I like Dr Fink very much, but office staff sometimes leaves much to be desired. Sometimes their pleasant, other times as nasty as you can imagine. Referrals and refills are also totally hit or miss, sometimes done immediately, sometimes not at all. I always do better going into the office in person, rather than just calling, that's also very inconvenient.

*** -5☆ My husband almost DIED in the hands of these incompetent so called DOCTORS at this practice. We were told by their head RN that the results were benign and so we went on with our lives when infact nearly 2 months later we get a call asking if he's being to an oncologist...Yup! my husband had Non-hodgkin's lymphoma stage 3-4!! These ppl almost killed him. Dr. Neena Gupta was his PCP and she saw him within the 2 months and SAID NOTHING!! Dr. Z saw him and also said nothing, Dr. O saw him when we drove their after that phone call and with NO EXPLANATION all they said were that they were sorry. And the office manager Kenneth who did not want to speak with me on the phone said he was also too busy to speak with us. ***PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! THEY HAVE TOO MANY STUDENTS AND UNPROFESSIONAL PPL WORKING IN THAT OFFICE***

The most caring Doctor I have ever been to . Actually takes his time with you. Office staff has been nothing but professional an the wait time is minimal. Praying Dr. Last doesn’t leave practice I hate starting all over again.

Overall it is horrible, horrible and horrible.I went in April and nearly had a panic attack (it has been over a year since visiting but had so many previous bad experiences there) and Dr. Gupta took her time with me and listened to all my concerns, she brought in the office manager and she too listened and Dr. Gupta expressed that my concerns were something they were dealing with regularly with patients, but she is leaving soon too because of the issues there, just like the previous two physicians who recently left... I went in to pick up a referral which they never called me to notify it was ready. They don't really greet you, phones ringing off the hook, and just a lack of customer/client care. Plus the receptionist had really, really long fingernails, very unprofessional and unhygienic. I'm keeping it at one star. I don't even know how this place can stay in business??

I just come to see Dr Gupta and Dr Z....really good doctors....but this place has the worst office assistants..office is always a mess!....I am waiting almost 2 hours here!..I have coming here almost 4years and they never can find my records...!.. Dessapoiment! The doctors should find better help here....
