Horrible emergency room. Save yourself the trouble and just go to memorial. They leave you in the hallway and it’s so busy they forget about you. My mother IV bag was completely empty and no one even realized it. It took forever to even get a room.

I live fort Lauderdale by downtown and honestly going to the hospitals around me is always an unpleasant experience. My girl had terrible pain in her abdomen so i decided to drive the 35 min @ around 9am and the er got us in immediately. Such clean surroundings insides and the doctors came fast. Clean professional, ah thank god there is at least one good hospital here. Strongly recommended.

I was treated on Monday August 13th around 3pm my name is juan delvalle 15106 nw 88 court Miami lakes Florida 33018 my nurse Annabelle Espinola was fantastic very knowledgeable and caring the doctor and staff where great and professional and the Davie paramedics where great also a pleasant overall experience under the circumstances.

The staff in the ER , from the check-in and thru the process up to being discharged had the best professional and caring attitudes. My medical issue was concerning for me compared to critical incidents that emergency rooms are truly committed to act upon and the staff treated me as a priority and took great care of my needs. I am grateful to be in good hands.

The only hospital to go to in Miami for Gastrointestinal issues. Virtually no wait and very knowledgeable on that topic. Very thorough.

Worst experience ever in an ER. My wife had severe abdominal pain. Told them the issue and 90 mins after, we were still waiting to be call. Then one of the nurses said to an older couple next to us that all the room were full and that they had no nurses to take the patients elsewhere. Went to tell them that we were leaving and the nurses answer was”ok”. Not even sorry for the wait time or it would be another 30 mins....just “ok”. To add insult to injury... the cleaning lady went to clean the restroom and she basically cleaned the inside of the toilet first and then the seat and all with the same brush. Disgusting. Needless to say I will never set a foot there again.

Worse ER staff. Every time I went to the nurses desk they were on their cell phones. Dr. Ian Russinoff is extremely rude, arrogant, dismissive and talks over you. He acted as though he was too busy and important to be bothered to help. They treat you like a number in a factory. Baffles me how they claim they are a world class facility.

My dad was in severe pain and we left Boca Regional ER where there was a 2+ hour wait and drove across town to Cleveland Clinic ER and he was in a room within 5 minutes and getting a CT scan 15 min later. Nurses and doctor were excellent, communicative and attentive. Feeling very appreciative.
