I had a very good experience at this office! I had some issues that gave me the end result of needing a hysterectomy. I first saw Dr. Cook, and let me say she is amazing! She made me feel comfortable and explained my situation to me and I felt well informed. Dr. Agrios did my surgery and he is amazing as well! They show concern and have very good bedside manner. I recommend them to anyone who ask do I know any good doctors.

Update as of 10/23: Two Professionals from the office, Vivynne and Amber, reached out to me yesterday with apologies and solutions. After everything that’s happened, I’ve finally been able to make an appointment and switch back over to All About Women. Both Vivynne and Amber were pleasant, helpful and extremely apologetic. I’m very pleased that everything is resolved and impressed at the measures they went through to ensure everything was rectified and that I was happy. Thank you, ladies! —————————————————————— I have been calling the practice for the passed 6 weeks in an attempt to make a new patient appointment for Gynecology. In the 6 weeks I have called, no one has answered the phone or returned anything I filled out online. I’m adamant about seeing Shelly, because I adore her, but that this point I guess it’s time to give up. What a disappointment. I feel bad for your current patients that need you and more than likely can’t ever get through. How unprofessional.

Dr. Scogin is by far the best Ob/Midwife! She has been nothing but the best since I've been pregnant and after my pregnancy (3 weeks ago). I highhhlllyyy recommend her. She shows that she cares about your well being. During and after your pregnancy.

I wish I could put NO stars!!! This was the worst place I've ever had the discomfort to have experienced. The wait was close to the worst, 3 hours in the waiting room and then 1hr and 27mins in the back room. The crew was so rude and Doctor was even worse. The pregnant ladies were leaving left and right because the doctor was so rude. My experience with him was less then unacceptable, he asked me 4 questions...no exam, no advice, nothing. He said there was nothing he could do for me and that I'd wasted my time. He said don't worry about this visit...just make an appointment to come back.. Oh..ok..... Then I start getting bills for 205$ So your telling me not to worry about the visit and then charging me 205$ to sit and wait 4 and a half hours and tell me you cant help me. The worst place I've ever been to.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The waiting room is lovely, with a play area for younger children, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. ( Having said that, I have heard them chastise other patients who were late, so it all goes with running a tight ship.) Appointments are seen on time. I get smiles and even hugs from the nurses every time I go. Dr. Iobst ( His Bedside manner is awkward, but he's an amazing Dr and a fine surgeon) delivered my second child here in ''08 via c-secion. The experience was as smooth as can be and my post-op pain was so much better than what I experienced the first time( with a different dr and hospital). North Fl Regional is a fantastic place to deliver! I'm now driving from out of town so I can have my 3rd child here. Its completely worth it!

I've been a patient at All About Women for a year and a half now. Over 7 years ago, I saw Dr. Cook for my first pregnancy. I was thrilled to find her at this practice when I knew I was finished building a family and it was time to plan for the next phase of my life. More than a year ago, she performed the Essure procedure for me. She is someone who I would not hesitate to go to any time I have any sort of well woman care concerns. Dr. Cook is a physician unlike any I've ever met before - soft spoken and empathetic, gentle, takes her time, and puts me at ease anytime I have concerns. From our chats, I know she has a real heart for taking care of us ladies. A word about the practice All About Women, too - everyone there has been so friendly and professional. They have called me to check up on me, responded very quickly when I emailed via the patient portal, and always let me know what to expect regarding insurance and billing. I have never had a less than perfect interaction with any staff member, which is saying a lot! Highly recommend this practice.

By far the WORST experience ever! I am currently 19 weeks pregnant and was discharged from the practice. I had been attending this office since 9/19 with no issues. On 10/3, I met with Dr. Joseph Iobst after having my sonogram but I was assigned to Dr. Russell who was out sick that day. When I had the ultrasound, the ultrasound tech told me that I was 9 weeks. After that, I was placed in a room for about 45 minutes to an hour waiting for my next appt. when it was supposed to be 30 minutes after the ultrasound appt. Dr. Iobst comes in and starts off by telling me I'm 10 weeks based of my LMP. I asked Dr. Iobst what the difference was since the ultrasound tech had just told me something different. He seemed aggravated and discredited the ultrasound tech by saying she didn't know what she was talking about. This was a red flag to me; you all work at the same institution and if she is the ultrasound tech, I would think that she would know how to read the images and I still had no clarity. Things went downhill from there and I asked if I could see someone else. I was in the room waiting for another 30-45 minutes after he left out and then the facility manager, Vivan Agrios came in and we agreed to reschedule the appt. I never expressed to her that I was uncomfortable with him or no longer wanted to see him. She insisted that I find another practice because he may be the dr. on call when I go into labor. I told Vivan, I would have no problem with that, I just didn't want to deal with his demeaning attitude that day. I had my next appt. and everything went fine. When I showed up to my appt after that, they told me I had been discharged from the practice. They decided to discharge me from the practice for something that was inaccurate: inappropriate behavior towards the staff or other patients and non-compliance with treatment plan which are both inaccurate. I have had everything done that needs to be done up until this point in my pregnancy at this office so I have never been non compliant with or refused treatment. I have never had interactions with other patients and Dr. Iobst and I only met for 5-10 minutes that day and I asked to see someone else because I didn't like the way he spoke to me. I spoke with Jamie Mousa on 11/29 and she told me that she did not receive a note about me until 11/21 which is a month and a half after I had that unfortunate appt. I called the office on 11/30 to get a number to corporate to report the incident. I was told by Jamie that there was a corporate number but she needed to verify with her boss, Vivan, that it was correct. A few minutes later, I received a call from Vivan stating there is no corporate to report to and she doesn't know who holds them accountable as an organization when I was just told that there is a number. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Dr. Scogin is the worst, the women who work there have no manners and no respect. They all look tired and miserable except for one or two. They'll make you wait ridiculously long hours just to tell you something you could have easily searched on WebMD. Some of these physicians practice medicine as if they bought their license. I highly recommend Shands hospital, the nurses are caring and competent. I delivered my baby at Shands and it was the best experience ever. Why I ever tried to see an GYN here, simply because they were accepting new patients. Shands is better or find another local doctors office. I don't care if you have insurance where you have $0 in co-pay, do not give these people any of your service! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE

We love Doctor Kurt Jones! He has a calm and gentle demeanor and a sense of humor. Navy trained, he helped our daughter through her first pregnancy and delivered our granddaughter safely. We would recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor who cares and is there for you. I would give him ten stars

I arrived early, was seen early, and was out only 30 minutes after my apportionment time. I am very pleased with how fast and efficient the office is. I absolutely loved my NP, she took the time to answer my many questions and reassured me about everything. I will definitely be coming back!

This is by far the worst OBGYN I have ever been too. My first appointment was just to fill out paperwork which I could have done before hand. I drove an hour just to be told thats all I was going to do. The next appointment I had, I was told I would be getting an ultrasound and having a check up. When I got there I was taken back to the room in a timely manner only to be in the back room for over an hour. The doctor finally came in and talked to me for 5 minutes or less than left. Such a waste of time!!! Beware when selecting this OBGYN in Gainesville, Fl you will be let down.

Natasha Newman

Their company policies are absurd and they do not seem to care about their patients at all.

This is the BEST gyn I have every been to. I have been seeing Dr. Cook for the last 4 years and think she is wonderfully compassionate and really takes the time to address any concerns and make you feel taken care of. Also, most recently, the office staff has been so VERY helpful with helping me get my records sent off, which turned into a big ordeal, but they saved the day and were so wonderful during the whole process.

Cassie Jaco

The best obgyn ever! I've been going here my whole pregnancy and this is my first, the doctors and nurses male me feel wanted and calm me down when I'm scared Dr. Agrios is really patient and soft spoken, which keeps me calm deffently recommend coming here for first time moms!
