The service is terrible. No good customer service at all. The wife and the Husband runs the office and both of them are DISRESPECTFUL and do treatment that is unnecessary just to take your money... They don't care about the children. They just want your money.

Was really looking forward to switching to wild smiles unfortunately we never got the chance. Only our wasted time. When I first called them and told them what our insurance was they made it seem like they accepted it. They took down the info and scheduled us. At the appointment my husband asks again if they accept our insurance. The answer they gave was "we bill them and if they dont accept it you get billed". So we ask for the quote and its 289!!! They were so casual about us fitting that bill. Husband called our insurance and turned out that they don't accept them as a provider. The whole ordeal felt shady. I've never had a place do that. Usually it goes something like this...hey, I'm looking to book a new patient appointment do you accept said insurance? Then it's a yes/no, or tell you they aren't sure and to call your insurance. Not pretend they do and then tell you once your there that you'll just fit the bill so its whatever

Amazing experience! My kids enjoyed their visits and were never scared. Office staff are very professional. Always are informed of what is being done. One of my children is a heart patient and extra care was put into preparing for his visit to make sure he was properly medicated before hand. I will refer anyone looking for a caring kid friendly dentist Wild Smiles way!!

My kids and I love Wlid Smiles!!! I switched them from another pediatric dentist earlier this year, and I can really appreciate the extra care and attention given here. The card and points system is a wonderful incentive for kids to get excited about their dental care, that carries on even after the visit. Lastly, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the prizes...they have THE BEST prizes, bar none!!!

My son has been going here since he was 2 years old. He normally doesn't like doctors but when its time for the dentist, he is All In. IHe especially likes the waiting-room games, he says, since sometimes you have to wait due to emergencies. Amazing staff and doctors. Definately recommend and worth the drive up from Dover.

Great place for the kids! Not once have my kids been scared to go to the dentist here, they're professional and very, very child friendly. All the procedures are explained in layman's terms so it's easy to understand exactly what is going to be done. Highly recommend to anyone with a child who needs dental care (which they all do!),

Insensitive to veterans with PTSD. I highly recommend if you are a veteran with ptsd to take your child else where. The Doctor spoke down to my husband multiple times about his cell phone going off. It was me who was calling his phone. And I didn’t know he was in the back with my son. So they kicked him and my 5 year old son out and said they weren’t allowed back. And on top of that they never gave my husband a doctors note for my son’s school. They are unprofessional and rude. I don’t even understand why he couldn’t have his phone. I’ve had my phone back there numerous times without a word said to me. I have pictures and everything to support this.

Both my son and niece have been going to Wild Smiles for years! Always recieve great service from the front desk staff to the staff in the back and when we check out! My niece is terrified of the dentist and cries every time we go but the staff is always patient with her and gets her thru the appointments! Love it here and always reccomend them to family and friends!

My son was supposed to get two fillings Dr. Jay (who has an attitude)decides he wants to bill me for two separate visits and tried telling me the time I need to bring him for the next appointment. On top of that the tech ask me if I’m pregnant. So all around horrible experience. The games in the waiting room are broke and do not work.no professionalism at all.

Love Wild Smiles and Dr. Jay. I take all 3 of my boys there, two of which are in braces. Staff is always great and friendly. Dr. Jay has always gone above and beyond in his care of my children, especially my oldest who's 2 year orthodontist plan turned in to 4 because of football. I took my son here for the first time today. The decor was very fun all over the office. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dentist was great with my 5 year son, who was very nervous and shy. They also have a "prize" area where they let the kids pick out a prize or two after their visit. The staff even eventually got my son to open up and talk by the end of the visit! We had a great experience here and I would definitely recommend this office!

My daughter loves coming here and the scenery is fun and the staff and Dr are great but the available hours aren't so great. I work similar hours and it's hard to take off work. Should consider having one late night until at least 7pm.

I think I will cast my vote for the monkeys! — at Wild Smiles - Dentistry for Kids" No matter the day, we always enjoy our visits to Wild Smiles as the experience is great from the; appointment reminder call, check-in process, the parent pre-consult, the kids exam, parent post-consult, prize selection and check-out! All staff is courteous, helpful, efficient, expedient and knowledgeable. As for the atmosphere it is, welcoming, colorful, entertaining and clean and a place we look forward to visiting, so much that we have been driving all the way up from Dover to their old and new office for over 8 years! BOTTOM LINE...WE ARE WILD ABOUT WILD SMILES DENTISTRY FOR KIDS!!!

Avoid this place for frustration. Staff isn't so attentive & the male dentist here should probably look into a different role since he's super impatient with kids. He did not completely fulfill my child's procedure as my child was nervous, the dentist was super impatient and didn't care to show. He was Super rude and will never be going back.

Parents should be allowed to accompany their child. There is laws to this and I'm one to review the law. Kids shouldn't be going alone on these type of visits by themselves. To have a parent sit in a room while their childs teeth is being worked on is wrong we have no idea what is going on you just give a report on how it is afterwards not acceptable you want us to build a rapport with the dentist then help change what your doing. We will definitely be finding another place for our child to get the care for their teeth

I fell INLOVE with Wild Smiles from the second I walked into the door for my sons first visit. From the atmosphere, and the pleasant front desk I knew we would be long time patients from then on! My son has had nothing but great experiences! Dr Cathy is great and very gentle !! My daughter is 13 months old and she had her very first cleaning a couple weeks ago and the way Dr. Harris handled her was nothing short of perfect. She is very skiddish and hates anyone touching her mouth but she made our visit super fun, easy and quick!! My family is getting on board and making appointments for their kids too!

The doctor is very rude, no manners with the parents nor with the children. They've set up 2 game consoles for kids to play but they are never on, and when kids ask they tell them they are out of service. The only good thing about them was the reward program and the receptionist told me they are going to stop it

Dr. Jay Harris and the entire staff have been wonderful in caring for my 4 year old daughter and 6 year old son. My daughter is fearless. Unfortunately, my son was a difficult patient and refused to allow them to do the needed work over the first visit. We have seen advertisement for this place as well as heard wonderful things about this office. I booked my 5 yr olds First Dentist appointment this July. WoW is an understatement. The staff are all very kind and courteous, the atmosphere alone speaks volumes. We waited under 10 minutes to be examined and walked out into a Prize room. My daughter was ear to ear smiles with the care of the staff and how they treated her through the exam right down to setting up her next appointment. Thank you is not enough to say for a great first dentist appointment and swift action putting on sealant to prevent any further issues. Both visits were Great! I highly recommend WildSmiles. We will be returning for every 6 month visit from here on out.

We switched to Wild Smiles after a disappointing experience at another dental office. We have been with Wild Smiles for 4-5 years now and love the service we receive! We bring our 6 kids in all at once and the process is always smooth and hassle free. We feel like the dental care our children receive is high quality and is always in the best interest of the children. We have experienced injuries that we received prompt call backs and consulting from the dentist. Our kids are always excited to visit the dentist and enjoy their visit! We travel up from Middletown and hope that we will be able to stay with Wild Smiles as long as we have young children!

Horrible experience! Please do not take your child to this place!!!! my son had a procedure done and the doctor did a horrible job, rushed through the procedure because they scheduled so many kids at the same time. They try to sound so professional but don't fall for it! Awful job they don't care about their patients, they care about the money they get out all of the procedures! I called back to check if the doctor could possible fix what she had done, but all I got was there is not much to do! Luckily, they are not his permanent but as a parent I was so furious!! Hopefully people start to see that they really don't know what they are doing. The staff is nice, friendly but the doctors are horrible, I have nothing bad to say about their staff. Please stay away from this place!!!!!

Terrible first experience. First, I told them no X Ray's because my daughter just had them done 6 months ago at another office. They took one anyway and I made sure I didn't see a charge for it. They wanted me to hold down my 2 year old while she screamed so they could get x Ray's (did not happen). They would not let me go back with my 4 year old because they said at 4 years old they're considered on the "independent" side. They pushed sealants?! This place is terrible!

This place is terrible we went there and they put a device in my daughters mouth and did not tell us anything about it. And then they did not call or contact us to schedule another appointment. Then we finally called and they said we own them a ton of money and they didn't even tell us why or anything. Also they were so rude to my child they yelled at her for feeling uncomfortable. They are completely unreliable. I would not recommend this dentistry at all. If you are thinking about going here I suggest you rethink it is not worth it.

The office staff are wonderful!!! However the Doctors, and their Hygienists are rude, impatient, and have no bedside manner!!! I have 5 children all of which I used to take to this dentist. They all loved the rewards, and the video game console, however, there was always a story of someone saying or doing something rude to them. One of my daughters has a condition that causes her teeth to disintegrate. The dentist said she needed some sort of retainer. They gave her a retainer, which also included a strict diet. We followed the diet, which was very easy, because she is allergic to everything except oxygen, every week it would come off. We would go back, and the lady would say, you need to follow directions!!! And get rude and smart!! The strict diet was full of things she has NEVER eaten because of allergies!!! So I told the lady, wouldn't it make sense that if her teeth disintegrate that maybe her teeth are getting smaller and that is the cause of the retainer becoming loose? She just stared at me. Also, I have a problem with the fact that as most people do, I always have my phone in my hand!!! They have total fits, and become very enraged when they see a phone!!! That led me to believe that they are doing things they do not want anyone to have video proof of!!! I would be very precautious and listen to your child, and observe!!! Also pay attention that anytime someone tells the truth about this place, they have 4 or 5 post that rate 5 stars to push down the honest reviews!!!! They now go to Gentle Touch smiles, which they absolutely love!!!

Saw the advert in the paper and made an appointment for my 5 year old . All she needed was 2 teeth filled from previous fillings falling out and couldn’t stay still to have them redone. Since her dentist doesn’t sedate , we ended up here . The place is great with awesome staff but the doctor was another story . She talked to my wife like she knew nothing. Tried to recommend 4 root canals. Sedation and intubation , all this on teeth that will fall out and have others grow. Talk about milking the insurance and making us uncomfortable. Have knowledge of what you seek especially when money is in play.

My pediatric dentist sent us here because they did not have “laughing gas” to do the procedure needed. We arrive under the assumption she would be having her painful cavity taken out and her issues addressed. Nope scheduled weeks out to even have the cavity looked at. In the mean time they will be doing sealants in her other teeth. Leaving the painful cavity in. Today’s appointment was a waste of time. The dentist (don’t even know her name didn’t introduce herself) was rushed acted as if my questions were annoying her. And when I asked about the tooth that cause my 8 yr old pretty severe pain ahh some ibuprofen and Tylenol well I’m. It one to constantly give my kid medicine. Definitely not the dentist for me and my family but that’s just my opinion.

This place is HORRIBLE. My children, husband, and I had the worst experience. Our appointment was at 9am, we weren't even taken back until 10am. I brought 2 children; my son's (1 year old) first time at the dentist and my 10 year old daughter. They said no one was aloud to go back with my daughter which I think is against the law. She is a 10 yr old girl and I want her to be with her at all times. They talked to us with demands as if we knew "their rules" IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME THERE!! It is a kids dentist and they are NOT kid friendly .My daughter even said that she did not want to go back because they're rude. (She likes everyone) I also over heard two little girls my daughter's age talking to each other about how they wish their mom was sitting with them and how they wanted their mom. This place is absolutely the worst place I have even been. Needless to say we didn't get out of there until 11:30. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They always are on time for taking patients back based at their appt time. Don't be too late at this place though because they will let you know you need to be on time. But this expected if they are staying true to their patients' appt times. You will not get much if any cell signal in their office but they do offer free Wifi if you ask them for the password. The waiting room is decorated nicely. They have two xbox 360s stations setup BUT the systems have never worked for as long as I have been coming here. IDK why they do not get these things fixed. The seating in the waiting room, I would say, is the most uncomfortable seating I have ever sat on. They have bench seating setup against the windows with a cross bar against the windows which makes the seating area not deep enough so you feel like you have a foot in your back the whole time. If you want my advice, wait in your car for your kids to get done with their appt. The staff and doctor are very nice and friendly. I would recommend them for dental and ortho work.

Please read. First experience last week was good with my oldest step daughter. This second time around I brought her back for a cleaning and had my 2yr old scheduled for her first appointment. All was well until I was back in the small waiting area near the chairs. While my oldest was in the chair getting her cleaning, my little one and I were in the little waiting area where she tried to escape every 3 seconds..so the terrible mother I am I gave her my phone to watch to hopefully chill her out (no one said a word) it didn't work any longer than 5 minutes. At that point (10 minutes after being brought back still waiting) I decided to let my husband know how HIS daughter was doing. Very rudely behind me I hear.. Can't have phones ma'am. So I try to quickly finish my message to my husband and put my phone down while also chasing my daughter and the male dentist says the same thing to me. I finally sit and get my daughter to sit and I'm done and am placing my phone down. Here comes the male dentist in the door telling me to take my phone outside. I ask him not to speak to me like I'm the child and I say I am an adult Im texting my husband yada yada. He proceeds to tell me it is his house and my phone needs to be put away. Mind you it was down at that point. I kept telling him I was texting my husband. He continued being so rude to me so with my attitude he told me I was hostile and he wasnt comfortable treating me, he refused to treat my 2yr old and told me we had to find another office. After already waiting 45 minutes to get called back to begin with. Just very unprofessional. My little girl..was so excited and that man ruined her first experience at the dentist and had our oldest in tears because he wouldn't see her sister. All over an adults phone being out but not saying a word when I had YouTube on for the baby. Its such ashame people can be so cruel. Oh and my husband asked him to apologize and the Dr refused becaused he doesn't believe he was in the wrong. By telling me its HIS house already made me feel like it wasn't right for us anyway. God just verified.
