As a a female in my early 30s I went to Dr. Trent for my first time ever Botox injections. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Trent is very patient and great at explaining. It does not hurt, feels like mosquito bites. She analyzes your facial muscles to ensure you still have movement in your face. You will NOT get the frozen face look you hear about. I definitely recommend her. You set your budget upfront which is nice. Her staff reminds you about signing up for Botox rewards, Brilliant Distinctions.

I never got to meet Dr trent but her receptionist was very rude and condescending on the phone. She answered as if I was calling her personal mobile. I was just trying to figure out appointment availability before going through with the process of scheduling, as sometimes dermatologists can take weeks. She was very rude and uninviting and she even laughed at me. Extremely unprofessional. Lost my business not only in medical but cosmetic care too. 2/21/18 Thanks for responding

Dr.Trent does a fabulous job with botox and juvederm injections. My crowsfeet are gone and my forehead is smooth. She gave me Juvederm to lift up the corners of my lips. Now, I look again like a happy person. I was numbed for the procedures and completely comfortable the entire time. I would recommend her for any cosmetic procedures.

I was a patient of Dr. Trent for a couple of years and always found her to be cold and standoffish. On my last visit, Dr. Trent was outright rude and condescending. There's something about laying on a exam table basically naked and being treated like an idiot in front if the assistant nurse that made the experience somehow more humiliating. I'll never go back.

Dr. Trent was nasty, demoralizing, arrogant and condescending. Would have walked out but was concerned with an area on my face she had just diagnosed as cancerous plus I was not comfortable expressing anger while naked in a paper gown. Dr. Trent's office referred me to another doctor for surgery since Dr. Trent does not perform excisions or MOHS herself. When the other office called I found I was referred for an excision on the center of my face, when I asked what the difference was between the two procedures the exact response was "excision is fast and cheap". Dr. Trent and her office obviously did not have concern about the look of the direct center of my face. I called three other dermatology offices and found that, given the location on my face and in such close proximity to my eye no other office would consider an excision - they would only do MOHS. After mentioning this practice to co-workers I heard similar horror stories - wish I had researched more prior to seeing Dr. Trent. Very happy with my new practice, everyone is kind and supportive and check-ups and surgeries are performed by the same physician - the exact opposite of the terrible experience with Dr. Trent.

Dr. Trent is great. Our family has gone to her practice for several years now and have always had a perfect experience. I personally have gone for both "unusual marks" on my skin I was worried about and have had laser hair removal done. When I was worried about my skin she took care of it extremely quick and did thorough testing to ensure nothing was wrong. As far as laser hair removal I'm still in the process and have done 2 sessions both of which were great. I'm seeing great results already after just 2 sessions too which is much more than expected. Spoke with the front desk. After reading the reviews I was expecting a rowdy front desk receptionist and boy they succeeded the expectations. I chose to call because almost all of the reviews indicate what an amazing Dr. Dr. Trent is, so having to deal with rude front desk didn't bother me at first. What did bother me was that 1. front desk person telling me that Dr. Trent does not treat spider or varicose veins anymore (as still listed on website, with a photo of a laser on a leg!), also she said that 'varicose and spider veins are the same thing', and to call Dr. Russell Samson's office (who has even more interesting reviews). 2. After I asked to please wait a moment so I could write down the information she hung up. 3. After I call back, another receptionist answers telling me Dr. Trent no longer treats legs and rushed me off the phone. Rude. Unprofessional staff.

I am beyond happy with my Botox and Juvederm filler. It was my first time so I was a little anxious and didn't know what to expect. Jewel was very friendly, went over different options and had some suggestions before I saw Dr Trent. Dr Trent walked me through every detail about what she was doing and about what to expect over the next few weeks. I didn't even really know what to ask for and didn't want a dramatic change so I left it up to her professional opinion. The results are beyond amazing. The Juvederm placed carefully around my mouth and jowl area gives me a much happier look (no more droopy mouth corners). A little undereye treatment makes me look well rested and some Botox took away a few years. I truly look the way I feel right now - actually I even feel better because I look better. Thank you!

Dr. Trent Thank you for your quick response. I must set the record straight however. I NEVER DEMANDED ANYTHING ! I asked if something could be done for my son and I was told NO. What I was told also was very strange regarding referrals and blood work and questioned it. You know me a very long time Dr. Trent and I admire and respect your skill sets and care provided to me and my family In all my time as your patient name one time that you or your staff at your prior offices ever claimed I was belligerent or ever made any demands or treated you and your prior staff in any way but respectful. Yet I read on your timeline EMILY N., ANTON D. and other comments about your present office staff being rude and unaccommodating. I will forgive their rudeness because you are too fine a doctor to lose but I won't accept being accused of demanding anything. Your receptionist has an attitude problem not me. I called this office for an appointment and the the receptionist was nasty and rude to me over the phone. I was referred to see this doctor by my PCP and was treated with no respect. If this is any indication of how this doctor runs this practice, I want nothing to do with it. Going elsewhere.

I went to Dr. Trent to have Botox done to my forehead, glabella, crows feet and fillers (Volbella) in my lips. It was the most amazing job I have ever had! I don't write reviews to often but when I do they are very sincere & true. Ladies & gentlemen, if you have areas on your face that bother you or you feel could use Botox or Fillers she is the doctor to go to! I felt zero pain in all areas and to say I felt no pain in my lips is shocking to even me since I have had them done two times prior and it was painful. I have never had a doctor give me two numbing agents. I not only had topical numbing ointment applied to all areas she injected but she also injected a numbing agent into my lips before injecting the Volbella. She is very professional, called me to make sure I was doing good the next day and even better I had no bruising whatsoever anywhere. All around great place! Friendly staff, Sheila was very kind & informative. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Trent.
