Good Doctor but a HORRIBLE STAFF!. Rude, argumentative, and could care less about the patients.

If you’re looking for a doctor this isn’t the place you want to be. I believe Dr. Kripalu is a good doctor; but, don’t expect to see him when you want your doctor. Isis will tell you he is booked solid for the next month and there’s no way you can get in front of him. You must agree to see one of the Nurse Practitioners. It’s a kind of bait and switch. You sign up with the Internist and after that visit you get a nurse. And it’s not even going to be the same nurse the next visit. You see whoever is available. That’s Dr Kripalu’s rule. There is no relationship building, getting to know your health care provider. It’s going to be someone who has no experience with you or your medical history. You will be better off going to the Medical Aid Unit. At least you can be certain of being seen by a doctor there. And it’s true that the staff will argue with you, especially Isis. Oh, there’s one more thing. Once you get seen expect to receive three, maybe four bills from Trinity Medical. I just got a fourth bill from an appointment I had in July. I threw that one in the garbage. I have quit this circus. Caveat emptor.

very Bad. I went with a flu and cough. Doc Nicole asked me to take some fever medicine and aske dme to call back if not feelign well. Calle dafter week saying fever is controlled with mortin and Tylonol but aske dsoemthing for cough. I tried reachng them everyday and after 5 days they replied back and send some cough drops to pharmancy and they wnated me to try that first before giving any anti-biotics. They don't care how much I ahve been suffering from last 14 days wit cough and not even prescribing anti-biotics even I asked. Very bad experince.

I’ve been a patient for about 18 months and I drive from Philadelphia to see Ashley Doyle as my primary care provider, because she is the best. Ashley is so friendly, compassionate, and cares about you as a whole person. I honestly can’t imagine going to another practice for primary care. The staff is also very nice & fun. I have a hectic schedule and often have to cance and rebook appointments, and they’ve always been incredibly accommodating. I used to have awful medical anxiety because of poor experiences with doctors in the past, but I always feel good after I go to Trinity.

Absolutely everyone at Trinity is helpful, kind, and fantastic. I see David Kohl, and he's always very helpful and thorough. He takes my million-and-one concerns seriously, orders tests and labs to check for underlying causes of symptoms, and respects my need to understand things better - if I ask for technical information about something, he explains it clearly. He also knows I'm a nervous worrier who asks a million questions; he never tries to rush me out and always answers all my questions, but also isn't afraid to tell me when I'm worrying needlessly and why, which I value a lot. Having heard so many horror stories of doctors who are the opposite of all the above, I feel very fortunate to have such a great primary care practitioner.

I had a horrible experience at Trinity Medical Center. I went for a follow up appointment with my nurse practitioner. (I’ve never been seen by an actual doctor). I told her I want to receive more therapy services and she told me no because physical therapy wrote me out the program. I talked to therapy they didn’t write me out. She told me to return work without restrictions, even though I told her I wasn’t comfortable. She asked for all the reasons why and I listed them. She says that I never reported these symptoms, even though she signed a paper on April 2nd, 2019, stating my diagnosis was due to my job. I will never return to the office. They don’t listen to the patients and you’re never seen by a doctor.

Set up an appointment with Zodoc. I arrived for my appointment and the desk said they did not have a record of the appointment and turned me away. In the meantime there was no-one in the waiting area. Than when I got home I see that they cancelled my appointment at 11am. When I was standing in front of them.
