My experience at Dr. LaRusso office was perfect! Her staff was so helpful and polite. Now and days a lot of doctors do not know how to be polite, professional or have good bed side manner. But she was great, so sweet and kind made sure I understood everything. She is the first doctor in years that cleared my acne. I have seen so many doctors and nothing worked. Once I started Dr. LaRusso regimen my face cleared in perfect timining before a wedding I had to go to. I already recommended her to my whole family. If I could give Dr. LaRusso a thousand stars I would! She is an amazing doctor.

SunWise Dermatology has super helpfull and most friendly staff. Each time I come in the office I'm warmly greeted by a staff member it makes me feel so much welcomed. I love PA Gary's personality he has a wonderful sence of humor. Highly recommend SunWise Dermatology. I would give them 10 stars but the highest rating is 5.

We followed Gerry up to Middletown from his prior office in Dover. He is the only one we trust with our dermatology needs. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly. They accommodate any patient as far as appointments, and each one of them have a smile on their face. That says something about the management, and how they treat their staff...and follows through to their patients. Hence our loyalty to Gerry S. Thank you for being such a nice facility. I would definitely recommend.

As a new patient, I was hopefully optimistic that SunWise would be a good experience for me. And I was not disappointed. The staff was welcoming when I arrived and most helpful with the filling out of new patient paperwork along with recommending some local PCP's as I am new to this area. My treatment with Gerry was thorough and professional. I found him to be quite engaging on both the personal and professional level. After leaving the office I felt I had made a really good choice and have utmost confidence in using SunWise for my dermatology needs.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. The front desk staff is very effective and friendly. And the medical assistants are highly intelligent you can tell they’ve been trained very well. Gerry is great. You can tell he’s busy but he makes the visit personable and doesn’t make you feel rushed.

Today was my first visit at Sunwise Dermatology. I was so impressed with Gerry and the time and explanations he gave to me, I would recommend them to everyone. Beginning from the moment you walk in the staff is wonderful. Gia, my nurse, was excellent. If you have been disappointed with past visits to other dermatologist go to Sunwise. You will not be disappointed.

I have been seeing Gerry Stroupe for years, when he moved from Burke Dermatology I moved with him. However, I had to leave a review because this new office goes above and beyond. The front end staff are extremely accommodating/friendly on the phone and person which I cannot say the same about other practices. The nurse/tech Heather who helped with my visit was so compassionate. I have been going through a rough patch and both her and Gerry made sure I got top notch care along with leaving feeling emotionally better than when I showed up. If compassion, bedside manner and full service care is important to you Sunwise is absolutely the dermatologist for you.

I learned about this practice at the Middletown Peach Festival - and I am so glad I did! The reception staff is very friendly, Gerry was wonderful and his assistant too! Gerry explained everything during my exam. He has a great personality and sense of humor. He was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Sunwise Dermatology.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Larusso and Gerry on separate visits. The staff from the moment you walk into the office you are greeted by smiling, caring, and pleasant staff. I am so happy a Dover office is now an option. Both locations, both great experiences. Highly recommend Gerry if you have kids, he was so patient and made my daughter laugh the entire visit. Her eczema has never been so well controlled. Very thankful to have come across Sunwise Dermatology.

3’s a Crowd

Tried to call twice. Both times was asked to hold, I thought no problem. Was on hold for a few minutes then it would ring and go to a voice mail that’s not set up and have to hang up. Guess I will try a new place since new patients aren’t important here.

What is wrong with you people? I had to call several times to reschedule my appointment they did not answer the telephone the first 3 attempts. Finally when they answered their attitude was very unprofessional. The lady who answered the telephone acted like doing me a favor. Please! That's your job.
