It is disheartening that you race to have your sick child seen and still get turned away. My husband expressed the distance I was driving to get there and we were told that they will lock their doors at 6:15. I was coming from Upper Darby from a meeting I purposely left early to pick my child from daycare and rush down to Dover. I arrived at 6:17 to be turned away and told to call back tomorrow.

I use to love this place....not no more they take for ever to answer and they are so bad at getting u a sick visit....I have called about my kids being really slick early in the am and they schedule me for late afternoons mmm minus take them to the ER I am working on just getting a new DR...

Dr Feick and the staff at Pike Creek Pediatrics are incredibly thorough and caring. Both of my daughters were patients of this practice and received very fine and compassionate care. . I give them the highest recommendation possible!

I just want to start off by saying, I DO NOT DO REVIEWS!! But I have to give it up to Nemours Peds in Dover De. I'm a frequent caller, a frequent visitors ( my daughter was a premature 1lb 13oz baby, as well as has asthma) Every time I need a visit THAT DAY or I just need some help as far as if I'm handling something right they are so kind, so patient, so helpful, and so respectful. I just had problems with my insurance, they back dated a visit for me so that when my insurance was able to be fixed I could re-submit my bill. I'm only 25 so I have NO IDEA how to handle this type of stuff. I called and the lady (Donna I believe) spent 15 minutes on the phone with me giving me all types of information on how to handle this. And then, at the end of the conversation spent an additional 10 mins on the phone with me sceduling my daughters next appointment for what I believe to be ezcema. I just have so much love in my heart for this business, and I think everyone needs to know how above and beyond the go for these kids that come through there doors. I will forever keep my child at Nemours dupont peds!!! 5 star customer service!!!!!!

This is a great pediatric doctors office to take your children! All the staff are really nice and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and the whole staff treats you with care.

Very highly recommend! This place is so kind and professional. The level of care is amazing. We always feel so welcome! They have moved to a new building now so parking is no longer difficult. You will not regret taking your children here! They are also part of Nemours A.I. DuPont Hospital system which made me feel very comfortable.
