation therapists were amazing. All of them them! I bought 3 or 4 ( don’t remember lol)packages of 10 and I’m glad I did because like I said, I had no complications. Now, when u get there no one informs u that you could’ve purchased your foams at Joann’s fabrics for much cheaper. So they have a foam package for like, $70. Tax for the convenience again. You’re in pain so who’s trying to go and purchase foams. So they get you there. They get you in tanks too. Apparently u need seamless tanks to wear under your faja. Another tax. Arnica pomade for massages ... tax. Lol Did I mention that you need to get a stage II faja after a couple days ? Lol. Another 150. I bought 3. Anyway, Massages and cavitations are part of getting a BBL and if you want amazing results then it’s not just the cost of surgery that you need to invest in. Post op care is everything. I’d recommend Dr. Cesar Velilla 100% to anyone who’s interested in natural looking BBL results. He did an amazing job on me! Now I wasn’t chunky or anything. I gained Like, 12 lbs. to get ready for surgery. I had done a lot of upper body training in the past yr and I wasn’t happy with all the muscle so I stopped. Eventually that upper body muscle turned into fat and changed my body type. I became boxy and unhappy. Soon after my glutes packed up their bags and left. Dr. Lipo gave me life lol. He reshaped me and I’m back to feminine. <3 I’m back to ol me ( better tho) and I’m loving it. No regerts. Lol. I’m a couple days shy of 4 months and I still deal with a bit of swelling ( no more faja for me... it gives my low back lordosis and I just cannot!) here n there but as long as I eat relatively healthy all things are good. Can’t wait for 6 mos.!

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!! Fraudulent company with terrible communication. Approved me for surgery and I spent thousands of dollars to fly down to Florida from Ohio and get surgery. Spent lots on travel expenses like the plane ticket, rental car, and hotel. I did all of this and paid for the full surgery only for the doctor to deny me surgery after having already approved me. (Nothing changed about me between the time he approved me and when he saw me.) He even laughed at me when he saw me; I'll never forget the disrespect. I received terrible treatment and since they have multiple offices in 3 different buildings, their communication was awful between me and other members in their own offices. Some had issues understanding my English and what I said so that didn't help the bad communication. To ice the cake, they refused to give me my deposit back without reason, which turned the bad situation into a complete scam and fraud. While their deposit is non-refundable for most cases, an error on their part should require my full deposit back. Even a lawyer said I would win a case against them if I sued for the deposit because of their fraudulent behavior. Unfortunately, it'd cost more to sue than my deposit was, so I not only wasted thousands to travel, but I wasted a full $500 deposit. I beg you to not do business with this company. There are better and cheaper options out there, go to the website RealSelf if you need to find somewhere for surgery. I'd even be willing to help you find someone just don't go to this company no matter what. Listen to me and the other low reviews where they ruined people's bodies. I should've taken heed but decided to anyways out of hope that they would be a good company. I chose the good reviews over the bad and paid the price. This fraudulent company is not worth it, so stay clear or youll regret it and be hundreds to thousands of dollars poorer for nothing.

Absolutely love this place!!! If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. I did a couple of procedures in Evolution MD after my lipo surgery which by the way was a blessing. I came out looking like a Barbie. After my surgery I had my massages with Damaris and Brenda, the massages helped a lot. At first they did hurt but afterwards I felt so relieved. Damaris and Brenda were really nice, they helped me calm down by talking to me during the massage, because I really did feel some pain. Last week I went back to Evolution MD for a Fraxel treatment for the acne scars on my face and wow!!! Mayra did a fabulous job, I can already start to see a difference in my skin i do however need more sessions because i still have the scars, but i can see my skin healing wonderfully. I just wanted to thank everyone in the clinic because they’ve really helped me a lot and I am very thankful. Definitely would recommend 100%.

I got lipo and bbl and traveled from out of state. When I got to fl it looks like dr lipo never even read my paper work. Because in my info it states I had had an minor infection in my heart months prior to surgery and I was cleared by my doctor back home for surgery. So they day of surgery he finally read my paperwork. N he made me see a cardiologist in FL to be cleared for the 2nd time which I had to pay $800 out of pocket for, on top of my over priced bbl which was almost $9,000. He was gona make me reschedule till I put up a fuss n told him that wasn't an option since I live out of state and couldn't travel back and forth. I saw dr lipo for a whole 10min before surgery and he was never to be seen again. He doesn't even check in on you or do any follow ups on you. Needless to say my results were ok at best. Maybe a 5/10. One butt cheek is significantly bigger than the other. And not even close to my wish pic or what I asked for. I wanted volume in my hips n got NONE! N when I reach out to see if he can fix his problem he wouldn't. I was told I had to pay for a whole new bbl. Y would I pay full price when u couldn't even distribute the fat evenly in the first place? I rather pay a new doctor that can get it right the first time. I do not recommend him! Do your research people a lot better doctors out there that actually care about their patients.

I asked maybe if they could fill it in with Sculptra since i was not satisfied and the lumps supposedly are normal. REALLY??? They want 3000 for Sculptra and 3 months later no one has helped me i paid my money in full for this botched job. I had a great experience! I be been thinking about doing a procedure for the past 2 years my constant Catherine was always very helpful no matter how manny times in the 2 year time frame I called and showed up to ask questions, I finally did my provides a couple of days ago and I can say the whole process was from staff was amazing from beginning to end. I am doing my massages now 3 days in and Monica the therapyst is the best!!!!!

So far my inital visit was great.. check in person was great and to the staff i did run into were all nice.. yes i didnt talk to the doctor but catherin was great in helping me make a choice.. i will come back and leave a review after procedure.!!
