I have since moved to another state which has only made me realize more what an amazing dermatologist Dr. Rosenthal is. I can’t say enough good things about him! I haven’t had much luck with new dermatologists and wish I could still see Dr. Rosenthal. He was always very proactive and caring. He even once removed a mole that I didn’t request to be removed, he was just being cautious. He didn’t realize I didn’t have insurance at the time and didn’t charge me. He always made me feel listened to and put me at ease whenever I have a skin concern. I always recommend him to my Delaware friends!

On the whole I haven't been impressed by Delaware doctors, so I make it a priority to write reviews on good experiences when I have one regarding anything healthcare related. The staff and Doctor Rosenthal is very professional and kind. I had no issues making an appointment or having questions answered. There was a bit of a wait to be seen but I believe that's quite standard to the industry. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the attention to detail when he checked my moles and skin, I never felt that he was rushing through the appointment. I did get a removal of a mole that was bothering me and it was a quick process. The price was very fair.

Dr. Rosenthal is overbooked & did not listen to my reasoning for a visit. I have dry skin in spots & was offered free samples of a product & was told it would help.After using it the first day, the product left my skin burning & even drier. Come to find out the product was for acne, which I do not have.

I do not usually like to write bad review but I was very disappointed with my visit on 9/17. It took an hour for the doctor to see me after my schedule time (multiple people that came in after me all got assisted first, even a lady that showed up an hour and a half early for her appointment) sure that was understandable. When the doctor actually got to me he dismiss my concerns in regards to a sun allergy (I thought) in 5 minutes literally and send me on my way. His excuse was that he needs to see it in order to diagnose it, I showed him where it was, you can see light scarring but he denied there being anything he suggested to take a picture next time it happens and make an appointment, mind you their schedule is about 5 weeks booked out. Hope this helps future patients.

Dr. Rosenthal has resolved my acne problem! I just entered my 40's and had been suffering with hormonal acne and daily breakouts for about 3 years. I saw Dr. Rosenthal about 4 months ago and he started me on a regiment treatment. In the first and second month I didn't notice any improvements at all and was getting more frustrated with daily breakouts on my cheeks, even though I was taking my medication and applying the acne lotion religiously. I contacted his office and he advised me to be patient and stick with the same regiment. So I followed his advise and kept being diligent. I'm on my 4th month of treatment and for the past few weeks I have not had one breakout! My skin has improved tremendously and I cannot tell how happy I am with my skin condition!!

Rosenthal has a policy that he CANCELS YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS if you cannot pay for a missed appointment! He's yet ANOTHER of the crappy and pathetic doctors I have encountered in Wilmington! The doctors here SUCK I am so glad I am leaving Wilmington!

I was a patient 3 years ago of Dr. Rosenthal's. He treated me for psoriasis. I haven't had an outbreak until a week ago. They got me in right away, even sooner than my original appointment because of a pending snow storm, treated me same day and covered future care with my Rheumatologist. His staff was kind, funny and understanding. I would recommend his practice highly.
