I had an appointment at 8am and I thought it is normal practice to come 15 minutes early for any type of medical form fill outs. The office opened at 7:58 and calling the offices was useless because they dont pick up until 8am. This is a consistant and very irritating behavior to have for a medical facility. 8:19 I finally got into the examination room and now I'm waiting again. It's evident that these appointments are not something to try to schedule around working hours since they typically take an hour and a half to complete for a pap smear. Just be cautious in making an appointment and expect a very long wait. It has already been a half an hour and I know I'll be waiting even longer. I will be finding a new office to go to.

Trying to make an appointment or talk to someone is next to impossible! They say to use patient portal, then you log on and it says the provider doesn't accept online appointments! You call and it always goes to voicemail,and the few times someone answers it must be a mistake...because they hang up right away on you. It would be nice to speak to someone especially when you have an issue needing to be seen.

Nancy Mills APN is rude and extremely apathetic. I work in health care, and I am 10 short months from becoming a nurse practitioner myself, and I am only thankful for her due to realizing she has the exact opposite characteristics in a nurse practitioner that I would like to obtain. Otherwise, I’ve had no other issues at this office, all other staff members have been nice.

After my horrible experience with AtlantiCare Physician Group, I was wary of trying a new OB/GYN. But this office was great. I had no problem setting up an annual exam, and I had virtually no wait time for the room or the exam. They also set me up for an IUD insertion just two days later and were completely baffled at AtlantiCare's failure to secure one (see my review for more info on what a cluster F that office was). The insertion was ridiculously painful, but that's not the doctor's fault. The NP, doc, medical assistants, and receptionist were all very nice and happy to answer questions. I had no problem setting up my follow-up visit, and I waited maybe 15 minutes in the exam room. My one critique is somewhat universal of OB/GYNs today--the little courtesies seem to have gone. Verbally preparing the patient for touch, offering tissues or a pad after the exam--that sort of thing. But that's not a deal breaker.
