Being new to the Delaware area, I relied on a friend who recommended Dr. Witt when I told him of my year long sinus issues, which had recently progressed to excruciating pain. I met with Dr. Witt and he was incredibly rude, arrogant and dismissive. I am aware that all physicians do not have great bedside manner, but this was beyond reproach. Dr. Witt came in the room, didn't bother to look at me or introduce himself, in fact, he barely acknowledged me. He was uninterested in my history, symptoms, or anything else that he would need to make a diagnosis. He spent about 2 minutes looking in my ears, nose and throat, then told me I was fine, that I didn't have an infection and made it clear that he was finished with me. I desperately asked what he would recommend because the pain was unbearable and he reluctantly told me I could see a neurologist because there was nothing wrong with my sinuses. My husband spoke up and told him I was in such agony that I couldn't get out of bed and his flip reply was that I needed a psychiatrist then, because I was obviously depressed. If Dr. Witt felt that he could not help me, he could have professionally explained his findings to me, instead of treating me like I was a nuisance and making me beg for help. I ended up being treated for a severe sinus infection the following day!

Dr. Witt has removed a nodule from my neck, drained my sinuses, and most recently, removed my right thyroid gland due to a growth. I have found him to be expert in his field, delivered everything promised, and, as a bonus, had a sense of humor as well. As a patient, I was always treated with the utmost of respect. Love Dr. Witt!

My husband went to see Dr. Witt about his deviated septum. The day of surgery I met with him and needless to say he was very rude. Said if my husband ever plays contact sports again and injures his nose, he refuses to see him and fix it. Turns out after my husband healed from the surgery to fix his deviated septum and collapsed nostril it was as if Dr. Witt didn't fix anything and his issues actually became worse.

Dr. Witt is phenomenal!! He has great bedside manner and is very good at what he does. I had a parotid tumor which after cat scan, ultra sound, and a biopsy, he performed surgery on. It was a risky surgery as the tumor was large with nerves running through the center of it. He performed the surgery perfectly. His entire surgical staff was great as well as his offic estate being friendly and helpful.

My son was involved in a car accident and suffered a paralyzed left vocal chord. We were recommended by Kessler Rehab Institute to Dr. Witt based on the quality of treatment he used and methods. Dr. Witt restored my sons vocal ability and with therapy, he's fully recovered. He took his time and answered my questions, while he's not warm and fuzzy, he does know his stuff.

Office staff is friendly and connected with a live and helpful person each time I called. Didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get an appt and Dr. Witt was great -- extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very reassuring. I will definitely recommend!

I began seeing Dr. Witt in 2008 after having been diagnosed with stage IV head and neck cancer. He was the leader of the team of doctors dedicated to saving my life. My cancer had already progressed to stage IV making my chances of survival less than 5%. Dr. Witt was kind, caring, dedicated, and is the best doctor by whom I have ever been treated. I have been seeing him for the past six years and each time I visit his office I am greeted courteously by his staff, treated extremely well by Dr. Witt, and have never had a bad experience after having seen him for more than 70 visits. I highly recommend him for anyone suffering from ear nose or throat problems; Delaware is very lucky to have such a fine physician.

My daughter had major sinus issues for years until Dr Witt helped her. She had been to another ENT prior to Dr Witt, and after that dr performed sinus surgery, she got much worse. Dr Witt did surgery and she was healed. That was the first time in 2 years that she was healthy. Thank you Dr Witt
