No complaint about medical staff; however their bill processing service impossible to get hold of. I was incorrectly billed per my health insurance. I have tried calling their bill processing service and all I get is voicemail. Left several messages but no returned calls.

I was told one price on the phone. I even asked if there were any other fees. When I get there there's an extra 140$ I asked to speak to the office manager which after 10 min of sitting in that room by myself I looked for the exit and opened a door with over 6 staff members eating breakfast. You are not their number 1 priority. Go somewhere else.

Reception leaves a lot to be desired and really doesn’t represent the doctor. Reception is rude and short when speaking to people, quick to roll eyes and speaks low.. I think on purpose just to get an attitude when not heard.

These ratings don't give Dr. Gottlieb justice. I would give him 100 Stars if I could. The best doctor I have ever seen! My family now goes with him too. I trust anything he tells me and would do anything he told me. Dr. Gottlieb cares and has even taken time to call me at home to talk to me about lab results. Getting a hold of the office is a breeze. All you have to do is email them and they call you right back. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Dr Gottlieb is the worse Doctor that I experienced. It's my first time visit as a new patient . My impression to him is not a person he feel that he has to do what he need to do and go . No beside manner . He think because he is a doctor pt should listen to him and patient is no say . Professional dermatologist and staff, we’ve been patients for over 10 years. We even brought our 91 year old mother to Dr. Gottlieb for a necessary procedure on her hand. Dr. Gottlieb’s knowledge of what needed to be done as well as the procedure went seamless, minimal discomfort and healed beautifully. Dr Jay Gottlieb really cares for each patient, takes his time with you and lets you ask questions and/or discuss concerns. We now live on the West Coast and drive to see him, we will not go anywhere else. We’ve had various kinds of necessary and cosmetic procedures done by both Dr Gottlieb and Amy Gottlieb Greenberg, Thermage, Laser Hair removal, Botox, dark spot removal, and annual full body checks. The Best there is in South Florida.

I was seen by Dr. Amy Greenberg, and after 10 minutes, my mind was put at ease when she diagnosed me with something not nearly as severe as what I initially thought I had. She also suggested a certain vitamin, and then answered all questions I had. She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only part of my initial visit (and hopefully only visit) was the price. It was too high for an unemployed college student: $175. I was told the average price was $150, and it is paid up front. I wouldn't mind going back when I'm employed and/or have insurance.

The doctor was good, but the staff was horrible beyond words. Apparently the office is ran by a private company and not the doctor, so the doctor is an employee and has no control over the manager or front desk. I come in for my first visit, a consultation!! The doctor looks at a wart on my hand and adds a cream to it, and asks for me to come back in 6 weeks. When I walk out, the manager in front says that the procedure the doctor performed is not covered by my insurance and I was to pay $180 out of pocket right there before leaving. She said that I had signed a consent form stating that I could be charged for any procedure without notice and that I needed to pay right that second. I told her to send me the bill home, she said no, you need to pay now. I told her I was not prepared to pay that kind of money she asked me to give her whatever I had. I asked for the manager and she replied "I am the regional manager, so nobody else can help you, I am the doctor's boss, you signed a consent form, you need to pay now". It is important to mention that at that point I had paid the office $60 copayment and they were going to bill my insurance. It is sad to go to a doctor like this. Really good doctor but awful people managing the place, what a shame!!! They should have told me BEFORE adding the cream to my hand that it was a procedure not covered by the insurance and how much it was going to cost me. Simple as that. Ex. adding this cream will cost you $180, would you like to continue? Yes or No. What these people did is fraudulent!!

The doctors are good, but the front receptionist is RUDE! Both me & my husband have complained but it didn’t seem to matter. She’s abrupt in person & even mire so on the phone. Also the wait times to see the doctor are ridiculous!!! Why have an appointment time if you are forced to wait so long?

I have nothing bad to say about the Dr. but the business practices itself are fraudulent. I had to pay before leaving even though I have insurance. Upon speaking to my insurance afterwards, I was overcharged per their contract agreement and I'm still trying to get my money back. I was supposed to go and have another procedure done but I cancelled due to the lack of knowledge and being lied to by the billing department. I believe the Doctors are there to help but the business side is there to steal money from the patients. I will not return and I suggest others pay close attention as well.

AMAZING!!! By far the most detailed and honest dermatologist I have ever met. It took 8 dermatologists and 10 years before finding Dr. Gottlieb and he is the only one who fixed my acne. He asked for my medical records and read through everything, and he ordered blood work to rule out all other possible culprits and he does not try to sell you products that won't work. To make an appointment or to get in contact with the office don't call. Go on the website and email them and in less than 24 hours they will call you. The Hospital call center is a pain so he tells you to email them.

Dr. Gotlieb is the best dermatologist that I've known, the only doctor I will trust my face to. He has taken many moles off of my face and I always get great results. Now I'm taking my son to him as well. He will not take just any mole off that you ask, he says it's always better to have a mole than to have a scar. That says a lot about him, he is very caring. I wasn’t a pleasant visit and I was paying to see the doctor. She was so hurry. If you could do the treat that I need and she reply I don’t have time to sit 30 min and do it right now. I know I wasn’t paying for a surgery that is more expensive. But is a professional too you need to have time for patience and it was horrible experience.
