I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the beautiful lobby in Havre DE Grace. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. My son saw one of the PA''s and had nothing but good things to say about her. We are both impressed by the professional care and customer service we received there!

Did not get to see the doctor. I was told my appointment was in BelAir which is the location I chose. I verified this appointment and location several times including before I left my home. When I wentBelAir was closed. I then called and was told it was in Havre de Grace. Dr. Jaffe may be a fine doctor, but the organization of his network of offices is disfunctional.

Why do I need my insurance card to make an appointment? When I told her I was at work she told me call us back when you have the number on the insurance card. Receptionist did not answer my questions, kept on taking my info down . SOME ONE PLEASE GIVE THEM A CLASS ON COURTESY .

Dr. Jaffe is awesome!!! I've been coming to see him for my acne for the past 2 years and it's gotten a lot better. The stuff he prescribed for me worked wonders. I was getting nowhere trying to get rid of my acne by myself. Also an added bonus: they've moved to a new location in HdG, the building is much larger. I definitely recommend Dr. Jaffe if you are fed up with your acne, he will truly help you to look and feel better. I got my confidence back after going here :)

The staff at all the offices are terribly rude. Worst customer service skills ever. They always seem to have an attitude like they hate their job so much that they can’t even pretend to be nice to patients. They are extremely unhelpful with rescheduling my appointments and obtaining refill prescriptions. It always takes them a really long time to pick up the phone. Even in person they are rude. I only continue going to this office because it would take me a really long time to get into a different office and I need to continue my medication. I have been going here for years and every interaction with them has been poor. I’ve held off on writing a review for so long, because I know what it’s like to work in a medical office, but I’m not a rude customer so I don’t know why I get treated so poorly every time I call either of their offices.

From the moment I walked into the Havre De Grace office I felt the relaxed and calming atmosphere. The registration process was quick and efficient, and the waiting room music was soft and relaxing. When I was called and escorted back to the examination room by Cindy who was very professional and kind. Cindy made me feel relaxed as I looked at the display of old medication bottles and antique remedies displayed in the cabinet in the exam room. When Dr Jaffey entered I was pleased to meet him for he first time. His relaxing demeanor reduced my anxiety right away. He quickly diagnosed my issue and proceeded to explain two way to treat my condition and gave me the choice. As I waited to check out and schedule my follow-up appointment another patient jumped in front of me and proceeded to check out. Shocked by what just happened I just stood there and that’s when Cindy asked me to step back into another area to schedule my appointment. Unknowing Cindy witnessed the rude man's actions and took me to another location to schedule my appointment. Cindy’s quick thinking was so nice and very appreciated.

Cindy was very accommodating. I had to cancel my appt for August and she was able to give me an appt for the next day which was totally amazing. My appt was for 9 and I did not get seen until 10. At the Bel Air office, they always give me free samples of moisturizers and lotions. They do not do this at the Havre de Grace office. I also feel as if the staff at the Bel Air office are much more friendlier. Dr. Williams is very thorough and makes me feel completely comfortable with her. Overall. I would give 4 out of 5 for my experience of the office and staff but 5 out of 5 for Dr. Williams.

I see Dr. Jaffe and very happy with my treatment. I have had no issues with the front desk but I am sure if this was brought to Dr. Jaffe's attention he would handle it. I found him to be very attentive to my problem, took in consideration my limitations and created a plan that works for me.

Had appointment at end of September had to wait 2 months for that appointment and they called saying the doctor wouldn't be there that day and that they couldn't get me rescheduled until January so they expected me to suffer for 6 months

I have been to see Diane Williams multiple times, and every time I have received fair medical care. The front staff is incredibly rude in person and over the phone. Recently I called to have my records transferred and was hung up on. Just this morning I called at two different times and no one answered. I will be seeking dermatology needs elsewhere.

I saw Dr. Abbott and she was pleasant and knowledgable. Yearly exam, but wanted some help w/ large "age spots." Seeing her soon for laser therapy. Took care of actinic keratosis on my nose, and everything has healed well. I definitely would recommend this practice. I've been to two other practices in Harford County and was not happy with either. It's nice to NOT be dismissed because I'm a senior citizen. I love the receptionist and front desk staff which I saw at the Bel Air office.
