After not being to see Dr. Stickler since 2004, I recently made an appointment because of a spot on my leg, that turned out to be a bug bite. However, Dr. Stickler gave me a thorough exam for any signs of problems with my skin. What stood out to me, was the fact that the whole time I was being seen, Dr. Stickler talked to ME, making eye contact, and had an assistant type notes on a computer. As a senior citizen, this is the first doctor I have seen in a LONG time that still handles his patients this way. I have become very used to the doctor, nurse practioner, or physician's assistant sitting and typing what I say etc. and spending maybe the last 5-10 minutes actually interacting with me. What a welcome relief to know their are still doctors out there like this!

Dr Stickler is a nice guy, but you don't pay your doc to be a "nice guy." I saw him 3 times...I had a red spot on my forehead, a wart to get rid of and some bumps on my chest since I had trimmed my chest hair. First visit, he told me, undoubtedly, that my forehead was a condition called En Coup de Sabre, which is a rare and very serious condition. He said he needed to do a biopsy for confirmation purposes only because he was so sure it was En Coup de Sabre that he asked my permission to allow his entire staff to view my forehead, as they probably had never seen this rare condition. Well, the results came back after me worrying to death as I read more and more about this terrible condition. It was not at all what he said, it is Rosacea...a very mild condition compared to what I had been told. After 2 or 3 meds the bumps on my chest didn't change one bit, I still have them today. The Rosacea is still there with no change whatsoever, The only done right was the wart was successfully removed by his assistant. All for about $500. What a joke.

Didn't get past the phone call with the front office. Rude and obnoxious! I'll never know if the doctor is any good because I refuse to deal with such awful staff!

I've been seeing Dr O'Reilly for 2 years now and couldn't be happier with her treatment. She is very pleasant, thorough and does not rush at all. At my most recent exam she spotted an extremely small dot that she thought looked suspicious. After the biopsy it was found to be a Stage 1 melanoma ! I thank God that she was so complete in my exam since I would never had thought it was anything. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Reilly and her nurses.

This is one of the most unprofessional practices I’ve been to. Saw one PA for a skin problem and followed his instructions. Did not resolve so I returned as instructed. Saw a different PA and was given different direction. Followed procedures. Returned as it did not resolve and was told by 2nd PA she would remove more but I didn’t have time that day. Saw Dr Stickler for 3rd visit for original problem who told me he could not remove any more and I could go to plastic surgeon or use a specific pillow, which he gave me a copy of. He told me my skin problem was like a bed sore, could not be corrected. He than told me about a Christian insurance I could use. Totally inappropriate. He said that was my option. I said this process was totally unprofessional, and I was very frustrated because I have been following his practices recommendations for over 6 months and over $350 out of pocket. His professional suggestion was to get an $80 pillow! I will tell everyone I know about this totally unprofessional doctor. I received a certified letter saying I was not welcome at his practice because I was rude! Really??? What about this misleading service to get patients, bilking money from patients to come to multiple office visits and pay co pay when they can’t fix from the beginning.
