Their phone system is really horrible. They close for "lunch" of course that's when one would normally try to place personal calls to schedule an appointment.

TOTAL MESS. Total Care Physicians is one of the most disorganized, inappropriate and careless primary care offices. From the moment you walk in, the staff is a total mess- loud, rude and discussing personal issues behind the desk. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone. I trusted my doctor initially, however he ultimately violated my privacy and terminated my care which resulted in occupational and personal stress, not to mention problems with my health. I should have known better given the office dynamics. I am thrilled to be seeking medical care elsewhere as this clinic should be reported to the DE licensing board.

I can not count the number of times that I was helped at total care. miss gray has just recently helped me overcome a very bad infection. they are effecient and friendly, courteous, ready to help you knowing that you are not feeling well. at the age of 73, I have been to many doctors. total care is, by far, the best doctors office that i have been to. thank you Total Care!

Dr. Jacobson is great but I just had a very unprofessional experience with the staff. I was told that they were closing at 3:00 and that I needed to be there by that time to get a note for work. I have been sick for a week and just saw the Dr two days ago but I was so out of it while there that I got the prescription but forgot to ask him for a note for work. I arrived at the Omega center at 2:20 pm and the doors were locked. I called and got the voicemail with an option to wait for an operator which I did. I explained my situation to the operator and she kindly called the office but to no avail. I then said that I would try the other door where patients exit because I thought someone might be there. That door was also locked. I got out of bed to go there and they weren’t there. Very unprofessional. Dr. Jacobson has nothing to do with this review. The staff flew the coop and now I will be going back to work Monday with no Dr. note after being out for 3 days. Hope they enjoyed getting off early for Black Friday

The answering service and staff are so rude and unwilling to answer questions. Appointments always get backed up for weeks because physicians are seldom available. Also waiting times are very long.

This place has the worst customer service. The nurse practitioner is rude, abrubt and seemed to care less about my concerns. I get that patients only get 3-4 minutes of face time but it is possible to make that precious time worthwile to the patient-especially since we are actually paying for these services. I waited for an extremely long time while I heard her talking in the next room with another doctor about vacation plans....really?

Service here is terrible. Front desk help saw me waiting at the door, sent me to another office just to come back and sign me in to the office i was waiting at. Also being the first to sign in for some reasons doesnt mean you are in a line. They seem to pick out the patients at will in no particular order. Also they schduale more that one person at the same time but dont have the staff to admit more then 1 patient at a time, which creates a looong waiting period. I am switching my primary.

I have never had a negative experience with this office. I see Dr Curci and he does take the time needed with me. I have never been rushed out of the examining room. He is very caring. I have also seen Dr Jacobson, again another great doctor. The waiting time is about 15-20 min .

I like my doctor, but it is absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone. You will never get a call back if you leave a message, and you're lucky if you get a person when you call. I don't know what's going on right now, but I need some documents faxed, and every time I call I'm immediately hung up on. I'm going to have to leave work and go to the office in person just to ask them to fax documents.
